We were immediately appalled when we opened up the sofa bed (there was three of us). The sofa bed had no sheets on it & was COVERED in urine & blood stains. We were desperate to just catch a few hours of sleep & head on our way. But I was soo disgusted I didn't even shower during my stay. Just slept a few hours & left. On our way out, we had a trip down the elevator with dog urine covering the floor. I would rather sleep in my car than visit this location again. I will admit that we did not contact any staff with our concerns/complaints. We just needed to sleep a few hours & didnt have time. Shame on Marriott for allowing your name to be associated with this location.

The hotel was your average hotel. Clean. Certain staff are more friendly than others. The bed is hard and killed my back and hips. Pillows are awful feather pillows with no support. Woke up with sore neck. Bathroom is small. Make sure you check local concert venue schedule. Hotel was busy due to concert and people above us kept us up all night and morning from their stomping.

The gym is pretty sad, and the lightest dumbbell is 15 pounds. My room, although clean, smells like a wet ashtray. The body wash was empty.

The suite was clean, bathroom clean, bed very comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance after a pool party the day before. The elevator was smelling like alcohol, spillage everywhere. Its obvious a location for displaced families. The breakfast was not to my likings. Waffle maker not working, eggs and turkey sausages under cooked. Stick to bagels, yogurt and fruits.

We spent three nights here on our vacation to Scranton. The two bedroom suite with kitchenette was a fantastic fit for our family of five, especially given the reasonable price. Breakfast was also great with a super hard-working and friendly staff member (Karissa) who kept things clean and organized in a busy environment that could have easily turned to chaos. The indoor pool was incredibly small, perhaps the smallest I've seen in a hotel, so if that's important to your family this may not be the best hotel for you. There was also a lot surrounding the hotel (restaurants, a movie theater, some shopping) but no sidewalks so a little more challenging to get around. In particular we were disappointed to realize that despite the proximity to PNC Park there was no real way to walk there and we had to drive and pay for parking.

If I had to sit here and judge this place on a personal level, I would definitely recommend it to young old couples that are just out and about just taking a road trip you know going I’m from mass so I’m driving from mass down to wherever it is, which is taking a weekend to cruise around, but this is definitely a property you wanna stay at the only thing I didn’t like is they don’t have an outside pool indoor pool for winter summer I would like an outdoor pool but other than that it checks every single box I recommend this go check it out. I would recommend this hotel to someone who is on business pleasure alone with kids. They are so laid-back and so nice and so just unbelievably nice. They’re not picky. They’re not on top of you. They’re not anything. It’s just too bad that the lobby wasn’t me a little bit bigger Because and it’s not the hotel itself and the peoples fault who worked there but it’s such a great hotel it gets so busy the day that I went there was so many people because it’s such a great hotel and there’s so many spots to go walking through to eat And I just left it there like it feels homey. The rooms are super clean. You have a fridge you have a microwave you have a little kitchen at a gigantic bathroom so clean they always make sure you have everything you need. They have a nice pool. I mean the pool small but like I said, it’s really nice. They have a nice two fire pits in the front. It’s just the shame that it’s not on bigger grounds because it would be nice if it had more walking ground maybe in like walking in the back but this hotel is really really nice. Nice people. I really enjoyed myself here. Anything goes wrong they’re right on top of it. They don’t make you wait really great people a 10 out of 10 I would rate them 100.

Well let's start off that the front desk authorize my card for our stay of $750 then turned around and charged my card and extra $200 then tells me that there's nothing they can do about it I still have to check out at my check out time and have to wait 30 day for my money to be given back to me. Even though it's on there end that the mistake happened. Nor will they extend my stay for them taking the extra money out. So me and my kids have to go to a cheaper hotel cause they won't extend my stay.

We've stayed at several Marriots, however this one was a disappointment. We were in a room where our headboard was right next to the stairs. Heard footsteps all hours of the night. The pool room was cold as was the pool water when it is supposed to be heated. The hot tub was extremely cloudy and dirty.

All rooms are dog friendly, which helps to know when traveling with a furry companion. Though the pet fee was a tad higher than other places, room cost was lower, so it all balanced out. Small strip mall with several options ranging from a quick bite to full service restaurant just a short walk away. Comfortable accommodations, including a small kitchen (handy for extended stays). Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast options next morning were standard fare and tasty. Quick access to the interstate to get back on the road.

The breakfast was not good -- waffle station not working, no toaster, thick scum on the gravy, etc. I worked at a Marriot hotel. I do not know how this hotel passed the Marriot inspections to keep using the brand's name.

My family enjoyed our stay. We used the pool, hot tub and gym which were all nice and we liked the free breakfast. The staff was very nice too. My only issue is they never came to clean our room or at least take trash and old towels. We kept having to go to the front desk for fresh towels, as we booked a room for 4 but only got enough towels for 2. The front desk was always nice and accommodating though and gave us what we needed. Overall, we had a nice stay.
