The friendliness of the staff was a big standout for me. The restaurant options are limited, but still a very nice variety of quality options at reasonable prices.There's also plenty of food choices nearby. The casino was ok. The smokiness made us not want to spend much time in there which was fine because it also made us not want to spend much money. All in all, the hospitality, affordable/quality restaurants, and proximity to ski resorts left us with super positive experience. We will be returning in the future.

Staff was helpful at check in and out. Only complaints I have is that the water pressure was terrible and I forgot q ring in the room and somehow the cleaning staff didn't see it or recover it. I know this is my fault for being forgetful but would be nice if they had turned it in, especially since I did leave a tip for them.

Staff was nice. Have to walk through a smelly hotel with a combined cigarette and air freshener smell. Both are unhealthy.

The room was nice. The shower leaked on the floor. I reported this. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet. Pinched my leg and was off center and tough to grab to raise. The phone display turned on early am. Could not figure how to turn off. The motion-detector floor lights need to be muted. Too bright for middle of the night.

Overall - the room was nice and comfortable. Just a few housekeeping items.

They closed a lot of places due to the snow storm which we found a bit odd since its a hotel They couldnt accommodate their workers & have them stay overnight to open their businesses? We pay money to stay at a nice hotel for the amenties & we didnt get that.
.Also we were put in a handicap room not requested by us not sure why. We have stayed in nicer rooms at the mohegan sun.
It was an ok of a stay but not one of our best experiences.

The room was immaculate. Everything in the room is fresh and modern. Bed and bath linens are luxurious. Care for the environment is obvious, no plastic trash bags, paper cups only, no little plastic bottles of shampoo, etc.

The casino was quiet, but it was right after the holidays. But it was great for us! Go and dine at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The meal was delicious! But the service was amazing!! We were just talking about how the service industry is not the same and then we dined here and it is alive and thriving!! Make sure this is part of your experience at this property!

Hotel was very clean and inviting. No issues with staff although there was not much interaction with them. Some of the cons: The check in was rather long, about twenty minutes, the bed was not flat with the sides folding up and making it slightly uncomfortable, and the TV would not respond to our casting attempts to try and watch Netflix. these are relatively minor issues but necessary to mention. With that said we would consider staying there again.
