Firstly I’d like to say how helpful the staff were. One big disappointment was that the steam room didn’t work for the duration of my trip & the sauna was only working for one day. This was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel.I also struggled with a decent nights sleep as the room doors in all rooms were very loud when being shut. I am a light sleeper but I feel that this would be the same for most of the visitors staying at the hotel.

Location is good but there’s good about the property
We landed in 15sept Monday room extremely hot AC not working fridge was very hot and these issues never got fixed got room service done once shower was broken and the water in the wet area kept filling up very very very horrible !!!!!

One of the Best Hotel in Istanbul

The name \" endless art \" hotel should be ENDLESS LOVE , ENDLESS CARE, ENDLESS HELP AND SUPPORT. Special thanks to the host named Mr. Ahmed who went out of his way to accommodate us. That man is the real example of goodness left in the world and deserves much praises. All the hosts were very helping and provided the most comfortable service we've ever received. Hotel provided many services like good breakfast, pool theatre spa and much more at a very affordable price but it's the hospitality offered by that place which we will always remember.
Thanks again for all the guys of ENDLESS ART HOTEL who host us and made our stay so relaxing and comfortable.
Will definitely go again

Room for improvement

It’s an ok place. I felt uncomfortable that there was no deadbolt or extra lock mechanism from inside the room. It seems that anyone with card access can just barge in at any time.

A good choice

All is quite good, except for some details. Great and ample room, well located, sauna facilities, good breakfast. Very professional reception. But the pool was in maintenance on the first day and its jets malfunctioning on the second. Pool staff not friendly.

Room was nice, bed comfy. Breakfast was ok. Air con blasted out hot air in the middle of the night on one occasion which wasn’t ideal. Staff seemed friendly. Spa: opened at 11am which was a bit late for me to be able to use it any morning. No changing rooms or lockers to store stuff when having a treatment. I did get a Turkish bath and massage one evening though. Bath was nice but I would strongly suggest for a woman getting a massage here to ***insist on a female masseuse.***

+ Hotel is convenient for metro, buses and Taksim Square.
+ Reception service was good and friendly.
+ Hotel is new, and remains in good condition.
+ Nice breakfast cheeses

- Breakfast was adequate but nothing special (poor selection of fruit and cereals).
- The spa was disappointing (it is run separately from the hotel). They told me I had to wear a swimming cap if I wanted to use the pool (I have a shaved head!!)
- Spa staff were not so welcoming in general.
- The towels in the room were old, thin, worn-out and cheap! please replace them with nice big fluffy towels!!

Good hotel close to HavaBus and in Taksim- modern with terrific spa and plentiful although repetitive breakfast- room was very tight for two people- noisy doors banging all hours of day and night which is inexcusable for a new hotel- soundproof doors are a must- spa has odd hours opens late morning and they force you to buy a swim cap- - staff seem to use the spa as a personal resort which is odd-bathrobes would be a bonus- could use hooks to hang things in cramped quarters- fridge, kettle and safe bonus- great music all day in lobby and dining areas- no drinking water in rooms- should have water dispenser in lobby- smokers hang in outdoor terrace which is disgusting

Awesome boutique hotel near Taksim square

First the negative things, so the owners and staff could make few positive changes for future guests (including me :)):
- The quality of the filter coffee they serve is low. This is very important for a good reputation. Generally in Istanbul you can hardly find good coffee (except turkish coffee of course), but that is not an excuse.
- Privacy in spa. The spa is very good, but you don't have any privacy at all. Everybody can open the door of turkish bath while you are inside and enter like you dont exist, sauna and steam room have glass doors so no privacy there as well. Most of the spa facilities are free of charge for hotel guests (a big plus!), but even the outside guests that pay for spa don't have their privacy. Plus, VERY negative thing is that most of male users of the spa are walking around wearing only towels around their waists, and that's VERY uncomfortable and disrespectful for female users of the spa! There has to be some kind of scheduling and/or time slots for male/female users, as well as hotel/outside users.
Everything else is great: the hotel is 10 minutes walk from Taksim square and Istiklal street, the staff are friendly, breakfast is versatile, fresh, and very good (except coffee), the room is spacious and quiet, bathroom is awesome, room has nice big lcd tv with satellite programs, little fridge, everything is very clean, the pool is small but great, the spa is very good (but it lacks privacy), and the last but not least, the price is very well balanced.

Great hotel - bad first impression

First - I travel for work and stay in 5-8 different hotels, every single month. So my review is based on what I've seen other places.
Endless art is a very new and modern hotel, and it's clear to see that they wanna do the best to be following the trends of the time. It's very calm, good style and great atmosphere.

Be careful what room you book! I booked on hotels.com a superior room, and room description says 'king bed and sofa, city view and jetted bathtub' just to mention few. I booked for that reason. I received a room with 3 single beds, view directly into a wall and just a standard bathroom with a shower. Hotel refused my booking, and said it was a mistake from hotels. I still wanted what I paid for, and again - hotel refused. Just after arguing with hotel receptionist/manager, who even raised voice and wasn't understanding at all, we finally got another room. According to hotel it was a 'free upgrade'. The room we received was exactly as described. King bed and sofa, city view and bathtub. Not a good first impression! Double check what you book.

