Hello! I stayed 3 nights at this property! The staff in all Departments are very Friendly, helpful and Professional! The breakfast was very tasty and good variety for me😊 the room size was great! 10 min (hill) walk from Taksim station (metro nr m2)

Usually dont leave bad reviews for places, but ill make an exception for this place. When I checked in they were busy, and over booked. They said they would move me to their partner hotel up the street (Elysium Taksim), and there would be no extra charge. I had booked for 2 nights.
When I check in to the other place, all seems fine. Until the next day, they tell me that I was only booked 1 night in the other hotel and then they needed me to come back to the hotel, pack all my stuff and checkout, and then transfer back to the first hotel. Who wants to do all of that nonsense? I only had 1 full day in instanbul to visit the city which these guys ruined as they had power called me mid day asking me where I was so that I can check out.
They didnt communicate any of this with me clearly when they transfered me from hotels, otherwise I would have easily just cancelled and booked another place. I would never have agreed to transfer my place just for 1 night. If they were overbooked, they should have just refunded me or transfered me somewhere else for both nights. It was extremely frustrating to deal with all this and the managers at both hotels didnt want to take any accountability or responsiblity.

Sewage smell for every day 5 days due to leak, open plan bathroom and toilet smell issues and not family friendly, bed too hard, pillows too flat, sink too far back. Found used vaseline in bedside lamp. Taxi rank behind entrance yet staff refuse to tell you and say we don’t know go and wave one down. Greedy on toilet paper, no towels first day. Staff keep asking you who did you go with and how much you paid and they can do better.

This hotel sucks, it's dirty and wifi comes and goes. They put signs everywhere saying your not allowed to bring food or drinks to the room, probably because they want you to use their room service, unfortunately room service takes a long time to arrive if it arrives at all, so I guess you have starve while living here unless you eat out. Located near Taksim but you have to climb a steep hill and cross traffic to get there. Stay somewhere else!

Came on a medical trip and chose this location because it’s a walking distance from Acibadem hospital. Due to Covid-19 Elysium Styles in shut down so they placed me within an actual Elysium hotel next door.
Satisfied it’s the room and delicious plentiful breakfast, if you want anything other than what’s on breakfast plate they bring it free of charge.

Location is perfect for ppl coming from/to Sabiha Airport - is a good location as it's 6 min. Walking to Taksim Square. Actually we were upgraded from the \"Elysium Styles Taksim\" to \"The Elysium Taksim\" due to renovation purposes. What I didnt like is their weird 3rd gen. electro-magnetic card access. You'll understand when you get there. We were at an extension of the Elysium that has no receptionist. Everytime we got a problem outside the room, we had to cross the street to the other building receptionist... Etc. Averall accommodation rating and condition was good.

This hotel has a good central location but unfortunately due to the geography of Istanbul it is at the bottom of a steep hill so if you are trying to walk to Taksim Square or the ICC you have a steep climb ahead of you.

Nice modern stylish 3 star hotel. WiFi maybe not as good as you would expect from a modern hotel but that was the only minor issue. Close to Taskim Square and whilst the hotel bar wasn’t open often we were directed to a shop a minutes walk around the corner that sold alcohol.

The bathrooms are good but rooms small 503 ...we were later moved us to 401 which was of an appropriate size. Bathrooms have a glass door which you can see through....horrible design fault. Facade of the hotel is not appealing. Breakfast ok ...should have live cooking for ommletes. Will recommend the hotel however it's approximately 1km from Taksim and and you have to climb a big hill to reach there.

Its a nice and small hotel. We just wanted a couple of rooms to stay for a night and it fit the bill being close to Taksim. Hotel was clean and breakfast was ok nothng exceptional. Walk to Taksim is quite a hike which could be a problem for people with young children.

Was treated like I was a prison mate
Sheets were dirty , towel felt like a rug at best, depressing location , walls covered in either fecal mater or blood. Flickering light in the bathroom that was unbearable.
The shower was the only good thing about the room
As of that wasn't enough i had a friend who came to visit me in my room and not only did they hold his American passport at the desk ( thank god he had it on him ) but they kept calling every 10 minutes in the room to ask when he was going to leave the room as they said I only paid for a single room.
I mentioned to the rude staff that I was getting ready and we'll be heading out to diner shortly.

Un hôtel catastrophique. Leur 4 étoiles n'est pas vrai. Une odeur insupportable dans tout l'hôtel, on a pu dormir de la nuit car les fenêtre sont mal isolée. Coupure d'eau, moisissures partout dans la salle de bain. La propreté j'en parle même pas. A eviter cette hôtel.

The hotel is overall good for the price, but we didn’t sleep at all since the music from a club next to the hotel was super loud and got even louder after midnight.
A good point is that breakfast was nice, and the hotel is 7 mins walking from Taksim Square, but don’t stay here if you want to have a good night sleep.

Inte bra läge. Det är rätt att det är nära taksim och det det tar cirka 10 min till taksim square dock läget är inte bra. Först det ligger i bilmekaniker område, allt runt omkring ser otrevligt och man kan se en del av den mörka sida av istanbul, för den andra hotellt ligger i nerförsbacke för att att ta dig upp särskild om du har barnvagn och en gamling är det ansträngande.

Dünya çapında iyi personelleri var. Hakan, Barış ve Mübarek Beyler çok başarılı turizm çalışanları. Yaklaşımları çok iyi, müşteri ve çözüm odaklı.
Temizlik kavramı ise bu otelde çok bulunmuyor. Asansörden iner inmez koridor kokusu çok ağırdı. Odada ara ara tuvalet koktu. Koridordaki halıların üzerindeki lekeler artık halının parçası olmuş. Kahvaltı salonundaki koltuklar üzerinde çok fazla leke vardı, koltuğa peçete serip oturabildik.

Leider kann man in den Zimmern kein Fenster aufmachen, da es keine gibt. Sie haben dafür an der Decke zwar fenster drin, die man aber nicht öffnen kann. Die Fenster waren super dreckig voll mit Vogelscheiße. Dadurch, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte, hat das Zimmer der Komplette Gang in die Zimmer total nach WC gestunken. Ab Mitternacht spielen die direkt irgendwo am Hotel sehr laute Musik welches bis in die Morgenstunden geht. Übrigens gab es im Zimmer auch kein Licht sondern nur Nachttischlampen. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen es gibt Boutique Hotels welche sehr viel schöner sind.

I was really happy about everything at this hotel, the staff at the reception and the room service staff are very polite and nice!! I loved them. Very nice hotel rooms. Very clean. Except the breakfast... it was the worst. The bread was so old and hard I couldn‘t even open the bread. It was all wierd stuff on the plates. Thats not all. When I always came, they brought me the breakfast 40 Minutes later! And everything cold. The staff was a man in a dark blue shirt, a little thick and in the 40 or 50s. He was not polite. Very bad! I‘m sorry for saying that.
