While I was staying at the property, the cleaning staff was rude to me and giving me strange and dirty looks! Another situation, a separate matter at the same property, I had two (2) packages in my name containing jewelry items, that were delivered to that property on February 17, 2026, three (3) days after I checked out on February 14, 2026 after I left that property, and I called the front desk manager asking if there were any packages there for me, she said there were two (2) packages for me then she also told me that she sent them back returned to sender. The property never told me about these packages until after I had to call THEM first and THEY sent my packages back, especially without even saying anything to ME first, without even letting me come back and pick them up. I also complained to American Select Suites Corporate regarding that matter also and I got absolutely NO COOPERATION in that matter! And now my packages are missing in action, lost in transit because of this!

The room was clean. The Air conditioner did not run steadily to reach the \"set temperature\". Rather, it turned On/Off repeatedly and never reached the cooling set temperature. There were no facial tissue in the room. There was no coffee pot or free coffee in the room. There was only one set of towels in the room (for a 2 person check in). There is no one at the desk after 10pm to address your needs.

It smelled like pot inside the whole time we were there. A large group of men were staying on the second floor playing in there room above our room. The noise at midnight was horrible. The place was old and not updated. DO NOT THERE IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY OR WANT A LITTLE PEACE.

This was probably the dirtiest Extended Stay I’ve ever stayed at. I travel a lot and usually try to stay at extended stays but this was disgusting
The bathroom faucet didn’t turn all the way off and the toilet seat was almost coming off. Refrigerated and dishwasher were very dirty
The only positive was the gentleman who checked me in.

The a dishwasher is disgusting and the kitchen was really dirty. Inside the cabinets and the drawers were extremely dirty. And the refrigerator was old outdated, yellow-ish and very dirty. Although it is for extended stay there was not a single plate, cup, or silverware at all. Also, very limited bedding. No extra covers were available and it was a cold night. But the woman at the front desk was wonderful , helpful and friendly. I forgot her name but she was from Queens NY.

The floors were filthy in the lobby immediately upon arriving. So I was already feeling some type of way. When I got to my room it was worse. The shower floor was gross and black like it had not been cleaned in years. when I turned the water on to try to clean it. So I could shower the water was brown coming out for about 3 minutes until it cleared up. There was long hairs all over. The walls were gross the trim had black mold on it. And in between the wall, and sink it was the same way. The refrigerator was covered in rust, same with the stove, and microwave. I travel a lot for work and this was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had. If I hadn’t just drove three hours and then work a 12 hour overnight shift. I would have went and slept in my truck it was that bad. But that wasn’t an option since I would have to be up in 4 hours to work the day shift.

I have several pictures .. . So I'll have to review this property again on Google to post them. I have stayed at several Extended Stay locations and I have never before been disappointed.

This location was like wow disappointing.

The floors were sticky
The floors were not vacuumed
The kitchen cabinet were not only empty but they were covered in drip stains that could be wiped off.
The bathroom drawer had body hair and a q-tip still in it.
Eventually I found a single bar soap wrapped up in the floor towel that felt like gojo.
I asked the lady at the front desk for plates and she provided forks and styrofoam plates. This is the plus. She was very nice.
There was a juice stain on one of the coverlets with a different texture...meaning it had not been washed...
The seats for the desk/counter eating area were disgusting.
The shower had muddy steps inside and black mold around the wash cloth bar corner.
There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said that the management inspects the rooms... Management must be on vacation!
The inside of the fridge was not wiped down.
Seems to be no one on staff between 10 and 10.

Oh yeah... And the neighboring room was def smoking inside.

I was disappointed the room didn't have soap, shampoo not even a cup in for use in the bathroom, asked at the front desk and was informed that stuff is no provided. The room had a kitchen but nothing to cook with or eat or drink from. The hotel was very noisy with paper thin walls.

Our room was down the hall from the front desk, so much noise! They talked loudly, guest came in and no one was there so they were loudly trying to find someone. Was woken up at 12:30 with all this loud talking. Paid decent money for 2-3 hours of sleep. I would not recommend this property!!

It is hard to beat the convenience and cost of Extended Stay when you factor in the reasonable room cost and the meal savings by eating in. The road to the hotel is deteriorated and full of pot holes and badly needs new surfacing. The hotel condition is average and cleanliness is average. This location provides not pots/pans/dishes/glassware, those items need to be requested and we only received paper goods. Still it was a good value.

In an effort to keep this fair and honest, let me start off by saying my preferences are hotels that are inviting, that smell good, that are clean, so when you stumble into them after working a 12 hour shift, they are pleasant and make you want to just shower and pass out. My first experience with this Extended Stay was foul odors when walking in, the place just smelled old and dirty. I get into the elevator and it smells like moth balls. I get off the elevator to walk to my room and the various odors from people that are cooking or have cooked recently floods the hallway, so right away my nose wants to jump off my face and run away. Tired, I just ignore it and go to my room to shower and sleep. Shortly after falling asleep I awaken to the sound of the noisy elevator equipment, which ran non-stop all night, waking me up over and over. On top of that, everytime someone in a room next to me would talk, cough, etc… I could hear it like they were in my room, so poor sound proofing. On top of it all the place seems hellbent on making people paranoid. All over the place there are signs that say, you are being recorded on CCTV to help prosecute criminal activity, some of these signs have hilarious misspellings by the way. I would walk passed the front desk, there was one lady who would just stare at me, I know I’m cute but at least say hi. Overall, not my cup of tea. If your nose doesn’t work and you can sleep through anything, you might like it.

