The resort itself is lovely, though it could use a few extra touches like robes and slippers. The staff were friendly overall, but communication before arrival was disappointing. I had reached out in advance to organise something and never received a reply, even though the team later confirmed they had seen my message.

It’s also worth noting that for stays shorter than a week, the à la carte dining options aren’t available. While this may be common for all-inclusive resorts, it wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time.

On a positive note, the assistant manager, Ahmed, was extremely helpful and made a real effort to accommodate us during our stay.

Overall, it’s a good resort and we had an enjoyable experience, but better pre-arrival communication would have made a big difference so do consider that if you have any special requests ahead of your visit.

The hotel is so called 5 star hotel but I didn’t receive 5 star service. Basically no service at all. The staff are so racist. They saw my skin colour and they just ignored me like I’m not there. But they smile big and serve drinks if the customers are white. If you are Asian, please don’t come to this hotel. I’m sure you will regret.

The staff was amazing, the location was amazing, the cleanliness was amazing, the food was fresh and really good, they have multiple pool options which was really nice coz it never got crowded, the had different shows which was entertaining. The only downside which isn’t their fault I guess but we didn’t like the private beach the water felt really dirty and gross but again we didn’t care because we just used the pools instead which were amazing!!

We spent a week at this hotel and we are very satisfied with everything. The hotel offers a great range of services, 3 amazing pools, access to a very clean and relaxing beach area, amazing food during all the meals with big variety of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always taking good care of you. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We can't wait to return next year.

This hotel is excellent! Very clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. The food options are very good and food is very flavorful. The beach is man made so it is very calm but it gets deep very soon. The sand is thick/rough, I don’t know if that’s the normal sand for the area or if it’s only the one they used for the beach. The pools are also very nice. This hotel is totally recommended!

The staff make this hotel. Our housekeeping guy 1267 was friendly and did a great job on our rooms. The grill chef was amazing prepared my prawns without being asked and made amazing things. Our usual waiters were all attentive and ensured we were treated well. The restaurants/bar manager was always greeting us and asking about our stay. The barman kept me topped up..makes a mean milky coffee. We ate at 2 a la carte one the food was amazing and the staff were chatty and the chef brought me out extra mash.10 out of 10 at Aqua. And the other was a bit of a disappointment. The staff no they were amazing but i had my heart set on the salmon only to be told there was a 35€ surcharge. I wasn't prepared to pay that for a bit of salmon and I did complain that we were all inclusive and we had a free trip to the 3 a la carte. Im glad i dont like lobster it was €150. So dont assume..I honestly wished i skipped Oscar and ate in the main restaurant. Everything was so clean and the pools were all amazing. Its a 5* hotel and it was 9.5 out of 10. Only because I felt cheated with the salmon. Outside was not so great for me..there's a gun barricade along the street at the Russian consulate it was meant for my safety but I fear guns and it was a bit off-putting. Next time I'll venture further. And skip the booking at Oscars.

It’s ok and that’s it. Definitely not a 5 start hotel. We booked 8 nights and had requested a queen bed. When we arrived we had twin beds and there was rubbish in the wardrobe. The manager said there wasn’t a way to move us until the next day. However when we did move this was much better and grateful that the manager made an effort to give us two room options. Disappointed with house keeping. Our shower gel wasn’t refilled for 3 days. We kept forgetting to ask at reception but luckily had brought our own. However when we did tell reception it was sorted but why isn’t house keeping check of these things? Good to see management actively speaking to guests and noting any issues. I’m sorry to say that the food selection in the buffet is terrible. Baked items are stale and hard, the seasoning isn’t quite right for the main dishes, repetitive dishes on the menu and I had a bad tummy for the whole trip which I’m guessing was due to the fresh fruit and salads in water. No ironing board or iron in the room so I’m guessing this is something you’d need to request at reception, hairdryer is attached in the bathroom so I’d suggest taking your own too. On the plus side the staff are great and friendly. Disappointed given how much money we spent. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Food was very poor and I still have a tummy bug. Reception staff were rude and helpful
Hotel had power cut with no emergency plan and staff were not willing to help as the food options were limited
We were with a 4 year old and given a room near the live show which was every night. Tried to complain but receptionist said the other rooms are an extra cost so we couldn’t move. He offered to show us one the next morning but when we went no one knew anything about it and said all rooms are gone.
We were really looking forward to this trip so it was a shame it was so poorly managed

