Known as the Jewel of the Emerald Coast, the seaside resort has preserved its Belle Époque feeling. This new family-friendly residence consists of 81 apartments in 4 residences.

Horrible service. Can't believe they make you make your own bed and then clean up after!! That should be common courtesy. Honestly do not recommend - avoid!!!

We love St Briac sur mer. superb beaches, quiet resort, gorgeous village, but this was our first time in these apartments. 1 bedroom - basic but comfortable ground floor apartment, good for a couple, very clean, solid, with a dishwasher. Excellent staff. Nice small pool.

When I arrived on the last Saturday, the bathroom was not properly cleaned (smelled urine). After complaining to front desk the told me that they were sorry and offered me some vinegar to do the cleaning by myself or to wait for the maid on Monday...(no comments) Well, besides that, the room was very hot, the mattress too hard (expect for back pains in the morning) and made of some waterproof material got even worse the sauna sensation in the bedroom

Reception closes at around 8pm, so if arriving after 7pm, either ring ahead to get a code for the lock box or you will have to ring the number on the door if you miss them.
The studio rooms have a sofa bed. Enjoy!

The hotel was lovely and so were the staff, very helpful and kind. location perfect for a beach walking and exploring rock pool, listening to the waves type of restful holiday by the sea- a few places to eat out in the village and only 5 mins walk from a Prestige type but very expensive golf club. We would return for a simple but very restful holiday but apart from the beaches which were breathtakingly beautiful and unspoilt there wasnt very much else to do really without travelling a long way in the car and fraffic.

les photos suivantes vous démontrerons l'état de saleté et de vétusté de votre appartement et de son équipement. Je vous passe la machine à café qui ne marche pas (nous avons était obligé de prendre notre petit déjeuner a l'extérieur.
Nous n'avons pu signalé aucuns de ces dysfonctionnements a qui que ce soit de votre personnel car nous n'avons vu personne, hormis la personne a notre arrivée ! que nous n'avons pas revu...
Il n'y a visiblement pas de contrôle entre chaque occupant. C'est à nous d'établir l'état des lieux à notre arrivée sans un seul représentant de Lagrange. 204 € pour un tel service c'est lamentable !

Nous avons passés un très bon week-end. Bon accueil. Appartement confortable bien équipé pour la cuisine. Manque placard de rangement il ny en a qu'un dans la chambre qui est une penderie avec une étagère placée trop haute pour des personnes mesurant mois d'un mètre 63 et un manque de riguer dans le contrôle du menage (nettoyage des filtres du lave vaisselle et baignoire ) à part cela c'était un bon week-end

Nous avons payer pour la wifi hors impossible de l'utiliser donc pour rien !

Ventajas: muy limpio, cómodo, en buen estado, utensilios de cocina completos y limpios (en muchos hoteles no lo encuentras), una terracita donde comer y cenar, jardin donde pasear al perrito, lavavajillas y parking privado incluido :)
Muy cerca del campo de golf de Dinard y un par de playas (no muy aptas para el baño hasta donde vimos).
Inconvenientes:
wifi de pago y además cuesta coger cobertura y datos móviles.
Nos pusieron pegas para darnos un segundo rollo de papel higiénico (no puede ser una petición más básica).
Así, quitando el wifi y ese \"gesto\" con el papel, nos fuimos muy contentos niños, pareja y perro :) :)

wifi de pago y además cuesta coger cobertura y datos móviles.
Nos pusieron pegas para darnos un segundo rollo de papel higiénico (no puede ser una petición más básica).
Así, quitando el wifi y ese \"gesto\" con el papel, nos fuimos muy contentos niños, pareja y perro :) :)

il ne s'agit pas d'une résidence hotelière
il s'agit d'une résidence mais pas hôtelière. le logement était propre.Nous avons trouvé le studio trop petit. le lit n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée. Il faut déplier le canapé, cela donne en fin de compte 2 lits simples dont un fait penser à un lit d’hôpital.Nous avons connu d'autres résidences où les studios étaient beaucoup plus grands et le lit fait avant d'arriver.
