Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. It’s beautiful inside and the bed was very comfortable.
The towels however were very small and not what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel, and I’d have also expected water in the room rather than having to ask for it. Would have been much nicer to have a coffee machine rather than small instant coffee sachets. A couple of these small changes would make it more of a 5 star experience. I also didn’t receive the free wine as per my Expedia benefit, and wasn’t offered an upgraded room.

Very nice indeed with super helpful staff members, great location within a short walk to the beach, shops and tavernas/restaurants. WI-FI is bad but not a deal breaker, if anything it forced us to switch off even more.
Our suite had terrific views of the mountain and private terrace with jacuzzi. Cannot fault it.

Ah-maz-ing!

Wonderful place to stay near Kamari beach in Santorini. We had two rooms, seven total, including children. No one seemed too annoyed with the kids. Upgraded to suite on second night. Also, allowed a later check out. The staff here is phenomenal.

Stylish boutique with top notch service

Cavo Bianco excelled in every way. Excellent service from reception staff to bar staff to breakfast service. Their aim is to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The whole hotel is thoughtfully and beautifully designed and decorated.
We had an issue with our air con so an engineer was quickly called. When he was unable to sort it satisfactorily we were offered a beautifully cool upgraded room. Thank you so much to Katherine and Maria. We will definitely book here again any time we are in Santorini.

Close to beach & shops

We stayed in a suite with 2 balcony’s. Overall the hotel was adequate and in a okay location for the beach & shops. Interiors were a little tired compared to the online photos. The pool area was very compact. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. There is a local bakery that did great coffee & fresh crossiants that we used. Tiny fridge in room. No bottled water provided.

Amazing Stay!

What an incredible stay! I booked this hotel for my mum and I for her birthday and we had a great time. They provided a small treat per my request for my mum with a small bottle of wine and message. Our suite was fantastic with a private pool, which I highly recommend for everyone to book. It was very clean and spacious! The staff were all warm and welcoming and accommodating. They accommodated a few different requests which we greatly appreciated. Special shout-out to the two ladies at the front desk who booked us taxis and arranged for reservations at the last minute for us. Amazing customer service!!! The location is fantastic with less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and a plethora of restaurants and shops right next door. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll surely be back when I visit Kamari again!

Perfect place for our stay

The staff were first class here, were always incredibly welcoming and simply couldn’t do enough for us. It was a pleasure returning to the hotel every day and we fully enjoyed our stay. Perfectly positioned with a couple of minutes walk to the beach, the hotel arranged amazing trips for us and had brilliant local knowledge that was really valuable. Great breakfast was included and we had awesome views from our room of the mountains. Can’t recommend enough.

Amazing service, staff could not do enough for you and they’re happy to help! Room was very clean and large, hotel is located just off the main strip so is good to walk to and from beach and local tavernas. There is no parking at the hotel which is a bit tricky for leaving hire cars as you’re not guaranteed a spot close by. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Cavo Bianco !

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and had all the necessary equipment, but was a little on the smaller side. The location was amazing, with a bus stop to Thira right outside the hotel and Kamari beach and restaurants a small 2 minute walk away.
The only real negative was that the two pools at the property were a lot smaller than they seem in the photos.

Definitely recommend staying here.

I loved this place! MARIA, BILAR and OLGA are absolutely amazing and they provide top service. Two pools so plenty of space to chill and it's very close to the beach and good restaurants. Overall great trip and would definitely come back :)

They’re lying in the pictures they have here in Expedia!!! They took the pictures to advertise this hotel in an angle that everything looks BIG. The hotel is small, the pool is VERY small AND THE ROOM ARE SMALL AND SIMPLE. However The staff was nice and the food was good.

The hotel was overall nice and so was the staff (especially Catherine at reception). Nice cocktails by the pool and good selection of massages. The only “negative” in this regards was the Spa staff who came knocking on our door after I refused to buy the products they used for my treatment, as they wanted to offer me further discounts. I did not find it professional for members of such facility to come and knock on our door to sell us products - whatever their intentions, they could have called or waited for us to go downstairs again (it put me off). Location was great!

Our stay at Cavobianco was lovely. The staff were all friendly, professional and very helpful which enhanced our experience at the hotel. The breakfast had a range of options and the terrace by the pool was a great setting to eat in the morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the facilities were good. The hotel’s location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and restaurants and you could also get the bus to one of the main towns and tour buses from just outside the hotel - very convenient. It’s definitely somewhere we would stay again and recommend to others! Great job Cavobianco.

Room is spacious & clean. There are 2 salt water pools, which is nice. Beautiful landscape & breakfast. Chalking might be needed around the shower / tub area. Rain forest shower head is difficult to access. It should come outward more.

Great location, beach 3 mins at bottom of road, bus stop just across the road, lovely bakers shop half way down street. Only draw back was we had children with us and we stepped out of hotel on to the street which was one way system so had to watch for traffic. However over all it was a great hotel and location loved our stay. stakk were very obliging and friendly. Would stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel, everything about it was lovely and the staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. It was also very, very clean and the towels were changed every day and the sheets whenever you required.

