had an absolutely beautiful time at Alesahne hotel...spacious beautiful room with pool view very clean bathroom very friendly staff and gorgeous seaside cafe/restaurant.Santorini is so romantic and beautiful.hotel is stone throw away to bus station to go to fira or oia etc.i would love to return

Location is good - right by the beach. They have a swimming pool too. We stayed only one night to be close to the airport for an early flight and we had a comfortable rest. They even packed a small breakfast for us to take away before the regular breakfast time.

Gorgeous hotel! Staff were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was lovely and there is your choice of swimming pool and the beach which is a stones throw from the hotel. It’s also very close to the airport so great place to stay in if you have a late arrival or early departure.

Didn't even have a room for us!

Want an experience.
We'd booked through Expedia back in October and paid.
When we got to the hotel,our sea view room didn't exist. In fact, no room was available for us.
We were just told that a mistake was made, right of course there was.
We were told that we had to stay in another hotel.
We've emailed Expedia and had a generic reply from an email address we can't reply to. So, were now waiting to hear the excuses.
The other hotel we were carted of too was acceptable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. This was the RK beach hotel.

Hotel by the sea, it’s nice with two pools
Breakfast was ok and the room was nice but the bathroom was very small especially the shower so we showered in the bathroom by the pool. Overall experience was nice with friendly staff

Bathroom a bit small and needed updating. Plastic shower curtain black around the bottom. We expected tea/coffee making facilitis but none available. To make our own we had to get hot water from the bar. Mini fridge completely empty and the water we put into it wasn't cold. Breakfast adequate. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff. Good breakfast. On beach. I'd recommend a sea view room. One drawback was the shower was tiny! Walking distance to hike up to ancient Thira. Bring hiking shoes and water! Need shoes on beach. Stones hurt!

Nice hotel on beach

We stayed for two nights. Breakfast is included. The hotel is just across the road from the beach with its own stretch of beach and lounge chairs. The room was not large but was nice, with a small balcony. Our only real complaint was that the shower is quite small but workable. The hotel doesn't seem to be new but seems reasonably well maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be very nice and helpful.

Location is what you are getting here.

Small boutique hotel, understaffed if your desire is for a high degree of customer service. There is one girl working the desk and one busboy at a time. The staff were increadibly kind and welcoming, but not great on follow through. The girl cleaning the rooms did an amazing job. The rooms are small, bathrooms tiny, but it was on the less expensive end of hotels. Location on the beach is awesome. Pool is beautiful. Private beach is awesome. They don't run a restaurant, so the table area is open if you want to buy a bottle of wine, I reccomend santo winery, and sit calmly by the moonlight and enjoy the sound and sight of the Aegean at night.

Angela and Sofia were fantastic looking to our every needs. The room was nice with good air conditioning and a great view of the beach. Only negatives: almost non-existent internet and a tiny shower.

First off the staff were wonderful, Angela and Sofie. I was a little disappointed that I didn't have the sea view room that I paid for but Angela and Sofie made up for it by making a reservation at a beauitful top resturant for dinner. They made it very easy for my daughter and I to enjoy a delicious meal and watch a glorious sunset. We enjoyed the beach, it's a natural beach so it was a little rocky but we still enjoyed it. There is more than a few little shops to poke around in and a lot of yummy cafes and bars to enjoy. I was surprised to find out the the hotel was built in 1984, the place was imalucilent and the decor would have believe that it was at the most a decade old. Overall an enjoyable stay.

exceptional staff. Angela went out of her way for me. Stavros was over the top helpful and kind. Great service.
Felt safe as was travelling as a single female. Staff were able to help with any questions about buses/ shopping etc. Every room had a balcony with two chairs and a table. There are two pools. One at the front and one at the back. The breaky was great, fruit etc.... Thouroughly enjoyed my stay. Would definately return. Highly recommend this hotel...

Nice hotel and close to the beach.

A good all round hotel. Very clean and bright all the staff are happy and helpful. The hotel is just the width of the road away from the beach. It is at the centre of the beach front scene but only a short walk from the town centre. There is an endless choice of places to eat and drink if you want a change from the hotel. A lovely stay in general accommodation but very clean and bright. I would stay there again.

What more could you ask for?

Centrally located along the stretch of Kamari beach and within spitting distance of the beach itself, where you get a discount on beach umbrella and two beds. Rooms were immaculately presented and cleaned each day and all staff were more than accommodating. Good facilities with a pool and bar out the front and a very secluded, private pool in the back. Breakfasts consisted of the same items each day but there was enough variety from sweet and savoury continental to cooked English and traditional Greek food to appease most sane people. Rooms were decent size and had everything you needed for your holiday. The shower was a little cosy but the bathroom was a 'wet room' so didn't pose any significant problems. Rooms have an attached balcony regardless of which level. Worked out at 28GBP per person per night (Double bed, 2 people sharing) and for that price with the facilities, presentation and helpful, accommodating staff, why would you pay significantly more for some of the larger hotels 20 feet further down? I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Great hotel. Right in front of Kamari Beach.

