Good location with a view of the beach and fair choice for the breakfast. The access to the rooms was a bit strange, involving lots of corridors and lifts. The parking wS complicated as we had not reserved a place in the underground car park. Staff was helpful.

Good view of bay

Easy free parking opposite hotel. No lift. Awkward stairs from reception to rooms. Not warm enough to use balcony. Room small and short of chairs. Two nights was enough.

Nice but a little expensive but not COVID safe

We had to check in at 1:30 in the morning and they were very helpful when we rang confirming entry codes and where to locate our keys. The hotel was clean and tidy and friendly but a little tired in places for the money we paid. We could select some U.K. channels on the TV which was nice. From a COVID point of view there were signs saying masks were obligatory and there were a few bottles of sanitiser around but there were also leaflets laying around which wouldn’t be there in the U.K. and the buffet breakfast had exposed foods which anyone could cough or breathe over including cereals and soft fruit so we were limited to eating the bread and pastries which were brought to the table and yoghurt which was a shame as we had a long hard day ahead of us. There was a limit of two people at the buffet at a time but this wasn’t enforced and people were not seated two metres apart. And there were silly things that are easy fixes like the man on reception took my credit card from me and put it in the machine himself when he shouldn’t have touched it and the keypad wasn’t cleaned so generally a lack of insight which I imagine extends across all departments in the hotel. We cleaned our hands every time we touched any door handle or tap or the kettle as we didn’t feel COVID safe. So I would certainly not stay at this hotel again during the Covid crisis but i probably would afterwards if it was sensibly priced.

Mmmmm not the best

The receptionist was a lacking in smiles upon our arrival. The room was clean large, but on the road side. So when we opened the window we couldn’t sleep at night due to the noise.
There was a mound patch in a corner that had obviously been there for a long time as it has been dry for weeks!!
We had an issue with a ferry cancellation, so had to leave the hotel 1 day early. We had paid up front. We gave notice to the hotel the night before we would be leaving 1 day early. They refused a refund for that night. They also charged an extra £15.97 to my card after we had left. I phoned the hotel and they denied they had taken any payment.

Beautiful, but unusual service

We had an early connection so I carried my luggage to the car (no elevator) at 7:15 AM. When I returned to go back to get my wife's bag, the hotel door was locked and I realized no one was on duty. I could not get back into the hotel. Luckily a person from the adjoining building let me into theirs and showed me a way to get into the hotel. After trying several unsuccessful paths I made it back into the hotel lobby just as the receptionist was arriving. She said they don't open until 7:30AM, so you cannot check out and make final payment until then!! That's crazy. The room overlooking the beach was wonderful but don't come here if you need to leave early or expect good service.

Brilliant Dinard!

What a fantastic place. Right on the beach front and easy access to all of Dinard.
The lady on reception could not have been more obliging; she up- graded us just as a gesture and accompanied us to the room and showed us round. She explained the various procedures with the security in place( in perfect English); such a lovely lady!
The room was quiet, clean and full of all the expected accoutrements. Parking was , or could be , an issue but as we were out of season, it was easily dealt with.
We shall definitely go there again. You can park up and forget about driving and just enjoy such a lovely town. Brilliant.

The hotel was more of an apartment block with a few rooms.
Being out of season, February, there were no facilities and the room had no kettle etc.

what a view! so relaxing here we'll be back!

My wife and I came on a mini break and stayed here for one night. Even though our next night was a beautiful chateau on the coast we would happily have stayed here instead! A wonderfully situated hotel that is quiet and comfortable, and as I said 'What a view!'

Great location, but needs urgent update.

Dated hotel, updating attempted with insufficient funding. No aircon or c/h, room heating, if required, is by a small electric convector heater. The upgraded rainfall shower successfully flooded the tiny shower room each time it was used. The hotel is in a very good location but desperately needs a major makeover.

We had a large room with well equipped kitchen area. There is a lift which goes down to the beach - very handy saves walking down the hill when going to beach or into town. The town has plenty of nice restaurants but in the evening you need to get a table by 1930 because they get busy. This was our first stay in Dinard and we enjoyed it.

Good for the beach but breakfast frugal

A pleasant hotel convenient for the beach. However, breakfast was a little niggardly with trays designed to ensure you don't take too much. Also, no large spoons to eat your cereal and no spoon to scoop up the juice along with the fresh fruit. Smacks of a frugal approach.

the hotel i have stayed at for the past 10 years. 3 mins walk from town and direct access to main beach by lift. underground secure parking available.

rooms are well equipped and being slightly away from the centre slightly quieter than in town.

Room was okay but could have been cleaner, the toilet extractor was dirty, the bins hadn't been emptied in our room, however the room was modern and stylish. The hotel advertised a swimming pool and this was the smallest I have ever seen but the children still loved it!

Le seul reproche que j’ai à faire, c’est le petit déjeuner du matin, avoir du café sous le thermos. Franchement pour un trois-étoiles on peut s’attendre avoir un vrai café avec une crème de café et On ne peut pas appeler ça un café

Un séjour de 15 jours, très bonne accueil à l arrivée. Personnel toujours disponible et agréable.
Un hôtel que je recommande à tous et un emplacement de premier choix avec un accès direct à la plage de l écluse.

Bien dans l'ensemble avec un bemol sur les chambres donnant sur la rue. Tres bruyant. Boules Quies conseillées. Chambre 19 a eviter car située en plein carrefour a un demi etage.
Par contre accessible a la plage facilement par entrée et sortie privés.

L'hôtel est bien situé et la chambre vue mer à une super vue avec balcon. La chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable. Mais pour le prix il manque un petit quelque chose. Un petit coup de modernité dans la chambre serait le bienvenue. Un petit coin café est mis à disposition mais deux dosettes c'est un peu radin. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut clairement pas son prix (on a en live la personne qui remplit les carafes de jus avec des briques 1er prix, les viennoiseries ne sont pas du jour etc...)

Court séjour Hôtel calme et confortable Belle vue mer et plage dans ma chambre . ( frais agence élevés) Seul point que j’ai regretté = absence de restauration pour déjeuner et dîner (étant handicapé) et restaurants environnants un peu éloignés. Il est bon de le savoir.

Une situation idéale, une proximité des belles villas qui font le charme de cette ville, donnant sur la plage permettant de faire de belles balades à pied le long du sentier en bord de mer.
Un accueil remarquable, une grande écoute et un sens commercial développés.
Même si le prix est un peu plus élevé ne pas hésiter à réserver une chambre avec vue directe sur mer et plage. Vous ne serez pas déçus!

Bel hôtel, très bon accueil par un personnel aimable et souriant ; la chambre dont la terrasse surplombe la plage (très belle vue !) est propre et moderne. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. L'accès direct à la plage et à la promenade de bord de mer est très appréciable.
Un tout petit smiley de moins que l'excellent pour le confort, en raison de l'éclairage insuffisant dans la chambre, de la douche peu pratique (pommeau fixé très près du mur) du radiateur de salle de bains mal placé pour bien faire sécher les serviettes, et de l'absence d'une patère ou 2 ,qui seraient bienvenues.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé. La vue de la chambre sur mer est magnifique. L’hôtel est très agréable et le personnel très accueillant. Le mobilier de la chambre est un peu désuet mais la literie est bonne. La salle de bain est propre mais aurait besoin d'un gros rafraîchissement, surtout la baignoire/douche qui n'est pas pratique en fonction douche.
Mais dans l'ensemble c'est un bon établissement que je recommande
