Clean room and bathroom. Staff was super fiendly and greeted everywhere. Spa was stylish and clean, good service and excellent masseurs. Spa is relatively pricy as in town you get good massages at 1/8 of the price. I also used the gym which was with good equipment and clean. Breakfast was super delicious and large variety, both a la carte and buffet. Overall excellent experience👌!

Incredible resort! Attentive staff and wonderful amenities. I cannot wait to revisit. We did the two bedroom ocean pool suite and couldn't have been happier. My recommendation would be to make sure that you have everything you need for the days you are there because the resort sits on top of a beautiful cliff side so it is quite secluded. There is a shuttle twice a day that will take you into town but it is a bit of a ride so it can be inconvenient if you just need something from 7-11. I have zero complaints and will be returning to stay on my next trip to Thailand! Thank you Paresa!

A very quiet and serene hotel that has an incredible ocean view. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. We stayed in the ocean pool suite that had a fantastic outdoor area with a good sized, private pool for two.

The staff are extremely attentive, responsive and helpful. The in-hotel breakfast and dining was excellent.

The resort is difficult to get to and transportation such as grab and cabs can be difficult to source.

If you’re looking to spend most of your time in the resort, this is a great choice. If you’re looking to explore town and do other excursions, it can be a bit inconvenient.

It is located in pretty secluded area and it makes sense since it’s a resort but unless you are planning to just swim all day or roll around in bed there isn’t much to do and dining options are limited to one restaurant on the premise. You do have option to go down to more city area by cab. Staff are so friendly and are happy to help.

Property as marketed. Heavens of heavens. I stayed there to celebrate my anniversary and they did a fantastic job to make my stay wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Once you’re tired of all major activities near Phuket , you can come here and relax for few nights. Cliff Pool Villa was great and try to find a unit with full ocean view or you may get distracted by a tree . Nevertheless still a great view. Food in the restaurant a tad bit expensive but totally worth it. I’d stay there again without a doubt.

All the staff were amazing and our check in host Ink, personally walked us to our room and showed us all the amenities included in our suite. The views were outstanding, the food from the restaurant was exceptional and Anthony the GM spoke with us about our stay. The Paresa, which we found out means heaven, blew away our expectations and is a true 5 star resort! We look forward to going back again one day.

Almost perfect except few things

I liked everything about the hotel except two things
The outdoor bathroom for some of the rooms like spa villa ( lots of insects and lizards and Mosquitoes specially at night
And the difficulty of reaching to the rooms because of a lot of stairs specially with kids
And last thing that the hotel needs to improve that they don't answer the phone quickly, you need to call more than one time sometimes

Our villa had the most amazing infinity pool overlooking the Andaman sea. Truly spectacular. The main pool was amazing too and was just the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

I had a 4 night stay at this resort and a 4 night stay at another 5 star resort a few miles away ( beach front resort). Although this was not on the beach, it was much better than the nearby beach 5 star resort. Very private, small, intimate with excellent modern room accommodations including your own private pool with an outstanding ocean view. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Very nice breakfast with all available choices. Multiple ‘happy hours’ with 2 for 1 drinks at the infinity pool (very nice, relaxing with nice music). Spa services also very nice. Prices for food and spa were comparable To other 5 star resorts, but value for money was much better at Parsea

Quietness, privacy, the fact it's not too big.

Not racist bring Chinese myself but that cliche abour the PRC family clan complete with dad on the phone constantly, mum in top to toe designer togs, 2 kids under 5, 2 aunties in tow in top to toe sun hats, shades, long sleeved and trousered sunblock look? I personally don't think it really fits the otherwise classy, understated feel of Paresa. Sorry just my own personal opinion, don't flame me.

We can’t complain anything about the guest room and the ocean view. They are second to none. However, F&B are not their strong point. Choice of foods are limited, average, and overpriced. I do not expect a bargain from this 5 star hotel, but foods are exceedingly overpriced for the quality. Also, breakfast buffet is not impressive at all. Anyway, this hotel is good for an ocean view with excellent room facilities.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Check-in was quick and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was spotless and just perfect for a few days of luxury during our time in Thailand. The food was a bit of a let down, It would be great if there was more vegan options. We just didn’t feel like it met the standards of the rest of the hotel and it was quite expensive. Overall a great stay though.

