I highly recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff was exceptionally professional, and they went above and beyond by organizing a complimentary birthday celebration for my son.

Miss Lili was particularly kind and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The iftar was well-organized, with excellent food that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely be returning in future.

The staff round the pool were so professional and the concierge team amazing; taking time to guide us daily with our questions. We had an overnight stay along the way from Beijing to Paris. The hotel/ resort is located in the beach front, very beautiful , like the architecture, traditional courtyard with garden in each villa building. Didn’t have the time to enjoy more , However the breakfast is very good , service is excellent. Wish had more time to enjoy the facilities.

Breakfast/dinner buffet staff were sometimes a little bit forward/awkward, I would prefer to be left to eat in peace (one instance where we were being asked to sign up for a rewards scheme mid-meal)

Coffee machine included in the room, but they could not provide milk for it as it was a paid extra? Seemed a bit stingy for a 5* hotel!

Our only complaint was that the lobby area for our room smelt of tobacco, once reported they promptly changed our room to another to sort the issue.

Otherwise staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming for what is a lovely hotel, with great pool options and a fantastic beach! Food buffet was decent and provided a decent and comfortable option. We had a good stay at the Sharq Hotel overall.

We had a wonderful experience. The gym staff particularly Salim & Viktoria were amazing. The pool staff were also very attentive to us and other guests. We would definately return to your hotel and have already recommended to friends and family.
However, to be picky I would like to see the beach look more appealing, it looked run down and not very inviting.

I recently stayed at Sharq Village & Spa, and it was a fantastic experience. The blend of traditional Qatari architecture and modern luxury is stunning. The highlight for me was dining at the Iranian restaurant – the flavors and ambiance were exceptional. The spa and beachfront were incredibly relaxing, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway in Doha!

Sharq Village is a very special place, it does everything you'd expect from a 5* property, and does it very well. What sets it apart from anywhere else we've stayed is the staff. You get a sense that there is real harmony among the staff and that feeds into a great guest experience. Everyone we came into contact with deserves praise, and a special mention must go to the Lebanese lady who made fresh Saj bread for us every morning.

Amazing hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for us. Close to a lot of the key sights in Qatar including the museums, souq Waqif, old port, west bay etc. only down side was the food options at lunch and dinner, I would say there is not as much available as you would expect at a hotel.

Staff is incompetent about locations of restaurants, schedules of pools. The swimming pool works till 8 pm, beach is closed early, too. Restaurants are closed at 7 pm. In hot summer night absolutely nothing to do. City is far away. Descriptions of services do not correspond to reality.

We went during Ramadan, which was a big mistake, all the bars were closed during the day,even for soft drinks. it was difficult to get a feel for what it is like normally. The staff are really helpful and obliging but the service is far from slick. All the loungers, around the pool,were taken by 09.00 which was surprising given the hotel was nowhere near full and the weather wasn't great. The food was good and the portions were absolutely huge. I would probably give it another try.

Shared cost of Suite, WORTH IT!

Three of us (sisters) shared the cost of their 1200sqft suite (room 1404) for three nights, worth every penny. Two private bedrooms, each with a huge full bathroom, two soaking tubs, two private showers, separate half-bath, wet bar area, two large balconies, foyer, giant living room, along with breakfast and dinner included (dinner buffet is fabulous). ($800/night total, then split three ways)
Outstanding service. A lot of children on Friday and Saturday, so factor that, then on Sunday, it's like the resort is yours.
Their prized employee is RAJU. He's your go to man for everything and anything you want or want to see.

What an amazing hotel, really could not find fault and in fact it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. All the staff around the whole hotel are very welcoming and attentive (Pool staff and Breakfast staff specifically), but also not overbearing (Which is difficult to do). Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day so much so it felt like it was a new room. The breakfast was delicious and again one of the best we had. Well done to all of you this was a magical experience!

Anyone who has done to Dubai should try Doha for a more cultured experience, we fell in love with it!

The property is immaculate, gorgeous on the beach with amazing resturants and Spa.

