This hotel is just okay. The property was well maintained. The room was average but since they allow pets there was quite a bit of pet hair on the floors and in the beds. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with the necessities. The noise level from outside and inside the hotel seemed a bit higher than ordinary, so if you’re a light sleeper beware. Breakfast was what you’d expect from a hotel. Overall the stay was just okay but if I’m ever back in town I’d probably stay somewhere else.

Our room was super clean and up to date! The front desk staff were super polite and efficient! They were able to quickly solve our problems with accessing the internet! The breakfast was just what we expected - and the staff in the breakfast area were super friendly!!! The parking was plentiful and safe! We were very pleased with our two night stay!!!

Unfortunately, this hotel now caters to traveling sports teams. There were MANY unsupervised children running throughout the hotel (inside and out) and well into the night.
The staff addressed our concerns by moving our stay to an upper floor where they were supposedly not staying. Wrong! These hoodlums ran, unsupervised, everywhere!!
We loved staying here twice a year, but no more.

The first room we were assigned was not ready for use, the second room had a very dirty floor, orange peels under the desk - however, Amy, the cleaning staff woman, came in and cleaned it up very nicely and was extremely courteous.

We arrived late night after driving for 7 hours to learn that they had overbooked and given our room away. They didn't have another suite to replace it, so our 6'3\" exchange student that was traveling with us had to sleep on a little cot that could only be placed right in front of the bathroom door. There was a reason I had booked a suite with a separated area for him to sleep in.
After all that we didn't get to sleep until after 2am and then I was awoken at 6am by the guests above us. You could hear every single step they took. Needless to say all of this was frustrating, but the staff was nice and the room was clean. They definitely need to work on their system though, that allows for them to overbook and give away rooms that guests are planning on.

It was very noisy. I was moved twice and the third one was extremely noisy. It sounded like some kind of construction within the building. They had no drinking water in the room are on the floor you had to go to the first floor to get coffee or water I am diabetic and had left my food that I ordered in the room that I moved from called the front desk to ask if someone could bring my food from the refrigerator in the last room I was in because I no longer had access to the room I was told no and later when I called and asked again, I was told no and I asked could they let me go in the room and retrieve my food from the refrigerator. The young lady asked Somone and replied yes, the staff was cordial. when booking the room I asked for a suite and paid for a suite and explain to them at that time. I had lost my brother and needed a room where I could just rest before going to my granddaughter‘s. That’s when I was told the hotel was quiet, that was why I chose the gardener hotel but this. was quite a different situation.

The hotel was very clean. All staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent.The only downfall was our room placement. We were directly by the elevator that was quite noisy along with all the floor traffic which led to sleepless nights including being right over the pool area.

Cold weather, hvac kept room comfortable. There was only two kleenex in the box, Room was not up to Holiday Inn Express standard, but the pillows and mattresses were excellent. Breakfast adequate, but less than expected.

The elevator was quite noisy and the bathroom in the room was very small. The suite was laid out nicely and the bed was comfortable but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The woman in charge of breakfast was so friendly and really took care of everyone in the breakfast area. My only comment would be that the walls seemed a little thin - you could hear people in the hallway and other rooms. Worth the money though to stay here.

Pre booked and pre paid for a King suite room a week in advance. Upon arrival, it got sold out from under me. When they assigned us a sub standard replacement, the room still had leftover food in the refrigerator from the last guest. My wife and I will never stay there again.

So clean everywhere! Room was very nice, spotless, well stocked and very spacious. I use a wheelchair and I was able to easily move around the property. So pleased that we’re already planning our next trip!

Good: All staff was kind and friendly, check in was easy. The beds were comfortable and I liked that they had 2 different styles of pillows for each person to choose from.

Bad: Quite a few smears and smudges on the mirrors and the counter in the room was dirty, which made us question if the rest of the room was cleaned. The breakfast was sub par. Orange juice came out as mostly water, the bread was pretty stale, the sugar for the oatmeal was a solid block, and the trash can smelled quite bad, thinking it had not been changed in some time.

I want to absolutely shout out the young man that was working behind the counter. He went above and beyond to help everyone he was an absolute awesome employee. He was an awesome person. He went above and beyond to help me out and help me understand everything that I needed to understand he had everything that I needed whenever I asked he had awesome vibes. The hotel was very clean. There were no coffee pots in the room but they do have 24 hour freshly ground coffee in the lobby. That coffee was delicious! The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars would be the beds- they were very firm, not comfortable to me. The linen/towels were also not very soft. Overall a good experience though.
