Checking in was extremely frustrating! There was no mention of checking in at a different location, only hours for a front desk. When we were finally able to find the check in it was still quite the process to get to the room. There is a kitchen but no microwave, just FYI. The towels for the shower look and feel like large paper napkins.

No current phone listed anywhere!! We arrived after hours and couldn't get a hold of anyone to get us in. Expedia staff was finally able to reach someone. I have a family of 6 and that is why we chose this place, not even enough bedding or linens for 6 people!! One of the double beds was basically a futon, no where near capable of sleeping 2. Couldn't get the room cool, very uncomfortable night sleep. Cabinets were broken.

This is not a hotel like is in the photo.. this is a office building with 6 rooms on the second floor... there is no Lobby with any staff.. they email you with a code to get into the front door.. then another code to get into the hall where the rooms are.. and then another code to access a box to get the key.. there are no signs about a hotel anywhere on the building.. the picture of the building on the website is the of an office building with 6 guest rooms built in the building.. I would not recommend this place.. no one to greet you.. no staff.. again this is not a hotel..

Staying was perfect like renting an apartment lots of freedom and privacy for me it was just perfect and the staff was more than friendly so thanks again for a perfect staying big supermarket in the area and shopping mall and public transportation so to be short just perfect at least for us ,other people may have a another opinion because for some people is the best not even good enough

OK not a hotel just flats converted to bedrooms with en suite, room fair size, bed quite comfortable.only one problem is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone talking. Had to knock on the next room as they had the TV on at 02:00 to get them to turn it off.

Nothing good to eat around, our room had roches, there were no towels(towels they give u are like bed sheets) AC didn't work, the lobby was pitch black no lighting.. The lady in front was nice, she tried to help but it's not her fault the hotel is horrible.

Hotel was beautiful, lovely room.

For a \"budget\" stay in Europe this was one of our larger rooms which was nice. Big bed, big room, nice bathroom. AND it was SO CLEAN! Staff was very friendly, they even called a cab for us for the next morning to head to the airport.

My only complaint is that it is far from the square (leaning tower). We walked there and it took about 45 minutes, and then took a cab home.

If you don't mjnd the distance, for the price you can't really beat it.

Very small, cozy and modern Hotel. The personel was friendly and willing to help. Was fun to stay there. There is only one negative Point. If you open your door with the Card it makes a really loud noise which will wake you up at night if your neighboors come back late.

We arrived on a Sunday evening (early) but there was no staff present and the building was by code access only. We reached the staff by phone but the conversation was difficult with the language barrier. After getting into our room, the AC was not working and it was a particularly warm day. That aside, the room was clean and nice, we were just very warm. Only minutes away from the tower.

Can hear everything from the next room

The hotel is good for the price. However, the tower provided is dirty and very thin, the blanket is very thin as well. The wall between rooms is so thin I can almost hear the other people breathing in the next room.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location, not too far from the airport and quite close to the city centre, bus stop just next to the hotel, also Hertz car hire and two big supermarkets within the walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff and the place very clean. I am very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A nice,modern hotel. Small rooms but well designed with everything you could need, air conditioning, hair dryer, small fridge. A fair distance from the centre of pisa but with good bus links, the bus stop is just next to the hotel and passes every 15mins.

Brand New Hotel Space With All the Comforts

Think less hotel and more Rent-a-room. This place is brand new and very clean. There are 6 rooms for rent from this provider and they are all situated on the second floor of a condo complex. My room had a large private bathroom and spacious bedroom with large bed. We arrived after 10pm but were let in via a key stored in a lockbox. Save the contact number in case you need to arrive late so you they can let you in. The room was quite comfortable, fast internet, cold ac and free parking outside. There is no breakfast but a cafe downstairs and vending machines close by. The Leaning Tower is about a 10 minute drive away and the airport is really close too. This hotel is an absolutely incredible deal for the price. I highly recommend.

Hotel and staff were excellent and we would stay at the hotel again. My only negative comment relates to the poor sound proofing of the rooms. You could clearly hear other guests in their rooms.

Wow - brand new but tricky to find

Absolutely faultless brand new room in what is a new apartment building. You have to go round the backk of the building - there's shops on the front and at first you think 'it can't be here' but eventually, you'll find a sign on the wall saying 'Daglingegneri rental rooms'. You have to press the buzzer to gain access but as we arrived late and the reception was closed we phoned the number - so keep it safe at booking! The manager must live cose by as he arrived to let us in - in fairness it was late, about 9.30pm so best advice is to let them know arrival time. Anyway, he was really friendly and helpful and eveything was lovely - all brand new when we stayed on 18th May 2013. Pisa centre is a few miles away but there's a great bus service running to and fro, and the parking at the apartment block was free - if ou're going to Pisa, it was 8 euro to park for about 3 hours so leave the car and take the bus if poss! There's a really nice restaurant on the same road as the apartment block - 1mile walk, it's unassuming and next to the hospital but the staff and meal was probably the best we had in all our time visiting Italy. Can't judge a book by its cover eh? Highly recommend

we stayed only one night in Pisa with the point being seeing the tower. we had a car so keep that in mind. the hotel is 10-15 minute drive from the tower and close to the highway. I cant comment on its convenience to those without a car. we had a balcony, a comfortable bed and great hot shower. my only grippe is that the check-in was complicated - we arrived on a Sunday and there was no one there so we had to wait and phone and wait for someone to attend and check us in. not a great way to start. beyond that no complaints. for the price i would recommend this as a good spot for a quick stopover in Pisa.