A true heaven

Paresa is what dreams are made of. Secluded, romantic, and scenic. It is the perfect destination for a couples retreat or honeymoon. The staff were above and beyond accommodating- Dear and Mai were our actual angels. Anything we could’ve wanted or needed for was immediately provided. The villa was spacious and immaculate and the restaurant had a perfect balance of local and western food to appeal to any tastes. It is far up in the mountains but the hotel has a free shuttle that runs regularly from hotel to the beach club, town, or another shopping area. At night if we dined out the hotel arranged a very reasonable car service for us with another lovely Paresa employee who was always on time, if not waiting for us when done with dinner. We will most definitely recommend this hotel and be back for another romantic weekend.

It's called Heaven of all Heavens for a reason

Wow, we stayed at Paresa for our honeymoon in February. What a stunning resort. We had an ocean pool suite. The resort is secluded, each room has privacy overlooking the water. You really do feel like you're in heaven. When you arrive, a staff member (\"angel\") is assigned to you. Special thanks to Talek and Farhad who were our angels. The staff were phenomenal at booking us tours (elephant sanctuary, Phi Phi Islands) and a cooking class, and overall so attentive and kind. They made our stay such an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend the Thai cooking class. The restaurant has a great view of the ocean. Breakfast and dinner were lovely thanks to our server Trainee Anna. The only disappointing thing about the resort is the shuttle schedules going to and from the beaches, which are very limited for times. Going for dinner off the resort and coming back will be an extra expense to you as the last shuttles are either around 4pm or 6pm from what I can remember. All in all, we had a great time at Paresa and would highly recommend for anyone that enjoys natural beauty, great customer/guest service, and a secluded space.

I am not sure where to begin to explain how wonderful my stay was. The staff was exceptional and friendly. The room was superb. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. It may be on the more expensive side however the view and everything else about the resort is well worth the money. I look forward to returning one day soon.

Good for honeymoon

I and my wife come here for our honeymoon trip. We had the ocean pool suite that has a private infinity pool inside the room. The room is spacious and housekeeper did an excellent job to tidy up and clean the room everyday. Friendly staff, close to kamala beach, 10 mins driving distance (hotel provide free shuttle, but they should have more schedule time for the shuttle), kamala beach is so much less tourists than paying beach, I love how quiet the beach is. It also includes buffet breakfast for free. Overall, we love perasa resort.

Relaxation Guarenteed!

The experience start to finish, was pretty much perfect. You are greeted with 2 porters that are literally falling over themselves to carry your bags for you. In the reception you are taken away from the desk and sat down and handed a cold face towel scented with mint and a chamomile tea while you gather your CC and Passport. Once complete you are personally toured throughout the hotel and made to chime the 200 year old \"Gong\" said to bring peace and prosperity. You are then whisked away with your luggage in buggys (golf carts) to your lodgings.
We had a hillside villa with infinity pool overlooking the ocean, it was beautiful. The construction of the villas are solid. Ive been to a fair few 5 star resorts in Thailand and throughout Asia and you always get a sense that everything is slapped together as quickly as possible and as cheaply as possible! Not with this resort! The attention to detail really set this place apart. The beds are large and comfortable, separate bathtub that 2 can fit in comfortably (we shared a bath and watched the latest GoT) theres even glass surrounding the toilet to keep it warm. Little things like this. The thing you will notice here is the serenity, it's very quiet and calming
The main infinity pool was so relaxing we smashed 10 daquiries ($10 AUD each) in the space of a couple hours while listening to the waves crash gently below. Perfection. The Restuarant food while not massive on portion size was impressive with quality and taste.

A Good n Relaxing stay

Stayed 4 nights at Paresa to celebrate my husband's birthday and to unwind. Checked in was a breeze. Staff was polite and courteous. Though room was not well cleaned and could be improved upon. Dear, the Front Office Manager, was extremely hospitable and made sure our needs were met. Dawid, the General Manager was extremely gracious and he made it a point to chat with us everyday to make sure we're taken good care. Overall, an extremely wonderful experience and well relaxed vacation.
Little hiccups but the team tries to resolve everything as fast as possible.
Wished we could have stayed longer.

