Bathroom ceiling half covered with mould. Staff were rude (other than the reception lady I spoke with) food was cold. Entertainment was awful. Whether it was because it was end of season I don’t know but if they are taking money from customers they should provide better service all round.

The waterpark was unsafe, could feel every join in the slides a lot. The pool you dropped into was too shallow.
The rooms were very basic with dodgy sockets. Beds were rock hard. The general feel and food and drink was ok but nothing above average

Not going again!!

The bathroom had not been cleaned at all and had body hairs all inside the shower where I had to shower my two small children it was disgusting.. the food was not at all good not a lot of choice of cakes or desserts it was the same thing every day and even the sponge you cakes weren't even that soft and fresh even the most simplest meal pasta had no taste to it... we have stayed there years ago where it was on the different management and the food was fantastic and the cakes fresh and different everyday

Very poor hotel

Food was horrible- several times we found human hairs inside food also most of the time food wasn’t fresh- first day of our holidays all my family had food poisoning.
Rooms not clean at all - we even found some blood drops on floor in our room.
Car park always full - never can’t find empty spaces for parking.
It was really bad hotel- I can’t understand why another people gave good reviews fir this place. Don’t recommend to anyone to stay in this place.

Basic hotel gadgets are not available! DND note not available. Towels, sheets torn apart. F&B is below cheap not to say disgusting! smell, noise...Dust in the rooms! Regardless of the day time, drills and works start at 9am. HK will wake you up every day by knocking at the door to ask you if you want your room cleaned! People party at the pool side till 2am regardless if you manage to sleep in your room or not! complaints are ignored!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and NEVER AGAIN....

We have been to many hotels over the past year in Cyprus, but this hotel was the worst by far.
Overall the only good things: its waterpark for the kids, the rooms feel new, but not comfortable and the ice cream.
All days that we stayed, only 1 waiter (old cypriot man) was wearing the mask properly. All other staff had the mask under nose or under chin. During buffets, no one was telling the guests to wear gloves or even masks! In all other hotels, they ask guests to wear masks and gloves.
One young barman is totally rude. I told him not to hold the plastic cups from inside for hygiene. He got angry and didnt talk to me after this.
At the reception, we told them that no one wears masks at the area and asked why they are not saying anything. Then the guy, sighed loud twice and went and told the guests to wear masks.
The buffet, had 5-6 different food, basic salads, but the execution was poor.
For all inclusive you get drinks from bar but there are not any snacks. The snacks are ordered from a menu and we have to wear proper clothes not swim shorts.
By the pool, is full of bees. We dont mind them, but this is because noone gets empty glasses and cleans the floor or tables. Every day there are plastic cups with 20-30 bees in them or flying around them.
We understand that is pandemic and they get lots of temporary staff, but where are the managers in order to manage properly even the basic rules for the pandemic, for how to be a proper barman, for cleaning the pool area?

The food was OK. Lot of options in breakfast, but it did not vary from day to day. Towel deposit was 5€, but can be changed each day. The temperature of the pool was fine. Lot of sunbeds near to the swimming pool.
The a/c was fine. Daily room cleaning.

The beverages was terrible. This is a family hotel. There are children every where. Our 2 persons bed was really bad. Sometimes it was slided under us. I still have back pain because the quality of it. We got studio, but the kitchen was almost empty. The fridge was very tiny. The floors are very loud. The door is very bad, you can hear everything that happens outside. Families wake up in the neighbor at 04:30 and starts to use mixer…
In the evening the kids are very loud also because there is a disco dor them. The seimming pools can be used from 09:00-18:00.

A great choice for families

Was pleasantly surprised by the buffet for breakfast/ lunch and dinner. A good tasty selection of choices. Freshly made omelettes in the morning.

The water park was a winner with kids and the lifeguards were great with the children and made sure they were safe and ok.

The hotel is set up for Russian tourists predominantly and didn’t see many British or mainland European travellers. Could be covid related as not many brits/ Europeans travelling.

We went out both nights as not a lot of entertainment in the evenings. 25 minute walk to Protaras (€8 approx in a taxi) and headed to the Luna Park in Ayia Napa (€18 approx in a taxi).