Habe last Minute gebucht und war alles easy, am Tag vorher habe ich ne E-Mail bekommen (zwar auf Italienisch aber Google translater konnte helfen) in der E-Mail stand wie der Self Check in funktioniert und wie man an die Zimmerkarte kommt. Das Apartment war sauber und angenehm, der Flur war etwas hellhörig aber nicht dramatisch.

Não é hotel e fui enganada.

Gostaria de comunicar que se trata de um quarto, alugado como se fosse hotel.
Cheguei ao local, na data e horário combinado e não havia ninguém.
Fiquei indignada por vocês me venderem como se fosse diárias de hotel e soube por vizinhos, que se trata de um quarto, alugado por um casal.
Absurdo e ainda me cobraram 90 Euros.

Vou acionar a justiça.

Una cosa che constato sempre più spesso e che i giudizi non corrispondono alla realtà. Questo vale soprattutto per B & B ed affittacamere. Uguale per le foto, che o sono ritoccate oppure si riferiscono a quando la struttura e stato realizzata, non certamente allo stato attuale. Ciò vale anche per \"daglingenieri\".

Super miejsce! Bardzo łatwy dojazd z lotniska, ale też komfortowa, elektroniczna obsługa, dlatego nie ma problemu z wejściem do obiektu w późnych godzinach nocnych. Minusem jest to, że nie ma ogrzewania, a w czerwcu noce nie są jeszcze tak bardzo ciepłe. Mimo wpisania numeru karty pieniądze pobrane dopiero na miejscu. Ogólnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenie.

Hotel nuevo, comodo pero retirado del centro

Bien: Es un hotel bastante nuevo y limpio. Las instalaciones nuevas, las camas muy cómodas. Recomendable.
Mejorable: Las limpiadoras no reponían nada del cuarto de baño, tuvimos que salir a pedirlo. Un día se dejaron la puerta de nuestra habitación abierta no sabemos cuanto tiempo. El acceso de noche al hotel es pésimo, es muy muy oscuro.

On peut passer une petite journée à Pise. Ensuite, il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule et visiter les autres villes.
Le logement était propre, avec un parking, et dans un bâtiment agréable. En revanche, énormément de bruit car les cloisons sont très petites. N'espérez pas y dormir longtemps!

Ho trascorso due giorni con la mia fidanzata in questo B&B:
- pulizia della camera è buona;
- gestore gentilissimo;
- posizione dell’hotel è lontana dal centro, ma eravamo in macchina.
Aspetti da migliorare:
- cuscini un po' strappati e sporchi;
- camere non insonorizzate;
- apertura elettrica delle porte troppo rumorose;
- bagno senza bidet.

La procedura di check-in automatica è molto comoda ma sarebbe bello trovare arrivando qualche indicazione turistica a disposizione, ad esempio banalmente le piantine della città... ottima la disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito, ma avevamo capito che l'albergo fosse a circa 500 m dal centro, invece è necessario camminare almeno mezz'ora per raggiungerlo. Nell'insieme comunque è una buona struttura e il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Una sorpresa per l'economico prezzo pagato. Fantastica la camera, molto pulita, moderna, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, tra cui la terrazza. Posizione un po' fuori dal centro, ma perfetta se hai la macchina (parcheggio disponibile). Un soggiorno gradevole, dovessi tornare a Pisa sceglierei di nuovo questo affittacamere.

Prima hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Kamer gebruikt op doorreis met onze twee kinderen van 3 en 1 jaar. De kamer was netjes en had prima bedden. Onze kamer (nummer 1) had een aparte ruimte met een kleine kitchenette. Deze was af te sluiten met een schuifdeur. Was voor ons ideaal, omdat onze jongste zeer licht slaapt en we haar daar in ons eigen meegebrachte bedje konden laten slapen. Het stapelbed stond ook een beetje in een uitstulping van de kamer, dus onze oudste kon daar ook prima slapen. Als gast bij dit hotel krijg je korting bij een nabijgelegen banketbakker. Daar serveerden ze heerlijke koffie en broodjes voor een zacht prijsje.
Er zaten wel veel muggen in de kamer en we moesten even zoeken naar de ingang van het hotel, maar al met al een prima verblijf gehad. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Ci siamo stati per un weekend, valutazione positiva, specie x rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Molto comoda la procedura da seguire per il late check-in, soluzione particolarmente indicata per coloro che hanno necessità di un albergo vicino all'aeroporto per brevi soggiorni.
Unico neo la qualità del sonno, disturbata da altri avventori molto rumorosi nelle ore notturne.