It was also a perfect location, a few minutes stroll to restaurants, shops and the beach. Would definitely go back again.

Cavo Bianco is in the perfect location. The bus stop is just across the street, two minutes to the beach, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars, or souvenir shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and help full, the hotel is clean and beautiful, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. We were impressed with everything . Best vacation ever!

This is basically an all white hotel. It has 2 pools, a bar and a kitchen. Room service, laundry, gym available. The staff are extremely nice and pleasant. The receptionist helped me with a ton of things like calling for reservations and helping me order take out, just to name a few. They also treated my toddler with utmost respect and patience. My only two complaints would be the lack of an elevator but that’s irrelevant considering how nice everyone is. And that the tub temperature is only warm, never hot. All in all this a good hotel in Kamari.

Not your typical 5 star hotel, but cozy, sparkling clean, stylish and very welcoming. Staff is amazingly gracious. Rooms are fairly large, simple, unpretentious, equipped with silent AC units, decently sized TV and reliable internet. Breakfast, first class and fairly diverse (from one day to another as well). The two pools are a bit small, but they serve their purpose. The hotel is situated on a lateral street in Kamari, but distances are very small--it's just a few minutes away from the beach. The adjacent taverna is great, too. Small grocery store and public parking nearby... All in all, we had a wonderful experience at Cavo Bianco.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, probably the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve come across in over 20 years of travelling for both business and pleasure.
Lovely clean, bright rooms and all come with a balcony or terrace.
Full breakfast included and everything you could want to set you up for the day.
Couple minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants, but equally nice to be a a few hundred yards from the busy beach, restaurants and bars.
Spent most of our days around the pool with beautiful sun loungers.
We had such a good time here that we’re already looking to go back to the same resort in September.
If you manage to book this hotel, you’ll not be dissapinted!

Staff are so welcoming and it doesn't end there. Nothing too much for them. They are a real asset. The hotel is very clean. Superb breakfast. Room was spotless and we had a fantastic view of the mountain from our balcony. Lovely touch with a welcoming half bottle of wine and same again for our last night in the hotel.Kamari is a good location with a black beach and a number of shops and restaurants. Easy to travel by bus (stop right outside hotel) to the capital Fira. From there regular reliable bus service out to Oia, Perissa and Akrotiri. Highly recommended.

Actually wasn’t what we were expecting but it ended up being amazing and we were so glad we stayed at Cavo Bianco, the staff was so nice and informative and the hotel is probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. Their breakfast is great but can get old after having the same food 6 days in a row. We got a massage and they were pretty good. Not the best but pretty decent maybe 7/10. If we came back to Santorini we would most likely stay at Cavo Bianco again just based on the friendliness of the staff and the extreme cleanliness of the hotel.

We went here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect.
The hotel is a block from the beach and ton of restaurants and shops.
The staff is super friendly and the hotel was super clean.
The buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and they do mix it up so you have something different every morning.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which we found very convenient to use so we didnt have to rent an atv.. We will def be back

We really enjoyed staying in Kamari instead of Fira or Oia. Cavo Bianco is a lovely boutique hotel. Lots of good beachside restaurants close to the hotel. We preferred swimming at Perivolos beach which was a short boat ride away from Kamari beach. The bus to Fira stops right outside the hotel gate so it's easy to get around.

This is a boutique hotel, surely not a 5 star hotel. I would say 4 stars. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the Beach where there is a nice pedestrian street about one mile long full of restaurants and shops. Breakfast at the hotel is OK nothing fancy but complete. The staff is very cooperative, specially the woman sitting in the desk in front of the main entrance, I forgot her name.

The staff here is amazing! Thanks to the small number of rooms, they get to know you on a personal level. The bartender Rino makes the best mojitos, and always with a smile. The whole facility is absolutely spotless and centrally located to everything you could want in Kamari. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

Just returned from 1 week’s holiday in Santorini. This hotel is fantastic, clean, friendly and located 5-10 minutes walk from Kamari beach. Bus stop located just outside hotel for regular buses to Fira and change there to Oia. Good selection for breakfast. September suited us as it was less busy.

The staff are all so professional and friendly. I can't say enough about Olga (the server) and Dionysus the night desk host. We arrived at 12 a.m. and he was there waiting to greet us to take our luggage to our room. Highly recommend waking up to enjoy the delicious breakfast if you are able to. Close to Kamari beach and shops.

Nice hotel close to beach and amenities - restaurants etc. The only thing that let the pool down was road noise especially from those annoying quads. If I was the mayor of Santorini I would heavily tax noisey quads, motorbikes, cars & busses and encourage/ inscentivise Electric vehicles. Santorini is so small it’s perfect for EVs

The hotel was amazing! Less than 2 blocks from the beach, across the street from bus stop, in the middle of a sea of restaurants and shops. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. The only negative was the wi-fi, not good but I think it was that way everywhere on the island.
