Very happy overall with this hotel. The room was very clean but did not have a closet to hang coats up. Also the morning shower was just barely warm but doable. The complimentary breakfast was good, Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, waffle machine , bananas , coffee and juices. Filled us up and helped us start our day. Staff was also very helpful pleasant and made the stay enjoyable.

The staff is extremely kind! Every single encounter with a staff member was absolutely lovely. I must have been enthralled in my conversation when checking in, that I wasn’t paying attention to the part about her saying the charge on my account would go away in 2-10 days. When I angrily called three days after my stay, about why I was charged $50 - the staff member maintained kindness, politeness, and understanding. With that, she explained to me that I would see a refund in a few days, and if I didn’t, to please call her back and that she would help me out with it. I couldn’t apologize enough- especially working in customer service myself, I was embarrassed about my tone when initially calling.

In addition to the staff, the hotel is very clean, and also offers continental breakfast! We will come back next time we are in town to visit family!

Room was great I didn’t care for the lady at the desk at 930pm on Monday night 12/8/25 she seemed to have an attitude on her and I felt like I was bothering her not friendly. Was given an ADA room which I didn't ask for . . . was expecting a tub to relax in. Room was on first floor across from elevator so the outside hallway was noisy. There was black hair on bathroom floor (I have white hair), and window overlooked the windows of reception area (room wall was at a ninety degree angle to wall of reception area) and the light NEVER went out all night and curtains did not block light. Did not have breakfast as, after a night of very little sleep due to the light, left before breakfast was provided and went across street to the Starbucks instead. Never staying here again.
