The property was so clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The only thing that really shocked me was the price of the buffet breakfast $42
I think this is very expensive.

Nice clean hotel and great pool. Proximity to the airport was why we stayed here. There is a few restaurants, a brewery, and a mini super market within walking distance. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, but be sure to make a reservation as it gets full quickly and most guests didn't realize they had to book a spot, this made for a chaotic scramble to get on at our reserved time.

The restaurant was good for dinner, not a la carte breakfast which was so-so and overpriced. There were things advertised for that were not available like all day coffee and tea; room service; inability to bill your room for food in the restaurant. The gift shops were great. The room could have been better. There was no microwave nor an amoir to hang coats and put away clothes. Rewards amount wasn't given or clear. The concierge was helpful in recommending other tours that her company couldn't provide and the people were super friendly.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel is a perfect launching point for a Costa Rican vacation and the pool area and restaurant are terrific. For in and great food and drink choices and options and very fair pricing. The property is extremely clean and the rooms are spotless with modern updates.

Loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — conveniently located near the airport, which made transportation incredibly easy, especially with the free shuttle service offered by the hotel.

The restaurant was excellent, and I truly enjoyed the food and overall dining experience. The pool was another great feature that added to the relaxing atmosphere of the stay.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions that came up. There's not many food options around the hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Booked a room with two queen beds but was given a room with a king bed. Was told there would be a $50 up charge to switch to a room with two beds. They did provide a roll-in cot at no charge. Front end staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. As was shuttle driver. The door to our unit show signs of a forced entry - with multiple gouges around the lock. Took an early flight out so cannot comment on the breakfast. Room was clean and tastefully decorated, as was the hotel.

The breakfast was just okay; however, there's a Mexican restaurant within walking distance that was great for dinner - really tasty infusions of Mexican and Costa Rican dishes.

There was a mixup with our reservation through Expedia. After traveling for 14 hours the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. The young lady worked to try and straighten out our reservation calling Expedia but had no luck. We were able to book a room and got some rest. The breakfast was very tasty and filling. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re flying in or out of LIR. You won’t be disappointed.

Good spot for a quick stay before heading out of Liberia airport. Place is well kept, staff are super helpful, and it’s really close to the airport which makes things easy.
Only downside—the AC is pretty old and noisy.

Perfect for just catching flights, but also great for staying a couple of days. Nice atmosphere for a solo traveler like me, feels like home and not \"alone\". The gift shop guy was awesome and it was nice to have a fluent conversation in English and his genuine interest & knowledge about place around the world. Well done!

The negatives: The only option to eat was the restaurant, nowhere else delivered so we had to eat there. We had very poor service at the restaurant and the food was not good and very expensive for what it was. After we ate it took about 30 minutes just to get the bill. The hotel room was fine but I found it too expensive. The positives were the check in staff were very nice. It was nice they held our luggage when our room wasn’t ready yet, and the shuttle was great.

Unfortunately, the included shuttle wasn’t available for us because all shuttles early in the morning were full. We were offered a taxi at an exorbitant $30. There’s an easy solution run another shuttle! Or have a driver on standby for those that don’t fit in the shuttle. Or offer to pay for the taxi. These early flights run every day. Fix it.

Very convenient free transfer from and to the airport, the was clean and spacious, good beds, coffee maker, fridge and a safe in the room. AC was a bit outdated - quite noisy, and water in the shower never got warm. Otherwise, good hotel, we will stay again some day

This was the worst hotel experience we have had. The initial room smelled liked urine. Instead of moving us they dumped super smelly chemicals into the AC and told us the problem was fixed. We asked to be moved and the front desk said \"problem fixed\". We put up a fight and were moved to another room with the horrible chemical smell. We tried to stay there but our eyes and lungs burned. Finally a great manager got involved and moved us to a less smelly room. We would have left it at that and probably not given a bad review but we came home to see they charged us 900$ Canadian for the room that was supposed to be 165$ American dollars. Avoid this hotel if you can or if you go ensure you go to the room first if you have sensitivities to chemicals and smells.

Recommend staying here for early morning flights. Free shuttle service, great food and pool. Cocktails are pricey but tasty. TIP - if travelling with others make sure they put you on the same floor as your key card only lets you go to your floor which is hassle with groups. We booked several rooms on the same reservation and we're still separated so make this a special request.

After reading all of the negative reviews, we were bracing ourselves for a horrible experience but we were relieved to have not encountered any issues with our stay! We were able to check in right away, and our rooms were decent. Our rooms looked like they needed to be renovated but was clean enough for our one night stay. The pool is probably the best feature of the hotel as well as airport shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. The gym is really small and had a lot of people using it every time I passed it. It's nice that there's a restaurant on site but we chose to walk to the Mexican place for dinner and coffee shop for breakfast. Both were excellent!

Rooms were clean. Pool side and restaurant were great. Ran out of towels though. High demand as hotel was very booked, but just brought down our room towels. Restaurant was good but slow service and it wasn’t that busy when we dined. Shuttle are small and in high demand and we’re not quite on time so a bit of stress in the crowd outside at 5am. Most staff was friendly except the front desk when I asked about the late shuttle.

There was food tray beside our door when we checked in and it was still there the next day when we checked out. Made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel.

While trying to sleep a worker started loudly plastering the ceiling in the hallway right in front of our room. 9:30/10pm.

The aircon was loud and turned on and off frequently.

For a 400$ CND hotel I was very disappointed.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. Our room was very comfortable however the garbage had not been emptied from the previous guests stay and the coffee/tea not refilled. I had to ask three times over six hours before someone came to empty them and refill the coffee. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent.

rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was excellent. Fitness centre was well equipped. Sometimes a language barrier in communicating with staff but they were always friendly and helpful. Free airport transport was a nice feature. Breakfast buffet was adequate but many things were not hot and the pricing varied considerable depending on who you spoke with. Expedia website suggested 17 USD pp but some staff were suggesting 36 USD pp.

My room wasn’t ready at check in time. Waited 30 mins in line up to check in so it was 1/2 hour after check in time to be told we had to wait 45 mins for our room to be ready, then had to wait in the line again for 15 mins to get the keys. Room was clean but the bathroom had mold.
Staff in restaurant was friendly but very slow.
Pool was being used after dark and no light in the pool, very dangerous!!

I stayed at this hotel many times in the the past landing in Liberia Airport and it has been a decent stay. My most recent stay I booked a standard king room but when I arrived they said that they no longer have the room I booked and offered a renovated double room on the top floor which I took. I arrived at 3pm and there was a line to check in and the process seemed to take extremely long despite having all three check-in desks operating.
The renovated room was definitely much nicer than their aging rooms, but the water pressure was very weak and the water was neither hot or cold.
There are a few good restaurants and cafés within a 5 minute walk which were a plus.

The shuttle was easy to find and use. The staff were very helpful. We had a paddle board and the desk clerk was worried it might not fit on the full shuttle. She arranged with the shuttle driver to take just us over to the airport before he did his regular first run of the day. They both went above and beyond and we are so appreciative.

Over 40 minutes wait in line to check in and the same to check out. Only 1 staff available for full line up. Paid over 15$ for the continental breakfast: 1 white piece of toast, 1/4 of a starwberry, 2 blueberry, 1 slice of melon and 1 of papaya (theif).Was still starving and had to buy a 13$ cookie at the hotel store. Shuttle was easy to use though.
