The place is poorly kept. We arrived late, and the reception was closed. We had to go
authomathic check on and it was a long and convoluted process, which took a long time. We were able to get assistance, but once we fonally got the elettronic card to access the hotel, the room' door didn't open, therefore we had to go back to the outsude entrance and get a new electronic card through the assistance. Back to the room, the room's door did not ooen without a strong kick. That door had in reality a big isdu as confirmed in the morning. The inside of the room was poorly equipped, only 2 pillows for a double , one set of towels, no glasses ( found them in the morning in the fridge), no kettle gor making a cup of tea or coffee. More than essential, i would say. The bathroom was old, toilette seat of the wrong size for that toilette's model, was redicoudly small, no plugs in the basin or bidet' , which showed only a big hole. In addition, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and the floor showed stains everywhere. Also, in the morning, we noticed that room's door must have gone through some flooding as it showed wrotten wood at its botton and sides.. Breakfast was better than expected, with enough variety of choices. Personell was nice and helpful. Overall, for a 'budget\" hotel (whose price was not really \" budget\" ) the place was disappointing at most levels. Not recommended for the price.

Great 1 night stay close to airport

Fantastic stay the night before we flew home.
Checked in and headed to the leaning tower just 10 mins away.
Had a take out pizza from a little shop just a short walk away.
The quadruple room was better than I anticipated. Really spacious with sliding doors in between the 2 singles and double and 2 bathrooms! Friendly welcome at reception and a tip of where to park near the tower.

The property was as advertised. What took from our expereience was huge difficulty I had prior to arrival. I like to confirm all details before I leave. Numerous messages to hotel went unanswered. Contacted customer support and EVENTUALLY it was sorted. The hotel did apologise but I found that entire process difficult. Hotel was fine and staff lovely next day but wont be staying again.

We arrived late with our toddler and The hotel is in a great location by the airport, but unfortunately it’s run down, with damage to the breakfast room.
Our room had mould and the bathroom looked like it had previously had a flood, smelt very damp. Thankfully the lady at reception was great and moved us straight away (also threw in some snacks that we were about to buy)
The room was fine for the night but didn’t feel or look the cleanest.
The beds were very big and comfortable and had a great sleep.

Breakfast was good and had everything we needed.

Only complaint is that the shower door was broken as per picture and the default when using hotels.com is for one person unlike other sites so I booked one double room but said one guest without breakfast. I recently stayed at a hotel that was a disappointment from start to finish. First, the check-in process took over an hour, which set the tone for the entire stay. Despite being advertised as \"5 minutes from the airport,\" it was actually much farther, almost double the time, and the transportation costs added up quickly.

Once inside the room, I discovered the real issues. There was noticeable mold in the bathroom, which made the space feel unhealthy and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there were clear signs of water damage throughout the room, with stained ceilings and damp patches on the walls. The overall cleanliness and upkeep were far below what I expected, especially considering how the hotel was advertised.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not for the price and false advertising. My stay was uncomfortable, frustrating, and not worth the hassle

Very out of the way. We booked due to proximity to airport and were shocked with only one realistic way to get to airport which was an 8 minute taxi ride that cost 22 euros. Hotel is made for sports teams and for people travelling on a limited budget. We arrived 15 minutes prior to check in and waited 45 minutes until room was ready. When we went into room the floors were still wet from being recently mopped. Only one pillow per person in room. No coffee, tea or kettle in room. The breakfast is the best thing about this hotel. Also easy rider pizza shop is a 2 minute walk and owner made me a wood fired margarita pizza and I purchased a bottled beer all for 9 euro. Best deal of our trip so far and pizza was great.

The room was quite modern, equipped with all the necessary equipment and clean.

I had very bad experience I won’t suggest anyone to stay in this hotel we couldn’t sleep all night for noise of air condition is keep getting on and off no one on the desk I went outside around 11:30 pm to get some fresh air when I got back front door was locked no one there to open my wife was in the room but her phone wasn’t working luckily one guest was getting inside I asked him to help then he used his room card and let me in no one explain me without room card you can’t enter in hotel what a worse experience I will never go back to that hotel

The hotel is about a €25 taxi ride from Pisa. It was clean and fine for a 1 night stay. A slightly funny smell but other than that all good.

