The hotel venue is good ; The rooms are good and clean ; some of the staff was helpful and others not ; I was talking to my father on the phone and someone asked me to turn down my volume because the customers in the next room are sleeping at two o'clock in the afternoon ; This thing made me change the hotel this week ; Isn't a person coming on vacation entitled to talk to his family on the phone during the day and not at night? I saw it a very strange request from a staff ; but it’s okey for the rest 🙏🙏 good luck For people who do their job well there 🙏

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, and the staff were helpful throughout our visit. We were able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. I also had an incident where I forgot my phone in the car, and the team was extremely helpful in assisting me to get it back. The rooms were a bit small, but overall, everything was clean and comfortable. Great service and pleasant experience!

Comfortable, Clean Rooms. Great Location

The staff at reception, especially Nadire was very nice and heldpful. we had booked a triple room but it was in the back corner with a back alley view. She graciously upgraded us to a larger suite. They also allowed us a late check out till 2pm and kept our luggage as our flight was delayed.
However, they could do with increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet.

No option in cold days. Old and run down.

Very run down rooms, partly breaking apart. No place for luggage. Nowhere to hang jackets. Iron is dangerous to use. Heating terrible and not working - you get sick in such condistions. Balcony not cleaned after previous guests.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable! It was within minutes walk to Taksim, amazing istiklal St, tons of restaurants and interesting places. The rooms were on the older side and could use some repair, but front desk was available 24/7 to respond to inquiries and fix things. The buffet breakfast was fantastic as well, but the best part was the hotel staff. They were all wonderful! They spoke both Turkish and English and they helped us every day with giving us tips and guidance. Umut the receptionist spoke fluent English and was highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and hospitable. The young lady receptionist was super nice too, and Barkay the bellboy was always ready to jump in and help us. We had an amazing 1 week stay at two family suites and we made everlasting memories.

We stayed for 1 night and it was quite enough. I can suggest the hotel for a short stay, but I am not sure about the long run. The location of the hotel was almost perfect. 10 mins you walk, you are at the Taksim square.

Location, quiet and staff. While check in i found pillow cases in the room was Not changed it was used by previous guest despite they told me that my room is ready for check in, this was a huge disappointment for me. It seems also blanket cover was used not changed, I immediately reported to the house keeping supervisor he quickly taken action to change used pillow cases. Hotel is not having 4 star facilities it's only 3 star Hotel.

Our room had centeral AC, which was working only as heater, i am not sure thats how it works, or it was locked by the hotel itself because it was winter in Istanbul, i hope that can be cooling normally during summer.

Good hotel close to the conference centre

Hotel is good and clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast. The location is excellent for Taksim Square and the ICC.
One of the important things is it is on the flat at the top of the hill, if you book some other nearby hotels you will have to climb a really steep hill to get to Taksim.

There is no will from the receptionist to give you a good service or at least reasonable service. Not at arrival, not anytime. Completely dissapointed. For that amoount of money paid you can get a way better hotel in the same area. I was there for a conference 4 days and got to see other hotels where some of my friends stayed. I personaly had a very bad experience on this hotel. I usauly give 4 to 5 to hotels I stay. Not to this one.

Konak Hotel, Istanbul, a recommended hotel

This hotel is right in the center of Taksim, but our room was as quiet as a pin. They have bars of thyme-soap (wonderful) as well as shower gel and shampoo, no body lotion. There is a coffee/tea making set and free bottles of water every day.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent (if there are tomatoes and cucumbers, it's excellent...).

Great boutique turkish hotel

Great service, friendly staff, fantastic location short walk to Istiklal caddies and shopping Mecca of food and anything. Close to metro, tunnel and trams. Rooms are clean and fresh everyday. Great friendly staff ! Great variety of breakfast buffet. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay on the European side of Istanbul where the rates are half of the price compared to a brand name hotel!