Everything was perfect and would have been 5 stars had it not been for the tall chubby guy on reception with glasses almost making me late to the airport because he turned my Uber away from entering as he wanted to take 15 minutes checking me out when it was a simple process and everything was pre settled and there’s was nothing to do but to hand over room keys.. but they refused to let my Uber in who then left after 5/10 min awaiting outside and I was then left with an hour to wait and find a new Uber and even when I finally did I had to Goto the main road and when I tried to go in the Uber and the security was telling me to wait for no reason at all and for another Uber to leave, I refused and got in my Uber as my flight was not going to wait for them and the guy at the counter which I mentioned before glasses tall tried to be funny saying if you miss your flights it’s your fault because your supposed to be at the airport 3 hours before international flight to which I corrected him that he had no clue and my flight was actually domestic and the fact he assumed he knew and that I didn’t need to be that early for domestic as a seasoned traveleg I knew this, I had given myself 1 hour 30 which was cut short to 1 hour due this nonsense by reception and security. Otherwise perfect stay until the last moment where it was ruined by ONE HERO!

A great week at this hotel. The facilities are really good, with multiple pools and a great beach. The food was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the Italian restaurant a real winner! All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and I would return here without hesitation!

We had a great stay at this resort! The hotel was clean and had the nicest staff!
The food was just okay but that is expected for an all inclusive. The drink menu was huge and everything tasted good.
The rooms were clean, comfortable beds and air conditioned worked well.
The water pressure in the shower was just okay and there was no shelf in the shower to hold toiletries. Also, the lighting was terrible for make up.
Overall, the staff are what make this hotel. They truly go above and beyond.

If you wish to shop, there is a pharmacy and a bazaar in front of the hotel on the street.
You can ask for a Transportation to the Airport for 18$ USD (reserve in advance).

That was a very pleasant stay! This property ticks all the boxes! Location is incredibly convenient, being a beach front hotel with private beach and 6 pools, close to all the attractions, shops, airport. The rooms are tidy, nicely furnished and got everything you might need during your trip for the most comfort of your stay (including little details as free minibar, safe, all the amenities, daily complimentary bottle of water and daily fresh beach towels).
The quality and selection of food is simply exceptional! But most importantly the service is just brilliant! The team of the hotel leaded by Sameh Saad who'd go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing but magnificent is absolutely another level!
Will most certainly be back again and highly recommend to anyone who wants their experience staying in Hurgada to be flawless and enjoyable!

Hotellet er veldig fint, rent og ryddig, topp service fra alle. Treningsstudio var ganske enkelt og lite, men mulig å få trent likevel. Surf og kite var ikke så bra, men ok tilbud på resort ved siden av eller evt en kort taxitur unna.

Hôtel très agréable, personnel serviable et le buffet est de bonne qualité avec des bons produits. Les piscines, les transats et l équipe d animation font également partis des points forts de l hôtel. Ainsi que le court de tennis.
Petit bémol sur la salle de sport qui est trop petite et les chambres pas très bien insonorisées alors il faut espérer ne pas avoir de voisins trop bruyants.

Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect — from the warm welcome at check-in to the outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and feels truly luxurious in every detail.

The staff are incredibly kind and professional; they always go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality. The pool area and beach are spotless, peaceful, and very well maintained.

If you’re looking for a high-class, relaxing holiday in Hurghada, this is definitely the place to be. I’ll 100% come back again — highly recommended!