A very mixed bag but if I had to rate it then I’d say 4/10
We were on the 5th floor (top) which was great but the elevator only goes to the 4th, 35 degrees and carrying 3 cases wasn’t much fun.
The room was large but unfortunately had many issues, patio doors didn’t close tight so you could hear the traffic outside, the AC was good but it only had on or off as an option, you can increase the temperature but it resorts back to 17 and way too cold, the shower was extremely mouldy and the top function didn’t work as the dial was missing so a handheld shower head had to do the trick, the safe was locked out so that need resetting and the TV remote battery was dead so had to get that sorted as well. Our 2nd night was the worst, a car alarm was going off for the majority of the night, it’s a free car park which is great but the hotel don’t know who’s car it is so it went off over and over! Breakfast area is very small however the food and drink was good. Overall we left disappointed in our stay

We arrived in the early hours of the morning after a delayed flight. Upon arrival we had to
Check in using a machine which didn’t have the reservation number hotels .com has given. I had to call the service button and have a member of staff navigate it online again adding more time on in the early hours. The room was basic with only one plug and check out time said 12 but a lady woke us at 10:50 wrapping the door. The man on reception was lovely the next morning and he got my son and I a taxi.

We briefly stayed in Hotel BnB as a stop over and it was exactly what we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they allowed us to stow our bags when we arrived too early for check in. The room was small, but we knew it was going to be and ticked all our boxes. Very clean room, AC, smart tv with chrome cast, lovely clean bathroom and there was always such a lovely smell of clean in the hallways too. Breakfast was buffet style and offered a variety of hot and cold foods, including pastries and cereal. Everything we ate was lovely and of high quality!
Overall, we were extremely impressed with the high standards in relation to the very reasonable prices. We will be recommending Hotel BnB to any friends who find themselves travelling to Pisa!

I was surprised to find the hotel less than modern as shown in the photos. Since there is no carpet in the hall or in the room you can hear every neighbour in their room, their TV and footsteps in the corridor. The nearby highway is also loud, and the windows allowed for conversations in the parking lot to be heard.

The \"storage\" for the suitcases was in the cafeteria so I didn't feel safe leaving my luggage.

This hotel is conveniently located for proximity to the airport and highways for road trips out of the city, I wouldn't recommend this for people who want to be close to any of the major cities.

After a 10hr flight to Paris, a 7hr layover and and hr drive from Florence i finally arrived at the hotel after 1am. The lobby was closed but they have a touchscreen kiosk to check in. After credit card issues the manager came down and did everyrhing possible to accomodate and let me check in and just pay the next day when everything was sorted out with my card. She even provided complimentary water. I would have been out on the street that night. She is a pure angel and i will never stay anywhere else but there anytime in Pisa.

There's actually a confirmation number to check in to this Hotel that will not be sent along with your Orbitz reservation.Hence: no easy check-in in an otherwise unmanned hotel.

Once we arrived, there's a self check in at the entrance in the form of a not so intelligent stand alone screen. Once you navigate the awkwardness of the lack of confirmation number and manage to phone the customer service line (be aware that there's actually no house phone, so, if your cell is not roaming, good luck with check in)

Finally, you have to scan ALL family's passports and for some weird reason you have to enter all the information all over again. There it goes: wife, child one, child two and me.

Well, you get the key and you say that the worst is over. Welcome to an otherwise clean room with very comfy beds, very clean sheets and bathrooms. BUT.... The room is flooded with what seems to be a serious air conditioning water damage and the floor literally containing actual pieces of the ceiling.

Hot humid Tuscany in August. At least your aircon will work flawlessly. Dream on. The air conditioning is on an actual timer that lets it run for about 4 minutes until it turns off automatically. What do you get? The typical conundrum between insomnia and suffocation.

One positive thing. The air conditioning shut off timer worked like a charm all night long while I believe that I have not been charged for the sauna that was my room.

My partner and I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been very happy with it and the facilities. This no-frills hotel is in an industrial area east of the city center not far from the airport. Beds were okay, but everything else was sparse. Two towels only, only one power outlet that was far from the head of the beds and non-adjustable thermostat. It's a place to sleep, that's all.

Very clunky system, and particular problem is that the booking number required by the automated system is different to the booking reference number issued by Expedia!!!! The reception was being bombarded by irate French young ladies not happy about something?? Are room was fine and the staff helpful but we did nit get to sleep till after 3-30am as the music continued till then.....Shame as I think we would have enjoyed our stay if at least after 12-30 we could have had a bit of peace and quiet to enable us to sleep. Did you know ?? This dance competition was happening??WE where also given a room right on top of the amplifiers BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! till 3-30. Not good What a pity .....Hugh Notley...

Overall it was really nice stay but unfortunately the hotel double charged me for a one night stay. I already made reservations through hotels.com and prepaid for the hotel room. When we checked in we told the lady that we had reservations and had us pay for the room. Obviously it was a miscommunications between the lady and us! She told us she was sorry and will take care of it on Monday and refund us the the extra charge. Five days later she did not refunds us. We called the hotel to explain the situation and the person at the desk couldn’t help us, so lady told us to email the hotel as we did! A day later we haven’t had a reply by the hotel yet. Obviously there is poor management at this hotel and they need to get their act together!
