We stayed 2 nights. The room was very tidy, I check sheets for stains or bugs and everything looked good on the ones we needed to sleep on. The only issue we had with the room was that the hard wood floors were not scrubbed very good. I used the floor mat to wipe up some water that was on the floor and it was very brown after so wear shoes/socks when walking around. BUT, I called the front to ask for another mat and two new towels and he was up there in minutes. The guy at the front was very nice and helpful through our entire stay. The only issue we had with breakfast was that most of the stuff was gone due to a large group that went down right before us and wasn’t replenished the whole time we were there so only got to eat some cereal. But for the price of the stay we didn’t mind that much. Definitely a nice place if you need a budget friendly stay.

We had an iPad stolen out of our car parked in the hotel parking lot. There were several people hanging around the outside of the building that didn’t look like guests. We don’t know who took the iPad but the area is a bit marginal. Otherwise the hotel was austere but clean. The pillows were the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel.

We’ve stayed at the Quality Inn three separate times while visiting family in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The facility is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is cordial, courteous, and helpful, and the Continental Breakfast is sufficient.

We had a Great stay there. Bed was comfortable. Only small issue was the floors are engineered flooring and not clean. Hotel needs to mop the floors in-between guests. Walking around bare feet in the rooms...your feet get pretty dirty. Other we than that...very good hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. The A/C was extremely loud and someone knocked on our door at 9:40am which I thought was odd as check out is 11. In my opinion you shouldn’t be disturbed before check out time on the day of departure. I’d stay again as the room was cheap and again, bed and pillows very comfortable.

Rooms were filthy. I checked in and there was dried syrup on the table and dirty linens on the bed. The floor was absolutely disgusting. No one cleaned the room for the 3 days I was there even when requested. The “breakfast” was waffles, bagels, bread, English muffins, however the toaster was broken. The yogurt in the fridge was all expired 05/05 (I found it on the 18th). Do not stay here. Go to the Comfort next to it.

There was hair in the bathtub and sink. The floor wasn’t cleaned, beer bottle caps on the floor.
Most of the food was gone at breakfast at 9:00 am. No milk for breakfast.

Upon arrival, two people were already waiting at the desk. After several minutes of waiting the young man working came in from the back door smelling like marijuana. He had given a room to the person in front of us that was already occupied. We reserved a single king bed room and were given a double room. The tv in the room didn’t work and there was no remote.

Our room was large and comfortable with better lighting than is usual for a budget property. We were on the side near the interstate, so there was a bit of traffic noise but not enough to really be a problem. Breakfast offerings were adequate.

The front desk lady was very friendly and since she was working alone she was doing a great job keeping the line moving.

The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was big and comfortable, but the corners could have been a little cleaner. There was a refrigerator and a small coffee machine. I didn’t use the coffee machine because there was a free breakfast in the morning. When I arrived for breakfast at 9 AM, the coffee station needed to be restocked (understandable), but there was nothing else except a waffle machine of which someone was in the process of sticking his batter to rendering it useless. The price was appropriate given the location and everything else. I recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and passing through.

Room was ok. But the hallway, elevator, reeked of weed. The same situation when we stayed here last year. I assumed it was bad luck, but no! Same situation this year. I reported this to the front desk staff who basically shrugged and said he’d spray some deodorizer. This despite the no smoking signs posted prominently at the from desk. Very frustrating. Breakfast was terrible….everything was white, white bread, sugar cereal, waffles. No protein, or fruit etc. . Needless to say we will not be staying at this property again. Oh….the parking was fine.

The bed linen was nasty with hair including short curly ones, crumbs, other debris I couldn’t identify and stains. We were told there is no housekeeping available and no linen to change the bed when I offered to change the bed linen myself. The restroom on the 1st floor was very nasty and the handle was broke so it could not be locked if you used it.

Room was okay. We had an adjoining room and the noise we could hear was pretty shocking. Our neighbors were noisy and it was like they were sitting in our room with us. It made it hard to sleep (especially when they had an alarm set for 4am) and we didn’t feel like we had any privacy. The breakfast was pretty sad; just some toast and yogurt. Plus it was very busy with other guests preparing multiple things at the same station for a long period of time. Eventually we just went across the street to Dunkin. The staff was friendly though and it was convenient to restaurants.

We stayed one night and it was terrible. The room was outdated and dingy. They gave us a room close to the lobby and elevator it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was cereal and mine expired August 2025, bagel, toast or a waffle, that’s it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again.

This was a mixed bag. Bed and bathroom were clean except for some corners, bed very comfortable, heating/AC worked fine and was quiet, room clean. Some of the trim, carpeting needed repair. Decor was non-existent, beige blah throughout, no pictures. Fridge freezer had no door and needed to be defrosted. Trash was in halls and outside door, needed vacuuming. Breakfast was light with mold on bagels. Staff were far more welcoming than this uninviting hotel. I would not stay here, not up to usual Quality Inn standards.

This place is okay but I’ve been to Quality inn in Kentucky much better breakfast hot too eggs sausage etc. also this place doesn’t give rooms after midnight they tell you no room available till 3 pm which is STUPID so don’t bother going here after midnight go to another motel willing to give you a room.