Gorgeous hotel for the private traveller

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon adventure through south east Asian and loved oureading time here. We had a beautiful room with magnificent view, which included it's own balcony and pool; perfect for hanging out and enjoying the weather. The restaurant was an easy walk (from our room 203) with delicious breakfast and dinner.

It is a little off the beaten track, but that's also what makes it so lovely. We spent a night in patong beach and it's very easy to get cabs, so not a big issue. Takes approximately 14min to get into town.

Beautiful place to celebrate a wedding anniversary

It was our 20th wedding anniversary and Paresa made the experience a time to remember. The staff went out of their way to make our room with breathtaking views a romantic oasis to enjoy each other. We took advantage of all of the amenities of the room such as the mini bar, pool, outdoor shower, and of course the view. We also utilized the excursions which we enjoyed tremendously.

Super modern hotel with villas in a quiet location with spectacular outlook to the ocean - though only 10 minutes from busy Kamala. Great food and welcoming staff make this a special Phuket option. If you can stay in the Grand Master suite - you will be rewarded with a massive area, large terrace with amazing outlook and a large private pool. The normal pool villas are also beautiful. One of the best in Phuket. The Manager is on the ball and everywhere so when there is a slip up, he is onto it quickly.

One word: WOW!!

Absolutely amazing from check in to check
Out. There was nothing to hard to do, the staff were all fantastic, kind and willing to give you the time of day. They seemed genuinely interested in where we were from, what we were doing and always gave helpful advice. The breakfast staff knew our order by the second day and made us feel so comfortable!

The villa was amazing, facilities were fantastic and the pool and bathroom were definitely the hightlights. To top off the whole experience, whilst walking to breakfast on our last morning, we came across Dawid (General Manager) and he was more than willing to take time out of his day to talk to us. He even came up to breakfast to treat us to some sparkling wine, that is high end customer service! The fact that a general manager will stop and chat with guests is something you do not see very often.

Overall, I would give Paresa the highest of my recommendations!!

Absolutely Stunning!

Our villa (306) was absolutely stunning. It was literally situated on a cliff and we had uninterrupted 180 degree views of the ocean from our bed, bathtub, toilets and showers. It was an absolutely amazing experience.

There were a few steps to navigate from where the buggy drops us off and picks us up, but it's a truly special place to stay. If you hate the sound of waves or are travelling with young children or older guests, we'd not recommend it (at least not 306), because you are super close to the ocean and there are steps and could be dangerous if kids decided to climb over the rails.

The hotel food was really good too - the breakfast was amazing, definitely don't miss out on the breakfast!

Beautiful views, comfy bed. Huge room and enormous bathroom with amazing views over the private pool and ocean. Good service but could do with either more staff or better efficiency. Not a lot to do at the hotel other than swim, relax and eat. A lot of stairs so if you're immobile in anyway this is not a good choice, even with the buggy service.

Paresa Resort is a total 5-star experience, with fantastic staff. Our room was brilliant, with superb views of the ocean. The breakfast offering was amazing, possibly the best breakfast experience I have ever had. Our two night stay was totally relaxing and was without fault. This resort, being on a cliff face, does have a lot of stairs, which we did not find a problem at all. For those less abled, the staff readily offer an electric car buggy ride if you cannot manage stairs. During our visit, a crew of maintenance staff were busy working on the various stairs, replacing old wood, and varnishing surfaces. The resort is however fairly remote, i.e. not walking distance, to townships, although Paresa does offer a shuttle service for guests. We chose not to use the service as we were having the best of times, so why leave? Phuket itself though is a challenge in terms of it being very third world. The new international airport has just opened, making your travel experience much better.

