The property is well situated. However; the rooms lack sound proofing and we ended up having few sleepless nights as you can hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms!! Had to call the front desk few times past 2:00 AM to complain about the noise from neighboring rooms. For this reason; I won’t stay in this hotel again…

Has to be one of the best hotels I’ve visited, throughout the trip we were looked after very well and the stay was very comfortable! The hotel is located in a very good location that is close to both public transport and Taksim which was very lively and busy. There should be no smoking in the rooms. The whole trip, my room smelt of cigarettes and when having the air/heat on, a strong sewage scent was blown through the vents. I had to open our window in the middle of the night because that is very unhealthy to breathe in. Would not recommend to stay here next time.

It is not easy to find in Taksim good hotel as most hotel depend only on locations the fact is this hotel is location and well kept clean hotel
I really felt the comfort ant nice stay i am pleased with every thing despite the fact the housekeeping guy always forget some thinng but it is minor
As well they should be aple to allowed relative visitor to the room it was inconviniance for my wife to invite her cusin as we where all the way from the usa as hotel wont accept visitor to the room at all

The worst hotel ever in Istanbul. I Couldn’t sleep for two nights because of the noise in the room from other rooms, Water noise from other rooms , and people talks Loud. The receptions didn’t do any thing even though I spoke to them twice.
I never seen careless hotel like this hotel before.
Not only that, the rooms supposed to be non smoking, every one smokes around.

This the second time we stay in this hotel, it has improved a lot since last time, first ting to mention is the staff, they are so sweet and friendly, so helpful, bless them all. The room is so good, clean, bed is comfy, toilet is so clean with a comfy space. The tours arranged with the hotel are so good. Not to forget the excellent location of the hotel, just in the middle which makes it easy to reach most of the places by foot, bus, or underground. I definitely recommend this hotel for families or couples. Keep up the good work.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was well equipped however the shower door leaked. The service was slow and we had to keep calling for tea bag and water refills. The breakfast was good with a large variety of dishes however it was a little expensive at eleven Euros per person. The location was handy to get the metro from Taksim and also the havatas airport buses are around the corner. Many restaurants around the hotel area. The reception staff was helpful but not everyone was fluent in English.

The charge me too much is not the same price that I found in Expedia did charge me 2000 lira for eight night and they charge me $300 for three nights recharge me 26 Lira for water $90 dollar Per night 11 night it's $990 dollar I paid $1200.16 dollar soo The shed refund me the rest of my money... He was doing some painting on the six floor and I was the only one on the floor they should've told me that the doing some painting okay because it's smelling so bad I have to ask them so they could move me to a different room then they move me to the eighth floor then you move me to the fourth floor is playing with me up-and-down up-and-down it was terrible ... And I told the manager haha he told me we going to give you some fruit like I never have fruit ... You need to hire somebody knows how to run a four store prestige hotel

The hotel worked great for me.

I was looking at a hotel in the Taksim area, however everything was pricy and this one had a fair price, it didn't include breakfast, but I woke up late anyway.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, fair price.
Cons: Not a lot of customer service, even in the counter I wasnt even asked if I was checking in or what did I need, and the elevator didnt reach all the way to where my floor was, so I needed to take both elevator and stairs, but it was only one floor so I was quite pleased with my stay here.

Beds were hard. Daily maid service was sub-par. Although the review clearly said there was a restaraunt, it was buffet style breakfast and the the dining was never open, that we saw. The pool and gym amenities had very restricted hours. Surrounding neighborhood was great. Keep expectations low.

The lobby misleads

Choose the nearby Titanic hotel instead. There was a stink that would stay in the corridor through most of the day. There are no clocks anywhere in the hotel. The smaller room feels like a box. The internet connection is ridiculously slow. The hotel staff are nice but the amenities are seriously sub par. Ends up being a fairly depressing affair.

This was our first time in istanbul and the hotell was very centrally located near taksim area. Just 3 min walk to taksim square and from there one can get public transportation easily. One big minus about this city is that less than 20% ppl speak understandable english. So we do advice the hotel :)

The staff are rude plus dishonest. I gave them 50 Lira for change and after 30 minutes they forgot about it and when i asked they said i never gave them the money.

Plus they passed on my details to others. I asked them not to transfer any call to my room but they did!! my friend called and only had my first name, they passed on all my info including my surname, date of birth and duration of my stay!! when i asked they said it is our policy!

very unhelpful and hopeless. not friendly at all.

I would say it is a three star hotel. I think they have bought some of these start from Grand Bazaar!

The location of the hotel is excellent, very quite neighborhood and at the same time close to everything,and the staff is very helpful. The size of the room was OK even though we were 3 in the room. They had pluming problems in the bathroom and the shower door was broken, they send the repair man but were not able to fix it. I was able to get free Airport transfer with my 6 nights reservation.
