Came down for a basketball tournament. Dirty rooms, broken toilet and told to just deal with it. Daughter found bed bugs in her bed and was told to just deal with it most everyone has them here. Wouldn't give us refund or any help with switching rooms. Bathroom walls had cracks in them. Very poorly maintained property and the staff was rude and disrespectful towards myself and my children. Charged 25 dollars for early check and and said it had to be cash only couldn't be added to bill. Breakfast didn't have much to offer. Pool was nice and warm area only positive about this location.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We slept well.
I rated staff 3 as we only had interactions with 1 staff person who couldn't answer questions because \"I don't live here\". He didn't offer any help at all about places to have dinner. We only saw this staff person at check in and didn't see any other staff at any time. Check out was accomplished by placing key cards in a box.
We did not have breakfast.

We came here to swim for my son’s 5th birthday. We were told the pool would be open u til 10pm when we called BEFORE booking the hotel room. When we got there and checked in we went down to the pool to find it was NOT open and we asked the front desk clerk for a refund and told him that we would not be staying. He then said he couldn’t process the refund because he was not a manager. So we left and are still waiting for a refund since we did NOT stay at the hotel.

The man working in the morning was very rude. Did not want to let me in the lobby. Told me not to go near the breakfast area when I walked that general direction to throw trash away, he yelled at me and told me to stay away from the breakfast area. When I got some coffee, he told me I needed to go outside and wait because he needed to lock up the lobby. He would not allow me to wait in the lobby for my ride to the airport locked me out of the hotel. I have never been treated so badly in my life.

I will never stay at another comfort inn! This place was awful, from the spiders, to the never cleaned carpet. Broken door lock, smell, dirty ac unit and no breakfast. A waffle, toast with jelly and apple juice. That’s not breakfast! Don’t waste your money.

The staff were so sweet and helpful, the place was clean and smelled so much nicer than the other hotel we stayed at. Parking was close no matter how many times we came and went. The air conditioning worked well too. Just wish the pool ladder had been checked on, but everythings okay now. Definitely will stay here again. :)

Chicken went well but when we got to our room it smelt dank like water had been sitting up in there for a minute. The only good thing about our stay is we were at the end of the hall right next to a door. The last night we stayed there. My husband got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night in the bottom left part of the porcelain tank on the toilet broke off and started spewing water everywhere. It was fortunate that he knew how to turn the water off because the attendant at the front desk probably would have known how to do that. The management was accusational when it was reported. My husband got cut but nobody asked if you was okay. Nobody asked if we were okay. They were more concerned about getting the toilet changed out for the quilt show. That was about to start up the next day. So much so that before I checked out that day. Darcy, the front desk attendant sent maintenance to the room at 8:30 and then again at 9:30 to get the toilet out of there. When I requested that he wait until the 11:00 checkout, she comped an attitude with me stating that we were supposed to be moved to a different room that she if she had known we were in the room she wouldn't have sent down there even though my husband had called from the room that morning to ask what time check- out was. The front desk staff was helpful.

The hotel is just run down and not very clean. There was a lot of dirty surfaces and floors in our room. The lamps didn’t work, either.

The breakfast left much to be desired. The cereal bins were empty, and the only protein options (scrambled eggs and sausage patties) were not good at all. I ended up with a packet of oatmeal, which is fine, but I’d have preferred a protein option that tasted decent. The kids enjoyed the waffle iron.

Overall, it sufficed for one night. But, there are many other options in Paducah and I’ll be choosing one of those my next pass through.

Parking out front was small. Around the back looked unsafe (next to woods end places for escape). Walls needed paint (entire facility) Bathroom was poor - dirty caulk around tub - ceiling paint falling. Carpet was old and needs replacement. TV remote was dirty and sticky. Will not stay there again. Selected based on reviews of 7.0, which was wrong. Staff was not available at the front desk to discuss. Coffee machine was broken - so I left to get some at the gas station.

When we checked in the desk clerk was hateful and absolutely not welcoming. We asked for rooms next to each other. He put us down the hall. There were 10 cars in the parking lot.
We asked if he could turn the lights on in the dining area so we could play cards after we got settled. He said he would have to ask. I said ok, I’ll check back w you. I asked again when we left to eat dinner, same answer. Again when we got back, same answer.
The first room we checked into toilet was stopped up. He upgraded us to a better room that the sink was stopped up in and the toilet ran all night.
Next morning he was putting out breakfast when I went down to get coffee at 6:45. He rudely told me breakfast wasn’t until 7. I said I’m just getting coffee. He repeated hinself and I said IM GETTING COFFEE. It was ready and I got a cup.
I wpuld not stay at that place again if you paid me.
We played cards in the lobby after moving a table. While we were doing so, 3 other people complained about their room.

