The property is closer to Taksim Square and has good breakfast buffet. The room service forgot to clean some days and the biggest issue I faced was the bath tub did not drain well even after I requested it to be fixed. Otherwise it was a good experience overall

I've booked Economy Single Room, 1 Double Bed. It was so cold in the Istanbul, some how most of people wore jacket outside. Moreover, hotel's heating system had been inactived and I had to wear number of clothes over each other, all over the time I stayed there.
Besides, cigarette's smell was annoying inparticular about who don't smoke.
Lack of suitable slippers in the private bathroom and to use of cardboard-cloth slippers could cause to slip if you don't be careful.
But the room, mattress and blankets were cleane. Yes. The room was clean and despite of to be unspacious, could provide propare place to stay a few days.
I should say that you should change the money before to go the hotel because they don't accept you even if you had paied for some days in advance. Particularly about Iranian, because of sanctions that have eliminated possibility to satisfay primary needs. So it brings situation some unfair people (Iranian or in other nationalities) exploit these conditions to swindle sanctioned people.

I’ve booked a room for one week.and I wasn’t happy with it at all. First day I found a small bug 🐛 on my bed, plus a long hair. And the shower is so bad . I had to go back to the reception and asked them to clean it. I think my room was not clean before I was checking in. And I had breakfast only once the whole week

Terrible reception

I booked this hotel for my brother. Unfortunately at 10 AM after an unpredictable 12 hours flight he arrived there. he has faced a very impolite reception guy named as Habib who did not even let him rest on the couch in the lobby and has told him he must sit straight and formal!!! Also he has asked for early check in but the reception refused to do so . Moreover, my bro recommended you guys to be very cautious about what you eat for breakfast buffet because this guy watches your dishes and tries his best to charge you for extra if he finds an overeating!! He has very rude to him when he asked for the reason behind all those bad behaviors...!

o hotel é de facil acesso através de elevadores de um estacionamento, o que ajuda muito nas ladeiras de Istambul. Chegamos antes do horário e o quarto já estava liberado e muito gentis ainda ofereceram café da manha pra gente! foram muito queridos e o atendimento é nota 10!!!

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich mehr als Top. Hier gibt es eine tolle und große Auswahl. Der Zustand des Hotels lässt zu wünschen übrig. Von 3 gebuchten Zimmern fehlten bei zweien die Türe der Dusche. In einem Zimmer war die Kloschüssel so wackelig, das es einem Angst wurde dieses zu benutzen. In einem anderen Zimmer gab es Problem mit der Klimaanlage. Die funktionierte zwar, lief aber Wasser raus und der Boden war ständig nass. Der Aufzug ist mehrfach stecken geblieben, was auch nicht so prickelnd war.
Hier sollte der Betreiber dringend was machen, ansonsten ist das Hotel in ein paar Jahren nicht mehr bewohnbar.

Very bad location. It is very tiring to walk from the hotel to Taksim. You have to climb about 700m on foot and you only want to walk that route once a day. The refrigerator is extremely loud. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