No More Extended Stays for Us.

This hotel is old. The hallways smelled like mothballs the smell was so strong we started coughing. The rooms looked like they were still in the 90s. Our TV has mysterious stains on it as did some of the furniture. The sheets never stayed on the bed. To top it all off there was no AC in the bedroom. like WHAT! For an long stay hotel there were no utensils or dishes in the rooms. Not even a coffee maker. Everything had to be checked out from the front desk. No more Extended Stay Americas for us. Left a day early

Comfortable Stay for me -- and my Dog!

Hotel was conveniently located. Near Starbucks, Panera Bread, Petsmart, Olive Garden, Outback, Target, Staples and many other shops and restaurants. Lots of parking. The staff was absolutely terrific. Fast, efficient and friendly. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Great rate, too. And pet friendly! Staff not only didn't have an attitude about my dog, they went out of their way to stop and Flower a friendly pat. They seemed to genuinely want me and my dog to enjoy our stay -- and we did.

I didn't like the fact i got double charged by the hotel itself when i said i had reservations. They asked my card number i said its not mine but it's probably a Expedia thing and they disagreed and charged me another 100$ for a three hour nap... totalling 218$. That's still not refunded days later.

I tried so hard to be positive - especially for my poor 85 year old grandmother. The chairs were filthy in the kitchen area. They were 2 computer chairs that were supposed to be black. The seats were covered in grease and white spots. I couldn't decide if it was mold or not. A cockroach ran out of the bathroom and tried to take up residence under my sneakers. I caught him and put him down the garbage disposal (nice addition). I told the front desk and she didn't seem the least bit concerned and simply said she'd inform management. It seemed like she was covering someone who was on break because she didn't know how to do anything with their system including print a receipt. The \"breakfast\" is 2 pots of the same coffee and a handful of granola bars. Oh, yes, and hot water and some oatmeal packets. Overall, it was dirty and disappointing and I would not recommend staying there.

I've come to expect lack luster accommodations because of my fur friend, while convenient Extended Stay America left a lot to be desired. Our room had a heavy smoke odor, that we ended up sleeping with the window open in mid november. The kitchenette and bathroom were a bit outdated and grungy looking. Overall, an okay stop for a one night sleep, but will end up booking somewhere else next time.

This place was very disappointing. We booked our room the night before, since it was for an overnight stop on a longer road trip. When we checked in, they had booked us in the wrong kind of room--not the queen bed we had reserved and paid for. When we were moved to the correct type of room, we went to heat up our dinner only to discover that the microwave didn't work and there were no tools for using the hot plate. We booked at this hotel specifically for the kitchenette, as I have food allergies and can't always find take-out that's safe for me to eat.

The entire lobby and hallways reek of smoke, even though it's a non-smoking hotel.

The continental breakfast that was supposed to be included was only hot water for tea or instant coffee options and two flavors of instant oatmeal...that needed to be prepared in a coffee cup, no utensils available.

When we expressed our concerns with the manager while checking out, we were given excuses, like how they wouldn't have had the room we requested available when we reserved it (the night before), or how the breakfast issue was a corporate decision and she had no control.

However, we did get excellent help from the young man working the front desk the evening we checked in. He was very accommodating and did a wonderful job trying to help us out.

Then they balked at giving back our money for the next 2 days. It was finally resolved so we moved to a better, cleaner, less smelly hotel in a better location.

It was nice that the room had a microwave.
Breakfast was coffee with Coffee mate creamer, no milk or half and half available, and instant Quaker oatmeal. No thanks! It took us a while to figure out how to work the shower, until I happen to glance over at the mirror and saw the instructions there. It would help if the instructions were closer to the shower spout or if the staff mention it at check-in.

When we checked in we were given a room that was already occupied. We went to front desk to say key wasnt working but really we were tryng to get into an occupied room. Thabk goodness the uh had the door locked from the inside at the time. When we did get an unoccupied room then Floors were sticky and stained and trash was left in the corner of the room. Thank goodnessnit was only for one night.

Knew we were in trouble when we saw vomit and a shotgun shell outside the front entrance. Staff were pleasant. The entire place smelled of weed and cigarettes. Elevators had trash in them. Hallways were dirty with food and trash on the floor. Our room was not up to par with what it should be at an extended stay. Broken/dirty furniture. Hair on the bathroom floor. Hair on our bedsheets. Air conditioner only to the living room so the bedroom was very stuffy. Room smelled musty and perfume like as though trying to cover the cigarette smell. Was advertised as grab and go breakfast. Only thing available was oatmeal and granola bars. People outside yelling until at least midnight. People obviously under the influence loitering and yelling. Was not a safe nor a pleasant experience. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. While they do have parking available for trucks/RVs it is a bit challenging (but doable) to get to the location. If you are not used to driving a truck, I would just suggest taking it really slow.

We loved the kitchen as we were in town for several days. We had stayed there 2 years ago while attending the same festival.

It made it challenging that we had to contact the third party that we made our reservations through to let them know we were going to be late when our car broke down. I also had to do this to add names to each room on our reservation, so that our friends could check in upon their arrival and not have to wait for us to arrive.

NEVER STAY HERE!

I had to go stay at the Hampton Inn because it was so bad outside and I couldn't get inside the doors were locked and roped off. There were gangs of people outside smoking pot. It was an unsafe situation.No one answered the phone when I called. I already prepaid the room. So now I have paid for a room at a hotel that refused to answer the phone to give a refund.
