Rooms clean, but cleaning person would turn off air conditioner, warm upon return. Wi-Fi spotty or just didn't work. TV didn't work. Jacuzzi ice cold. Doesn't heat up according to staff, but it has heating functions. Main reason we picked this place was the Jacuzzi and couldn't use it. Seems like they focus on their electric bill at the expense of their guests.

Excellent staff and breakfast is simple but tasty. Great service!!! Lots of smiles al the time. You feel welcome here.
Guillermo
The staff and cleanliness of the rooms and property are great. The breakfast is very tasty and the lady is very helpful.

Amazing staff with a nice big clean room.
My daughter and I stayed at Sun Spring for 2 nights and had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with their communication after i made my booked. They front desk gentlemen reached out to me via whatsapp and made sure i was taken care of. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. Only reason i have 4 star overall is because the pool is small and the location is a bit far from the main area in kamari. I was also a bit disappointed as i thought the hot tub was outdoors but its actually up a stair case in the bedroom. Great for a couple but we spent extra and didn't use it. Everything is walking distance just depends how far u want to go. The breakfast was average and everything was fresh, no complaints there. I would definitely recommend staying at sun spring

Wonderfull apartment located very close walk to centre. There is a shop very near by. Hosts were very nice and kind, helped us arrange lift from and to Airport as well as offering to help arrange any activities rentals etc. when booking didnt realise there was breakfast included which this place has with great variety of foods. Was very impressed with the stay. Highly recommend.

Place is disgusted and smells like smoke. Walls full of mold

I booked this hotel with the hopes of being on the beach, along with more so in the center of the downtown area. On Orbitz they show the location as on the beach, and on the main strip and I was dissapointed upon my arrival to find it almost 1/2 mile farther than what was shown on the website. Along with not being on the beach. I feel that this is something that needs to be addressed as I’m sure other customers booked in the hope of being beach front and would have also been dissapointed to find the hotel almost 1/2 mile away from the original location.

Easy to the bus station, the eating places, the market, or the beach. Also our host/check in person helped us find everything! She helped us find a cruise tour that took us swimming. It was so helpful!

We had an amazing and excellent stay at Sun Springs. We stayed for 5 days as a group of 5. Staff was so friendly and accomodating especially Lucy. The hotel was close to everything and just walkable to everything! I will book it again if I will have a chance to come back! Very highly recommended!

Lovely hostess, very helpful. Quiet and quaint, enjoyed the stay

Sun springs is in a nice location that is quiet, but still close to everything in Kamari. First time for years we didn't hire a car and it was actually great, local bus is very efficient for Fira, Kamari is a nice little resort. At Sun Springs the staff are very friendly and welcoming and overall it was very relaxing and a great holiday.
Ben
Our experience at Sun Springs was fantastic. The place was fabulously clean and the staff amazing. Nothing was too much for them. They definitely made it a memorable experience. The breakfast options in the morning were a nice touch. The pool was of a decent size that children were safe and I would definitely recommend it to anyone - couples or families.

Over-the-top hospitality. The owner was amazing and wrote down sites to see on the island. It is a top notch place to stay during your holiday.
Breakfast was lovely and prepared daily.
We arrived super early and were allowed to store our luggage at reception until the room was ready.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were amazing, very kind and friendly. I would like to thank all staff specially Denise & the lady who was in charge of the breakfast.
Also, this area is very very safe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again when I come to Santorini 😊

The property was well looked after and the rooms clean and tidy. There was a toaster and kettle with cutlery and crockery in the room in case you wanted them. The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. They were very friendly and pleasant especially Adriana who was a godsend! We will definitely be going back next year.
Sarah
Sun Springs is a wonderful, unique place to stay in Santorini! It’s located in a quiet area, but easily walkable to the beach, dining, or shopping. There’s also close by options for transportation. The staff is unbelievably friendly and personable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

“THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED”
Went for a family holiday & friends wedding. Our accommodation could not have been better. The best service I have ever received from any holiday. They could not have done more for us, so accommodating and even went out of their way to help us. We were stranded by a disgruntled taxi driver one day, 40 mins drive from accommodation, they jumped in their vehicle and picked up me and my family, and 2 friends. Great knowledge of the area and where to take the family and where to eat etc. will definitely be staying here again.
camilo
The host was very attentive and friendly. Loved the property close to the beach and shopping.

This property was amazing! About a 2 minute walk from the beach and a pool on sute. We had a room that had 2 foors amd a jetted tub in the second floor with an amazing view of the mountain and city. There is a strip with restaurants and shops all along the beach which makes for about a 30 min walk all the way across. The staff are friendly and Adriana is an amazing host. She is kind and friendly amd knows her way around the island and had great recommendations. She is also extremely helpful and just a text away! She goes above and beyond and is well suited for her job!
Rebecca
Adriana was so lovely and helpful, gave us a really warm welcome on arrival with advice on local restaurants etc. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable bed and nice shower area. Kitchenette was ok for a snack but not overly well stocked to actually cook anything.
We stayed in a room without it’s own terrace and plunge pool so had access to the communal pool and sun beds which we used several times and generally had it to ourselves.
Breakfast was included in our booking and they make a very good omelet!
We hired a car and there were plenty of parking spaces outside the property but finding it initially was a bit stressful as the pin on the map isn’t where sun springs is, so a phone call to Adriana to get directions got us there eventually, don’t worry, it’s not a massive island!! Literally a 5 min drive from the airport.
The apartments are located very close to the beach and a short 3-5 mins walk to the centre of town. Kamari is a nice town with lots going on, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, clothes shops and other shops to browse around, long promenade along the beach, family friendly as well. We ate in Korali a couple of times, food was really good, huge portions! And the staff were lovely and very welcoming.
As I said we hired a car so was only about 15-20 minutes drive to Oia which was the furthest from us but we visited a couple of times for dinner, sunset, shopping etc. So Sum springs is a great location to stay in.

My Stay in Santorini, Greece was amazing thanks to Andrea in Sun Springs Suits. She personally picked us up from the airport which is very close to the hotel about 8 min. Welcomed us with breakfast because we were early. So we took a walk to the beach which is literally like 3min walk. Kamari beach is beautiful and the town is like 5-10 min walk. We checked in and was given the keys. We had Room 1 which is sea view in the second floor. Room was a good size for two people. Shower was small but suited me just fine. Communication between Andrea was always open and easy, she was always there to help. Pool was small but we always went to the beach. I would so recommend to others.

The suite was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Adriana the manager picked us up straight from the airport and was extremely helpful throughout our whole holiday. She was always available for anything from the suite to Santorini in general. We had a wonderful experience at Sun Springs, again big thanks to Adriana the manager.

Mukava pieni hotelli.
Lentokoneiden ääni hieman häiritsi. Yöllä ei ollut montakaan lentoa.
Parvekkeen oven lukitsemisessa oli ongelmia.
Siistit tilat, hyvä aamiainen pöytään tarjoiltuna.