But the location is difficult of access, very expensive to get a taxi up or from there.
The hotel includes a restaurant with either Thai or Italian food, prepare to be ruined...
The local ion of the hotel makes it difficult to go eat outside, they trap you inside and dry your wallet.
Besides, they harass you to do one of the activities of the hotel like elephant trekking, snorkeling etc. DO NOT
It's not worth it and way too much money for what it is. So best thing for excursions is to look for honest people in Pathong who will do these activities for a FAIR price.
Paresa is way too expensive for what it is.

My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. We stayed in the aqua pool suite. While this hotel can be on the pricier side, I would say that you get incredible value, and it is worth it for special occasions. Every last detail has been fine tuned at this hotel for the most comfortable hotel stay we have ever had. Everything from the airport pickup, to the check-in process, tour of the facilities, transport around the hotel grounds has been thought over. Our room was incredible!! Not only was it spacious, clean, well maintained, but also the private pool and outdoor shower were stunning additions. After our first day, we could truly understand all the reviews where guests didn't feel the need to leave their hotel rooms. What a stunning, and memorable stay. We also took advantage of the free shuttle to Kamala Beach, included buffet breakfasts, and also ate at the restaurant. We splurged on the intimate infinity pool dinner, which was such a memorable experience that we will never forget. Thank you for having us!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and luxurious. They have thought of everything with the rooms and the views are spectacular. We stayed during our honeymoon and it was perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was the location - being 5-10minute drive from the nearest town/village centre (kamala), it limits the options for restaurants and shopping etc. The hotel restaurant was great anyway and the hotel has regular shuttles to kamala and Patong so between this and local taxis you can get to these locations relatively easily.

We choose Aqua Suite. I've stayed at other Kamala resorts in the past but I must say Paresa provide possibly the best view especially during sunset! However, I would not return due to several reasons. Firstly, I had requested for a unblock room weeks in advance. At check-in, they noted my request and brought me to Room A. 70% of the view blocked by tree branches, plus the room wasn't even ready as there was a miscommunication internally. I had to wait in the sun for a while as they sort out the mess. Then they brought me to Room B, which was 70% blocked too. I rejected both and shortly no long later, I was brought to a Room C with 90% unblocked. Utterly disappointed, wasted about 45 mins of our time when they could have assign this Room C to us right when we checked in. The room had ants crawling around, not in massive numbers but they could be seen. But they were in huge workforce by the pool area, sunbed etc. The vegetation around all the units allowed these little creatures to roam, honestly there is no way to stop them but it did freak my partner out several times. The pool was also filled with leaves, fruits and branches from the above trees each day. For a pleasant experience but I hope the hotel should pay more attention to these issues. Great view and great service unfortunately wouldn't compensate room stay experience.

The hotel which delivers to its name, Paresa!

When I first called to book the hotel through expedia, even thou I wasn't booking through the hotel directly, the staff was very friendly and courteous. She asked for my name as reference so she can arrange my rooms to be connecting with each other.

During our check-in at 6pm, we expressed our eager to experience their sunset. We would really like to skip the normal lengthy check in procedure and be at the pool . Without any hesitation, the lady took our belongings and assisted us to the infinity pool, she assured us everything will be ready on our return. When we got back to the reception, all we needed to do was to sign the forms and all the luggages were sent to our rooms.

the service from the driver, reception, pool and spa members were all impeccable. Not only they have delivered it to a 5 star standard, they have always constantly went the extra mile to ensure that our needs are taken care of. They truly think in our shoes what is best and easiest for us. May it be getting the towels, ordering taxis, arranging transportation to nearby villas, ordering cocktails. They made it so easy for us.

The GM kindly shared his background and stories with us, this hotel is run in a 5 star standard together with this magical personal touch where you feel just like home. You are at ease and I have not heard a NO since I arrived at this hotel.

I believe this hotel truly train and treat their staff with love and care, hence the smiles on each staff and guests face.

A magic location

From the moment we arrived we felt a genuine welcome by the staff at reception. All guests are given a personal introduction to the resort and are escorted to their suite by a guest relation member who explained all the amenities the resort had to offer.
We were fortunate to be given an upgrade to an Aqua suite which was a larger room with its own horizon plunge pool from where the views to the Andaman sea were fantastic.
The staff were always happy,smiling and eager to help make our stay a memorable one.

