Located near the Arno River, just 6 km from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, this family-friendly aparthotel offers self-catering accommodations. The Pisa city center and train station are approximately 5 km away, while the beach in Tirrenia is about 18 km away.
Built in 2009, the resort features 30 apartments within individual cottages. Guests enjoy free private parking, a lobby, and a swimming pool.
Pool access is limited and requires reservations due to Covid restrictions. The cost for an umbrella and three sunbeds is €25 daily per apartment from June 12th to July 25th and August 22nd to September 5th, and €30 daily from July 26th to August 21st.
Pool access is free for resort guests after 7 pm. Each two-room apartment includes a double bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen satellite TV, and panoramic views.
A kitchenette with a fridge and microwave is also standard. Guests can relax in the garden, at the poolside snack bar, or on the sun terrace.
Check-in is from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm, and check-out is from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.

Overall is a nice stay with few points that are lacking that affects the comfort of staying there.
1. Heating is turned off around 11pm thus you will feel cold if you are not asleep by then.
2. Hotwater not consistent, the water might turn cold for a moment when you are showering.
3. Parking is in public carpark outside the compound thus you will need to walk in the cold to the house although there are ample space to park in the compound. They do allow you to drive yr car into the compound for loading and unloading though.
4. There are no communal laundry facilities which is not ideal for long stay.
5. No dishwasher, no kettle and only 1 pot ,1 milk pan and 1 frying pan.

This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! Staff we very helpful and welcoming!

This place is great for families. We were on a road trip back to the UK with a full car and bikes, two adults, a 7 year old, and a dog. Beds were comfy, room was clean, decent set up and layout of room and resort.
Dog had plenty of space to run around but no dogs allowed around the pool grass area - which is silly IMO. And if you wanted to sit by the pool, you had to pay an extra €8 - again, very silly and both need to change as there were plenty of umbrellas free - 80% - and lots of space in the grass area that was “free” to use for residence and, far away from the pool not to be unhygienic by having the dog around or a disturbance for other guests.
We left at the crack of dawn and it was a pain to leave as we couldn’t drive our car in to the resort and there was no signage to leave the keys - quick fix needed on both: a sign by reception and the code/or fob to the electric gate.
The great thing was we were close to Pisa, in a quiet suburb that had a country retreat vibe - very green and chilled.
Would come back for sure!

Clean, friendly and close to Pisa
We stayed for one night arriving late and leaving early the next morning. There is no reception after a certain time, so we contacted Hotels.com who organised for the hotel to leave the keys in a key for us, which worked perfectly. The rooms we very clean and spacious, but the beds were not the most comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful in the morning. Breakfast was also pretty good.

Good accommodation for our last night in Tuscany. Two big double beds, a small kitchen and not much else but it was sufficient. Wifi was very slow, 4G was much better. The pool area was massive and really excellent if that is important to you.

three of us stayed at Eden Park Resort for 7 days, the accommodation was spacious and well designed, we were impressed with the cleanliness and condition of everything as it was excellent. The pool area was magnificent we are definitely going to revisit. The Resort is ideally placed to visit many of Tuscany's beautiful towns and villages.

Nice hotel with a breathtaking view of Mount Serra
We arranged a trip to Italy a few months ago, and one of our stops was Pisa, to spend some quality time with friends of ours. The location was easy to find, and not far from the town center. Only note: ask the reception for an emergency number, as one of our neighbors, a couple from France, got locked out of their room at 2 in the morning, and they had to sleep in our car for the night as there was no way to get in touch with the management. We even called the local police (Carabinieri) but they were not helpful and left after a few minutes. Aside from this, the room was nice and comfortable, breakfast was simple and healthy, and parking was easy.

Voor een simpel verblijf en/of overnachting is het prima. Het is een prima tweede bed in de woonkamer, kleine tv en een keukentje met pannen en bestek. De baskamer was niet enorm schoon maar functioneel. Fijne handdoeken aanwezig. Airco maakte enorm veel heriie waardoor het slapen in de woonkamer best lastig was. Perfecte omgeving. Dichtbij Pisa en haar prachitge toren!

Ok place to stay at. Hotel was being advertised with pool facilities from June, there was no pool beginning of June. Complete scam. Sound carries well between the units. Reception is closed between 1 and 3 making arring in this period difficult as you are stuck waiting at the parking lot.

Le gros point noir est la piscine qui de base est très bien, mais elle n'est pas exclusive aux quelques logements d'Eden Park et était en permanence prise par des cours de natation, centre aéré, à tel point que nous avons été jeté de la piscine faute de place ... Der er god service og det ligger tæt på Pisa. Der er rent og det fungerer fint til et par enkelte overnatninger. Sengene er fine, men der er ret lyt. Selve lejlighederne er lidt skrabet. Der er fx ikke vinglas, hvilket er lidt underligt i vinlandet Italien. Deres morgenmad er god.

Het. verblijf was prima. Net resort, mooi zwembad met prima uitzicht en we werden goed geholpen. Het appartement valt tegen. Niet geschikt voor meer dan 2 personen. Koken vanaf je bed en slapen naast de koelkast heeft niet mijn voorkeur. Ook ruiken de kasten naar een ver ondergronds verleden. Het doortrekken van de vreemd gevormde wc gaf vreemde effecten. Een deel van de door te trekken substantie kon je ook buiten de wc aantreffen. Het klotste. Maar locatie en intentie is prima.

Delusione all'arrivo
Al mio arrivo presso la struttura mi è stato comunicato che la prenotazione non risultava a sistema. Il controllo, lungo circa 15/20 minuti e condotto come se fossimo in frontiera, ha dato esito positivo solamente grazie alle mail che conservavo sul mio smartphone dalle quali è stato possibile chiarire che il soggiorno era stato confermato e, da me, interamente pagato. Mi ha infastidito (e ho ragione), dopo la lunga attesa, sapere che la struttura aveva disponibile un mini appartamento dove, poi, abbiamo trascorso la notte. Mi chiedo il motivo della lunga attesa prima di comunicarmi (viaggiavo con moglie e figli) che, comunque, si sarebbe potuto risolvere il problema. Va chiarito, infatti, che se fossi stato rassicurato da subito che avremmo potuto comunque pernottare, avrei considerato meno grave l'errore sulla prenotazione, In conclusione rimane il dubbio di aver pernottato in un appartamento diverso (per caratteristiche e prezzo) rispetto a quello prenotato. Il soggiorno all'Eden Park Resort è stato una piacevole sorpresa. Un ambiente confortevole, adatto al soggiorno con figli, accogliente e pulito. sembrava quasi di essere a casa. Considerato il prezzo davvero contenuto, il servizio e gli ambienti sono stati di qualità.

The small bungalos were modest but clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. There is a small market that had one of the best italian cheses and wines. It's all verry local wich was great. Nice for a stay near Pisa and enjoy a little of the Italian country side.