Desk clerk was rude! It says there is a possibility of a deposit upon arrival if you live within 60 miles of the hotel on here. It didn't say how much the deposit would be (it does now because they updated it later) or that they wanted $250 IN CASH even though it says they don't accept cash!

We live 45 minutes away but were staying there for our son's surgery the next morning. They didn't explain the deposit or try to calmly explain anything. The clerk was rude and told us \"That's just the way it is and every hotel in Paducah does this\". That was in fact, not true.

We weren't going to stay somewhere with someone so rude, and we weren't staying somewhere that didn't clearly state the amount of said deposit or that he said they needed this deposit in cash when they aren't supposed to even take cash. Plus, the Comfort Inn looked completely run down and was in a sketchy area

We ended up leaving, and going to the Holiday Inn (still in Paducah). They DID NOT charge a deposit at all. None! They said hotels used to charge the deposit to cover for damages from people coming to town, partying, making a huge mess/ breaking things and then leaving.

If the clerk at the Comfort Inn would've explained this, it would have been a different situation. There was absolutely no reason for his attitude! We were happier paying for another hotel room instead of being there. The Holiday Inn was well worth it. I wish I could give them zero stars. Do NOT recommend! Save yourself, stay elsewhere!

Room was poorly cleaned and I could tell. Hair left in the sink, on the bed, in the shower. There were also crumbs on the floor which indicated to me that it hadn’t been vacuumed after the previous guest.
I got in around 4:30 and kids started running up and down the halls around 9 PM for almost an hour. Unbelievably loud after a 10 and a half hour drive that day. The noise started again at 7 AM which was frustrating.

The staff was good, the room was nice, housekeeping needs to improve. We found panties on the floor with faucet in the sink is falling off, the sink don't drain right, the lamp stands all is covered in crud needs to be clean. Housekeeping needs to learn how to clean rooms, there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom. How can housekeeping not pick a pair of panties up off the floor? And I assure you there wasn't ours. I stayed in a lot of Comfort Inns and the ball of my state in that one was the worst.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. The first room they put us in had bed bugs on top of the blankets. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We went to the desk with the issue and they immediately moved us to a different room. The next room had a mold problem in the bathroom and a slight draft around the Heater/Air Conditioner unit. The faucet on the sink was not attached very well and always moved when we used it. The water that came out of the sink smelled funny when you start running water. The pool was not a fully heated pool. There was one water jet with warmish water.

Room was clean but bathroom had molded caulk around the tub. Some corners in the bathroom were peeling at the ceiling. Bed was comfortable but pillows were hard. Buffet was good. Desk clerk made no eye contact, no greeting. No internet, call the desk downstairs no answer. Went downstairs told the clerk there was no internet he was very rude and said \"I told her last name and room number\". Showed him the tablet with the proper login. Said call the number on the sheet in the room. Call the first number no answer call the second number no answer. Last number registered as Utah first call I was hung up on, second call I waited three and a half minutes and then decided to hang up. Been to this hotel several times and loved it but it's really going downhill.

My problem was the number of outlets, plus the fact that things are plugged into a power strip that is hanging which is a hazard. There was only one light by the bed when there should have been two plus the the electrical outlet is behind the bed. Our room probably needs some attention.

After 2 ft of snow, the parking lot wasn't plowed. Was told the driver broke down. Then call for backup. Mark was driving a U-Haul truck. Got stuck in the snow in the entrance of the parking lot. I asked to borrow a shovel. The staff didn't come to see if they could help. After speaking to the manager of the hotel next door, was allowed to park there.

The bathroom needed to be more thoroughly cleaned - there were bugs & dry in the floor & some dirt and spill stains on the floor and tub. The parking lots was a complete icy mess - very dangerous - there appeared to be one small path that had been plowed but everything jar was 6 inches of hard packed snow covered in ice, with no obvious attention to use salt or a thing to make it more safe

I was given a room that had not been cleaned at all then was told I didn’t reserve the type of room that my reservation clearly stated I had reserved. They tried to give me a smaller room and said that should be all I needed in the first place. I was called a liar and finally given a 3rd room-matched what I reserved. The hide-a-bed still had a dirty sheet on it.

At check-in you had to call a phone number for service. We had no towels. It was a very dark room even with the lights on. Only one lamp on nightstand. No bulbs in the lamp by the couch. It was the worst place we have ever stayed. I think we should get a refund. We will never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

The room was freezing when we arrived, the heat had not been turned on ahead of time and it took till after midnight to warm up and the furniture was cold through so even with the covers pulled up the bed as cold. The temperature outside was in the 20s so heat was definitely needed.