We stayed at the aqua suite with the ocean view and it was absolutely breathtaking !! The pool was always clean and warm so even if we wanted to swim at night we could also the Angels which is what they call the staff truly are angels they are so helpful and polite the way to get around the hotel is in little golf cars which I thought was so cool .. I truly recommend this resort for anyone who wants travels to Phuket they are family friendly but don't have to worry about being around too many kids .. Just perfect balance

Best Luxury Resort we have stayed so far

Simply the best luxury we have stayed so far. We stayed in the \"Talay\" Villa 132 and I would consider this by far one the best sea view from the resort, no obstruction. Room was large and clean and most of the staff spoke very good English. Although we stayed in the room with excellent view, my wife also wanted to stayed in the villa 133 the next night as it had the sea view stone bathtub. We talked to the \"Angel Mary\" and she checked is the room was available. An hour later got a call and said they can arrange the next day, that is service at its best.

We breakfast at the hotel and again one of the best, we picked from the menu of what we wanted and it was freshly cooked and was still piping hot when it arrived on our table. Also there was other mainly cold cut, cereal, fresh shakes, etc... from the buffet table.

I would consider this hotel again the next time I am in kamala and consider the price we paid it was good value luxury.

Paresa stands for \"Heaven of Heavens\" and it truly is! Situated in the most amazing location far from the Madding Crowd everything about this place is just sublime. The villas with infinity pools are just lovely. The service is very peronalised and attentive yet when you want privacy you feel like the only people in the world. The bespoke tour experience is amazing - you really don't feel like a tourist! And the wpnderful bespoke private dinner organised for my birthday -I felt like a Princess.

Amazing location overlooking the sea and cliffs. Great set up for watching the sun set. Restaurant was good too but considerably pricey.
The reason I would not recommend this resort is the service doesn't hold up to the excellent views and price point paid. On arrival, we had to wait at the reception area for a good 10 minutes before we were attended to, so we wandered around on our own... The walls in the bedroom needs to be repainted and they wanted to charge us thb300 for a used laundry bag. At this price point one could stay at banyan tree or elsewhere in surin for better service

The Worst 5-Star Resort in the World. Don't come!

Very Bad Experience to stay at this resort. No privacy, No Safety and Terrible Services. The staff walked into our pool villa without any annoucement or ringing door bell while we were swimming and using bath room (Note: We already put do not disturb sign). Although we locked the wooden door, the staff could manage to get into our villa without our permission! In additon, other rooms/guests can definitely look inside our room and see what the guests are doing. This is very scary. I felt not sefe in this resort.I spent almost US$1,000 per night at their Cielo Residence/Pool Villa. But It seemed to me that the hotel tried to do cost cutting as they only gave 1 set of shampoo/shower gel while there were 3 shower places in the pool villa (Inside shower, outside shower and the bathtube). The hotel was very stingy on the breakfast as well. There was only a small line of breakfast buffet which only offers continental breakfast, and each guest could only choose 1 dish from the limited menu! The Guests had to pay extra for breakfast if they want second dish. Well, if we spend a lot of money on 5-star poolresidencial villa, we definitely expect Privacy, Great Service and more than 1 dish of breakfast!

Also, at the check out counter, the frontdesk staff was horrible and irresponsible. We tried to talk to the GM or the Manager on Duty about the problems. The staff didnt want us to meet the manager.

Heaven Of All Heavens, indeed

Booked a birthday surprise at Paresa for my boyfriend and it was the best idea ever. We had a wonderful 4 days in our Aqua Pool Suite and the experience was nothing short of excellent. The room had a great view, the private pool was substantial, the restaurants served mouth watering cuisine, the staff were all very helpful and accommodating, and the Infinity Pool a definite highlight. We were also very lucky in that even though we went in the monsoon season, we didn't even get a drizzle.

I requested for a birthday cake surprise at midnight and I was offered the opportunity to decorate the cake myself, which was definitely a nice and fun touch. The staff promptly appeared outside our room at midnight and lit the candles without making a single sound so the surprise was a success. Thank you Dawid and all the Angels for making our stay so comfortable.
