At first they gave us a handicap where the bath smell very bad and the wallpapers are falling down.
They gave us another room…same as first handicap and others issues with the curtains broken etc. They don’t have any other room. Next morning for no reason the power shut down on just our room. Was a mess.

The staff were very nice. The room was pretty spacious. I didn’t like how thin the walls are. You can hear door slamming loudly in the morning. There is no atm in the hotel, even though the hotel website stated it does. I requested for a few amenities, but never received. Generally speaking, the hotel will leave a bag by the door even I was not around but they didn’t do that.

Practical hotel

Good overnight stay, this hotel is on the outskirts of Pisa, easy access to/from the main road to Florence if arriving by car. EUR 15 taxi into/from town so practical base for a night or so if just looking for somewhere to sleep and you don’t intend to spend much time in the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff are really nice and welcoming but overall I did not enjoy my stay here. Firstly, I had very disruptive neighbours next door to me. The walls are very thin so you can literally hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. But not only that if your placed on the 4th floor, the ceilings are cracking. Very outdated hotel, not as clean as it states. Phone in room is outdated, it does not work lol. I couldn’t even call reception to actually make a complaint about the noise next door. Horrible stay I would not recommend or return.

coverings peeling off in the elevator is not a good sign.

The dining room was fine - when open but they had no lunch service and a vastly diminished menu on Sundays.

It is a ten Euro cab ride from the airport and they have no shuttle service.

Check in at busy times was slow and tedious.

Be aware that it is far from tourist sights if that's why you're going to Pisa

Do not stay here! Their listing indicates that they have high speed internet but they do not - unless you are right next to the reception desk!
We stayed here because they advertised their Hi Speed Internet - infact, we got premier access as we are Marriott Club members, but internet was - at - best - horrible in our room and we were on the second floor next to the elevators.
Room was clean. Breakfast was alright. Location is about 2 .5 miles from the Leaning Tower. Supermarket nearby.
So disappointed. I tried to get their staff to help me, over and over - ultimately with no assistance. I wrote to the manager via e-mail - and now 2-3 days later- I have yet to receive a response.
Bottom Line - Way over priced! Virtually no customer service and ABSOLUTELY horrible internet (when you can get it) in your room. There are more convenient locations at far lower prices that you can book in PISA.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are average, during our stay the hotel had so building works going on which started at 7am, so you dont get much sleep.

The breakfast is average, not that much variety and the coffee machine didn’t really work.

The lady in the bar was lovely but she was doing everything the food and running the bar.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and modern and staff super friendly and helpful. However the location isn’t the best, it’s a good 30-40 minute walk into the centre or 10-15 euro taxi ride. If you don’t mind walking though it’s a dead easy route that follows the river and is very peaceful and quite pretty, just watch out for all the runners as it’s obviously a popular running route.

A poor experience

The hotel provides a function without providing any joy. Comfortable clean rooms but do not expect anything else. The breakfast provides the bare minimum. Coffee, toast, stale bread. That is it. Getting a drink at the bar in the evening requires you to chase staff down. No urgency, no sense of wanting to provide any sort of positive experience for guests. My other gripe which applies to 90% of hotels is that plugging any sort of electrical device in is a nightmare. When wii these hotels begin installing USB sockets and available electrical sockets? My other issue is with booking.com. There is little information about whether hotels wii be open late for check in.

Hotel was overall very nice, a very quiet area and services are limited i.e no concierge and food and drinks only available from 730pm until 10pm. But staff were lovely and very helpful.

Location

A very good hotel in so many ways but two things let it down.
The night manager was useless as in not on the ball to deal with foreign tourists.
The location was way out of town so getting back to hotel in the evening was difficult especially as there seems to be only a handful of taxi's in Pisa.

Nice hotel, but a bit neglected

It is a Marriott, and as such we expect a level of service and comfort, and the hotel, for the most part, delivers. There are a few issues, though:
The room we were in showed signs of neglect: Paint was peeling off, the wood floor was coming off, there was constant drops of water from the A/C vent by the door, etc.
Also, we were surprised to receive a bill for breakfast! As most people who have traveled in Italy know, breakfast is free and standard in 99% of Italian hotel. If not, it's price is mentioned at the time you check in. We were asked our room number when we sat down to breakfast, and later were surprised with the bill. And I must say, I had one of the \"worst\" cappuccinos in that breakfast I have ever tasted anywhere, least of all in Italy. I had to send my cappuccino back two times! I guess they just expect their guests to be \"foreigners\" who know nothing of the Italian food culture. Disappointing. However, because there is lack of anything else in the area, and because of the fact that we can park our car right by the hotel, we will probably be back, but not enthusiastically.

False Hopes of a Hotel Room

This hotel looks excellent on the internet as it is advertised to be greater than it actually is. For the most part, I think hotels.com should not allow this practice as it is not right to sell rooms to customers due to the assistance of false advertisement. The hotel itself had quite a few major flaws which I would like to point out. First, it is very far from the city center which is very inconvenient and results in a 40 euro taxi fare round trip. Second, the room is a bit dirty and beat up as the furniture is heavily stained, and the bedding is overused. Also, the bathroom had nasty mold stains in the calking towards the edging of the tiles. I can only say that the free breakfast buffet was decent.

Ideal location away from the City Centre.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and brilliant bathroom. The only reason I deducted 1 point is the included breakfast. For Marriott affiliated hotel I expected much better. There was choice of 2 cereals and 6 or 7 types of bread with same sliced cheese and scrambled eggs. That’s it. No variety at all. No healthy options. In 3 days we had more bread than our monthly intake. Boring. It’s like the chef had no idea of what to do. They won’t even make an omelet or fried egg. Just scrambled. The hotel definitely needs to look at this.

Nice if you need to be in Cisanello

Close to the hospital and airport. Far from the city centre. Area very desolated. Not easy to find a good restaurant nearby.
Plus of the hotel: clean, quiet, nice staff, really excellent food!!
Minus: no bar or anywhere to get a drink at night; restaurant good but quite expensive, desolated area, poor wifi