Spa was amazing! Staff was super nice and helpful, and it's rare you find such a nice spa in a city hotel in Istanbul. 5 starts to the spa.

Breakfast was typical Turkish, basic selection and nothing to complain about. But no juice is served!? I've never visited a hotel with no juice for breakfast. We requested basic orange juice, and got told they just have water and cherry juice. Detail, but pretty standard.

Helpful staff. TV did not work, tech came the next day to fix it and took the TV set, left with no TV set and cables hanging of the wall the entire stay. One night the AC broke, no AC for the night. Last night while taking a shower, water went out, left with shampoo in my head...not good

Biz iş seyahati için 3 gece konakladık ve konaklamamız süresince oldukça rahat ettik. Otel konum olarak oldukça sessiz bir bölgede kalıyor. Odamıza da ses gelmiyordu. Bizim için önemli olan bu kriterden tam puan ile geçti. Odaları yeni, oldukça temiz. Hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Şansımıza köşe odaya geldik bu yüzden odamız gayet genişti. Fakat otelin konumu ve oda temizliği konusunda çok sıkıntı yaşadık. Öncelikle otelin konumu dolayısıyla önünden geçen yol çok fazla korna ve araba sesi yaratıyor. Yakındaki eğlence mekanlarının sesiyle birleşince uyumakta sıkıntı yaşadık. Bir başka sorun odanın ısınmasıyla ilgiliydi. Klimayı çalıştıramadık ve donduk sonra lobiden çalışan geldi en sıcak ayara ayarladı fakat o bile yetersiz kaldı gece yine üşüdük. Ayrıca oda temizliği de çok kötüydü tuvaleti temizlenmemiş bulduk. Ayrıca yastıklar da kullanılmış ve arkası çevrilip ger konulmuş gibiydi. Kahvaltısı da basit ve sıradan bir kahvaltı. Spayı deneme fırsatımız olmadı. Hayalkırıklığı...

진짜 art hotel! details are nice in view of design.

공항버스를 주로 이용하는데 무거운 캐리어로 고생하기 싫어서 선택한 최적의 위치. 내리막길도 한번만 가 보면 금방이다. 공항버스 바로 반대편 호텔 밀집지역과 달리 돌길도 지날 필요 없고 캐리어 굴리기 좋은 위치라서.

아늑하고 깔끔한 객실 디자인이 아주 마음에 든다. 비록 방 크기가 여유롭지는 않지만 크게 불편한 정도는 아니다.
룸뿐만 아니라 로비도 정말 디자인에 공을 들인 흔적이 보인다. 아이템 하나하나가 섬세했고, 숙박에 중요한 부분은 아니더라도 작지만 눈호강하는 기분 좋은 감각이었다.

조식은 딱 터키식 아침. 매일 종류는 거의 같고 위치만 바뀐다! 디저트가 튼실하게 나오는 게 특징. 식기가 좀 작은 게 흠

머무는 동안 온수가 안 나오는 사고가 있어서 약간 불편했지만... 다시는 그런 일은 없길 ㅠㅜ 풀&스파가 무료였는데 이용을 못 해서 아쉽다.

Room cleaning service needs to be developed. There were some hairs and dust left, some teabags were not refilled, and only towels were changed that we put on bed (used ones that still in bedroom were same.) AND!!! Please read this, friendly hosts :-) hot and cold sign of water tap is reversed!!!!! It fooled me :/

L'accueil a été très très agréable par contre au niveau des chambres il y avait des cheveux dans le lavabo nos serviettes le lendemain n'ont pas été changé ni le surlendemain d'ailleurs la porte de notre placard de chambre et carrément tomber et personne n'est venu la remettre en place malgré notre appel nous avons été ravitailler en gel douche et shampoing qu'une seule fois pour le petit-déjeuner il était en retard pour le spa la piscine le sauna et le hammam sont compris dans le prix de la chambre par contre si il y a une réservation pour un massage l'accès au hammam n'est plus possible je trouve ça dommage moi qui préfère le hammam ou sauna par contre le personnel excellent

Super séjour au Endless art hôtel ! Personnel très sympa, au petit soin, jeune et dynamique ! Notamment l’equipe de la réception ! Font leur maximum pour repondre à nos questions et nous informer sur Istanbul.
Chambre très propre et spacieuse, confortable, salle de bain magnifique (nous avions pris une suite Deluxe avec baignoire), déco de l’hôtel au top !
Hôtel proche de la place Taksim, à 5-7 minutes à pieds environ, zone très bien desservie en transport.
Je recommande vivement !

Отель оказался близко расположен к метро площадь Таксим, примерно 500 метров. Район тихий и спокойный, при этом в 10 минутах ходьбы туристическая улица Истекляль. Мы приехали рано утром, нас встретили очень внимательные сотрудники на ресепшн (отличный английский, плюс знание русского у одного из сотрудников), накормили завтраком. Завтраки были разнообразными - кофе, чай, соки, вкусная выпечка, овощи, фрукты, яичница и множество сыров. Сотрудники помогали нам сориентироваться в городе, на все наши вопросы любезно отвечали. Остались только приятные впечатления. Больше всего нас порадовал бассейн и сауна, после длительных прогулок это то, что надо! Такой отель я бы порекомендовала даже другу))