A simply amazing stay. Very clean, excellent customer service and kids facilities.
I visited with my wife, 4 & 2 year old. Despite an hours delay in checking out of the airport, the hotel arranged pickup waited for us patiently and warmly welcomed us. I had none std requirements for check in/out, that the hotel gladly accommodated and promptly responded to my request during booking. This related to my arrival and departure being earlier than std check in/out times.
The hotel staff where very friendly and took time to give us a tour around the facility and also assisted us in setting up the Ehteraz mobile app, that we had issues with (a Qatar government COVID requirement for visitors). Our villa was on the ground floor with a good view of the sea and pools. The villa was clean and well furnished with excellent artistically carefully designed corridors and outdoors. The family friendly spars and pools where some of the best I have used, and I have travelled widely globally. The only regret was that , I wished we had been booked for a longer stay, but I will certainly be returning back. Thank’s to a Mr Yego and the rest of the hotel staff that we responsive to our family needs and made our stay pleasant.

Well equipped rooms, beautiful views, got an upgrade which was fantastic! amazing helpful staff .I found water to be warm in shower during afternoon.They immediately sent someone to check it.I guess heat of DOha and the villas being individual renders water chillers ineffective.It is a beautiful resort with lovely staff specially at the spa and i will stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel and location. A perfect respite between long flights. Spa is lovely and has several, well-equipped exercise facilities. Beachfront chairs make a relaxing place to get some work done. Great food but pricey. All of the staff were super professional and offered top-notch service. About 10-12 mins by Uber from airport. (Note that airport taxis only accept cash - and they make prices up on the fly!

Paradise in this world - Perfect in practice

This stay was the best experience we've ever had in a hotel in our entire lives. We travel a lot and have stayed in some of the best 5* hotels around the world, however, Sharq Ritz-Carlton was hands down the best. Other hotels will have to be extra special to come anywhere near the personal service we were grateful to receive. The excellent service began before our arrival. A member of staff emailed us to learn a little about us so they could taylor our stay to our needs. Upon arrival we had cultural welcome drinks and checked in perfectly (with Driss), a tour of the hotel (by Christine), were welcomed into a room done up beautifully for our celebration (by Mila), had near perfect daily room services and turn downs (by Mohammed Al Amin), each night had a surprise waiting for us (by Mila and Mega - who made contact each day by whatsapp to ensure everything was going well), at breakfast we had the most amazing food and service (by Azuro?) and were made to feel even more welcome by a VIP guest, Mr Juma. The Sharq specialise in Spa treatments - made sure we used this facility, which was absolutely fabulous, arranged by Mr Yasser - a truly humble hotel duty manager. We made use of all the pools & beach and warm sea. Complementary bottled cold drinking water was brought around to us routinely in the Qatar heat. Truly an unforgettable experience. The Ritz-Carlton is definitely worth the money and in Qatar it is most definitely a hotel that we would recommend all day long. THANK YOU

We had the most amazing stay at Sharq Village. The most outstanding part of the hotel is the wonderful staff. They were all so lovely to us, and a special mention to the reception staff, who allowed us to check in early after and overnight flight, and late check out for an evening flight! Our room was gorgeous, with views of the beautiful resort pool area - which was lit up at night with gorgeous lighting. We were close to the beach, and were recommended great things to do by staff.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are amazingly helpful and couldn't assist enough when my back went. The rooms are amazing and cool. The pool is lovely and although close to the airport you don't hear a single plane.
On another point it is advertised on Expedia.co.uk that the hotel has an airport shuttle. This is wrong it doesn't so get a cab. Hopefully Expedia will update their Web - site to reflect this.

We stayed from 28th to 29th to April, to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary, and from the moment we stepped in to the hotel till we check out we enjoyed a lot it was like all the staff members were celebrating with us.

Usually it's not easy to satisfy my.

Every thing was perfect the staff have very high level of professionalism and very well trained specially Yeganeh and Katheryna, really me and my family appreciating your professional treatment and cooperation and we left the hotel with very special memories.

The food was great specially Al Dana restaurant ( many thanks for Yeganeh and Katheryna advise and effort )

The hotel is very well structured, the furnetur is very solid, nice and the rooms are big and well facilitated with machines and equipments.

Many thanks for Sharq Village management because they success to have such high professional team with excellent behaviour they work days and nights to let us enjoy and built such great memories.