Excellent location. Infront of the Kamari beach. Hotel staff were brilliant, especially the flamboyant barman Mr Basil. The hotel was always clean, every day we came back, well kept and very comfortable. We chose a room without the Sea View and we found the shower very very small so that can be improved. I am not sure about the other rooms. Our hotel room was also very clean every day we came back from exploring Santorini.
Our experience was great and we will surely visit again.

four of us stayed there 12th june to 14th june....the service left a lot to be desired...one of the rooms the ac was not working the entire stay and they did not offer alternative room. one of the reasons we booked the room was because they promised wifi...the entire stay the wifi did not work...morning breakfaet were bare and minimum...overall a disappointing experience

Hotel posto a metà della camminata di Kamari, consigliato per chi cerca spiaggia comoda (tutta dotata di ombrelloni con lettini) e possibilità di mangiare tutti i giorni in un ristorantino diverso (tutti ottimi!!). A 50 metri dell'hotel è presente la fermata dell'autobus che porta a Fira (autobus veramente efficienti!)

Alesahne er et ok hotell. Frokosten deres er veldig god og bra utvalg.
Hotellet er litt gammelt. Vi fikk utsikt mot en \"privat pool\" men som vi delte med 4 andre rom. Brukte den aldri.
Rommene er absolutt ikke lydtette. Man hører naboene godt. Når naboen går på do eller dusjer, høres det nesten ut som om de var inne på vårt bad ;)
Kjøleskapet/minibaren bråket svært mye.
Ellers ligger hotellet svært sentralt til midt på \"the strip\". Masse restauranter, barer og strand 2 meter utenfor.
Fantastisk god service på hotellet!!!

O Hotel é muito bem localizado. Em frente a praia. O atendimento é ótimo. A internet não funciona de jeito nenhum no quarto e as vezes funciona na recepção do hotel. Só se consegue tomar banho com a cortina do box aberta pois ele é tão pequeno que se ela estiver fechada, fica encostada em você o tempo todo. O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso.

Leggendo le altre recensioni mi sarei aspettata un hotel molto più spartano, e invece è stata una sorpresa!La posizione è ottima, sulla spiaggia di Kamari, basta uscire per trovarsi in mezzo a taverne e ristoranti di ogni tipo! Il personale è gentilissimo e accogliente... abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio navetta da/per aeroporto, davvero molto comodo! La nostra stanza ( una double room) era moderna e ben arredata, dotata dei comfort necessari! Unica pecca forse la doccia, con la tenda, ma sicuramente non è poi un problema insormontabile! La colazione è varia e molto buona, inoltre è servita all'aperto, con vista sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia... davvero rilassante! Abbiamo provato anche il bar dell'hotel per pranzo, che serve anche in spiaggia ottimi sandwiches e baguettes! La spiaggia è ben attrezzata, con ombrelloni e lettini, sui quali potersi rilassare. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo ottimo!!! Lo consiglio a tutti! Sicuramente se un giorno tornassi a Santorini ci alloggerei di nuovo!

Kleines beschauliches Hotel

Das Hotel liegt zentral am Beachway von Kamari mit Zugang zum Strand, an dem man ermäßigt Liegen und Strohsonnenschirme mieten kann. Das Hotel hat zwei kleine Pools, einer zum Strand hin, der andere in einem idyllischen Innenhof. Der Restaurantbereich befindet sich beim Pool zum Strand hin. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend jeweils mit Terrasse oder Balkon zu den zwei Innenhöfen (einer davon mit dem Pool). Das Duschbad ist ein wenig klein. Die Zimmer verfügen über einen kleinen Kühlschrank, sodass man eigene Getränk, Oliven o. ä. kühlen kann, TV und Klimaanlage. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt.

Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich 3 min entfernt und man ist in 10 - 15 min in Fira. Von dort geht es in alle anderen Ortschaften und zum Flugplatz. Überall können Autos, Mopeds oder Quads gemietet werden.

Sehr empfehlenswert ist eine Wanderung von Fira nach Oia über 9 km entlang der Caldera (gutes Schuhwerk). Man hat fantastische Ausblicke auf Häuser, Kirchen und Hotels wie man es aus Katalogen kennt.

Albergo ben situato nel cuore di Kamari Beach, ma

La manager Angela è disponibile ma pur essendo la camera carina, il bagno è troppo piccolo e l'aria condizionata funziona male. Il ristorante dell'Alesahne è l'unico sul fronte mare che non lavora e la colazione è al minimo della accettabilità. Camerieri quasi indisponenti.
La spiaggia purtroppo- questo è un problema dell'isola- ha sassi in acqua e si entra in acqua in equilibrio precario. Ci vogliono scarpe per farsi il bagno. Il lungomare è molto affollato ed i gestori dei ristoranti ti si lanciano addosso più che invitandoti a sederci da loro tuttavia la vivacità e modernità di Mykonos Town non è lontanamente paragonabile con il via vai quasi nella conformità di Kamari Beach.