A good all round hotel for families and the kids won’t want to come out of the water park. Thankfully opening hours were 10-5.30 so they had to come out at some point lol.

Great hotel, food and pools. I had a fall with my little one on a flight of stairs walking back from the water park to the bar, the irrigation sprayers were making the smooth ceramic tiled stairs wet leading down to the round pool and I wasnt prepared and unfortunately slipped down the stairs with my 1 year old. I raised this with reception and hopefully they will install an appropriate no slip surface for the future.

Great for Families. Staff were wonderful and the food was very good. For the cost probably the best hotel is Cyprus. We live in Cyprus and have stayed in many hotels and for the cost Narcissos is excellent.

Brilliant family hotel

Was really good experience, we all had so much fun round the pool and in the waterpark. Was good food and plenty of it, happy staff and rooms were nice too. Only thing that let it down was the tunnel slide not being watched carefully enough resulting in a few crashes and accidents but nothing to serious. The older life guard was amazing he remebered us and was fair with the double tubes, always had a smole on his face and did he job well.

A weekend away

Hotel is lovely and the children loved the waterpark and All inclusive ice cream and drinks.
We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It was quite busy and we struggled to get sunloungers. This was because of limited numbers of beds available due to Covid. Hotel staff were happy to help.

Unfortunately there were some holiday makers that took All inclusive too far and spoilt our weekend by having a screaming match at 1am waking up most of the floor of the hotel. Hotel dealt with it really well.

The worst hotel that we ever stayed. There is no parking for all guests meaning that you should park your car far away. They need €5 deposit for a second card. The worst thing is that is extremely dirty.

Recently renovated but lacks service and quality

The hotel has been recently renovated so the rooms are in an excellent condition and look very clean. Unfortunately the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The quality of the food and drink is abysmal which really surprised us given other reviews - the lady who makes the omelettes at breakfast, for example, uses an unbelievable amount of oil and the ingredients used, such as the onion, are served raw. Other items on the buffet had very little taste or were poorly cooked and I couldn't believe that UHT milk is used for frappe when they charge 2€ for it!!! That is a big no no in Cyprus. The service needs major improvement - I walked past reception twice during my stay to hear them arguing amongst each other. Also the restaurant manager was smoking at the pool bar which I thought was poor show. What annoyed me the most was that every single day we stayed a lifeguard at the pool kept asking us if we were guests of the hotel which I duly responded with my name and room number. On our last day he told us that we need to pay to use the pool and he wanted to see the receipt that we had paid otherwise we would have to leave. At this point I got frustrated with him and told him not to ask me again as we had confirmed on every single day to him that we were guests of the hotel with my name and room number so the mind boggles as to what he didn't understand. So overall the hotel is clean and in good condition due to the refurb but food, drink and service needs a good rethink.

Me and my 15 year old son have just returned from our week's stay at the Narcissos Waterpark Resort. It was perfect. The location was excellent and our apartment was spacious and well-furnished. Great to have a small fridge to put our water bottles in and soft drinks. We stayed on an all-inclusive package which I could not fault. Buffet-style meals provided a wide range of choice and unlike other resorts we have stayed at in the past, the food was hot rather than warm! The staff were cheerful, helpful and attentive - the star of the show for me was Nazar Cemal who excelled on customer care and professionalism. A real asset to the hotel for sure! If I was to return to Cyprus in the future I would certainly stay at this resort again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay such a happy one.

Nice stay, clean hotel, good for families

Me and my partner stayed for five days as we wanted to explore Protaras a bit. The hotel was very clean and could tell it had been newly refurbished. The all inclusive aspect was good value for money. I thought there was a good variety of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and I liked that they incorporated Cypriot dishes into it too. I thought the food was quite good quality for an all inclusive buffet. Drinks were nice, we liked the frappes. Hire is good for families. There was some entertainment and there is the water slides too.

Bon hôtel 3 étoiles. Le personnel est super serviable, l’hôtel est propre. Le parc aquatique pour les enfants est un atout non négligeable. En Avril il manquait un peu d’animation. Le buffet est correct. Hôtel idéal pour les familles et bon rapport qualité prix.