una vacanza alla fantozzi

ho fatto una notte sola, eravamo venuti per vedere la torre pendente. C'è una reception larga un metro, dove si alternano vari personaggi che non sanno niente. La macchina del caffè era fuori uso, il distributore delle merende aveva dei prodotti scaduti dai tempi di napoleone. E di notte veniva spenta dimodochè andassero pure male. La stanza bella, tutta bianca, neppure mezzo quadretto, e cosa particolare neanche una sedia. Si ha a disposizione un bel terrazzo con vista su un altro palazzo, ma non ci si puo' sedere. Non ci sono sedie da nessuna parte. E comunque la parte piu' divertente è che siamo a 5 chilometri dal centro non a 5 minuti. Alla sera gli autobus finiscono e io e la mia compagna, siamo stati costretti a farcela tutta a piedi da piazza dei miracoli all'affittacamere... all'inizio era bello il lungo arno... ma poi.... eravamo praticamente sulla provinciale e con il calar della sera avevamo un po timore ... l'unica cosa, era la doccia , ci siamo fatti una doccia calda meravigliosa. Ma gli asciugamani avevano certe macchie... posso dire la mia opinione? gli ingeneri hanno costruito un bell'impianto , tutto informatizzato , wifi gratuito, televisione, tapparelle elettriche, ma non hanno tenuto conto dell'aspetto umano. Al mattino sono andato a comprare caffè e brioche dal bar di sotto....

El hotel estaba nuevo, pero es una planta de un edificio en medio de la nada. Se llega bien en transporte público pero está alejado. El primer día llegamos a las 22:00 y para encontrar donde cenar nos fue difícil.

Ottimo B&B in Zona Ospedale a Pisa

Bella sorpresa. Comodo per spostarsi, pulito, comodo per un soggiorno in liberta'. Ottimo per muoversi in auto e raggiungere aeroporto e i dintorni di Pisa. Il centro di Pisa si raggiunge in 5 minuti di Auto.
Inizialmente titubante nella scelta rispetto ad un vero hotel, ma il risultato invece e' stato ottimo

La stanza Fibonacci a me assegnata è ottimamente climatizzata ma un po' piccola come pure il bagno molto piccolo e senza bidet.

Sì tratta di camere inserite in un condominio.
La struttura è recente, collocata in una zona periferica (raggiungibile dalla stazione con 20 minuti circa di autobus), la nostra camera era sufficientemente spaziosa e pulita. Servizio di reception molto minimalista.
Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva,considerando
anche il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Receptionen var stängd . Fästen vi kom inom inchecknings tider . Vi blev tvungen att kontakta hotel .com och de kontakta i sin tur med hotellet. Sedan gick bra det resten . Grattis parkering . Bra internet . Modern badrum . Trevligt personal på morgonen . Bra utsikt .

Negativa var : Inga mikro inga vatten kokare eller kaffe bryggare . Vi hörde grannarna väldigt bra och det var inte roligt.

Assolutamente da evitare! Si economico assolutamente ma letti scomodissimi (sembrava di dormire sul marmo) si sentono i respiri delle camere vicine e dai rubinetti solo acqua calda!!!!!

Ci tornerei, a parte l'arrivo che non ti aspetti perche' inserito in un condominio, poi quando sei dentro e' tutto ok, camera tipo hotel, servizi simili e possibilita' di arrivare e partire quando vui. Ottimo il wi fi.

Si vous recherchez un petit appart a louer pour un séjour, c'est très bien, mais ce n'est pas un hôtel. Donc grosse déception car nous nous attendions a trouver les services d'un hôtel (petit déjeuner, réception ...)
Propreté très approximative
Mais la personne présente pour vous accueillir est très disponible et agreable.

La chambre est au premier abord agréable, avec un balcon, qui contrairement a ce qui est annoncé sur le descriptif, n'est absolument pas privatif, mais qui est commun avec les autres chambres, avec pour seule séparation des pots de fleurs.
En ce qui concerne la chambre, elle est assez grande, il n'y a pas de chaise, le lit est en fait deux lits une place collés l'un a lautre, pas tres agreable.
Il manquait un pied a une petite commode posée dans la chambre.
Les murs sont tres mals insonorisés, ce qui fait que l'on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines comme si on y etait en direct live.
Nous avons egalement eu du mal a trouver le sommeil, par rapport aux distributeurs de boissons, et de bonbons qui font un vacarme assourdissant.
En ce qui concerne la salle de bain, elle est tres petite, prevoir des serviettes de bain parce qu'il n'y en a pas, ainsi que des produits de bain, car ce nest pas avec ce qu'il vous donne que vous pourrez prendre une douche digne de ce nom.

El lugar no es un hotel, sino un piso con habitaciones adaptadas que alquilan. No está ni en el centro histórico ni en el aeropuerto. Hay una parada de autobús que lleva a la estación del tren.

En primer lugar llegas a la dirección esperando ver claramente el hospedaje pero debes acercarte al mismo portal para ver que no se trata de un hotel como daba a entender. El trato por parte del personal es muy correcto y amable asi como la comodidad para acceder al establecimiento fuera del horario de recepcion. Lo que se echa de menos es que las maquinas de bebidas y aperitivos no dan cambio y que el WiFi apenas funciona. Al menos se aparca bien y en la puerta sin demasiada suerte.
