The staff was friendly. However, when we ate at the restaurant in front of the hotel, they were rude and took a very long time to take our order and food. When we first arrived, our room had a peculiar smell, almost like rotting wood. We were not able to figure out where the smell came from. Also, the actual shower was extremely small. The beds were not the best, but they served their purpose. However, the breakfast served was delicious and offered enough variation for all of us to eat. There is a decent parking lot near the hotel where we would park then walk over. The location of the hotel was good too if you want more of a laid back atmosphere.

Rough sheets and towels with a very tiny shower!

Mold around the \"very tiny\" shower that can't even fit a 5'3\" 127 lb person! Toilet leaks water at the base. The water tastes terrible with lots of salt. Towels and sheets are very rough feeling. The staff was friendly and nice with providing good places to see and eat. The bar area is quaint, and the pool is really pretty and nice to hang out by. Theres no beach view, but just steps away from the bar. Wifi worked good. Breakfast was free and tasted good! Greek yogurt/honey, fresh homemade breads, thinly sliced processed coldcuts and cheese. Cereals, watermelon and canned peaches. Juice and GOOD tasting coffee!!!

Brilliant location

Perfect location, in the heart of Kamari with a beach front location. Great service from friendly, helpful staff. The cleaning team are lovely! The team are loyal to returning guests which is nice. With a little upgrade of poolside furnitue and bathrooms, which are kept lovely and clean but are quite basic, this would be the most wonderful place. I will be returning with or without an upgrade. Thank you for a lovely stay Levante.

Our stay at Levante Beach Hotel was amazing! It is very family friendly. The staff from reception, restaurant, beach and cleaning staff were amazing. They were friendly and super helpful from giving tips on areas to visit or arranging transportation and activities, etc. The pool was a nice option and the beach loungers and area were great. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Levante, for the price the room was comfortable, the aircon was good and the shower was hot and had good pressure. The rooms were cleaned every day and the common areas were always clean and tidy. The location was excellent - we’d definitely recommend staying here!

We arrived very late in the evening, just a short private transfer from the airport, around 10 minutes. The reception is not 24 hours, but as they were aware of our arrival time they waited onsite for us and showed us to our room before taking us to the attached beach promenade bar for a welcome drink. Very appreciate gesture during this hot summer night!

The rooms are relatively small and are still decorated and furnished in a classic / almost retro style. Probably the last of its kind along this resort. However, despite their age appearance, they have been very well maintained. This seems to be the case throughout the hotel. The room has air conditioning, a small balcony or a mall terrace area if on the ground floors, plug sockets and a small TV. The main downside and what i've seen others comment on too is the bathrooms. They are small, but the shower tray is even smaller with just a curtain. Water just goes everywhere and it would probably be better to convert these into wet rooms.

The location is brilliant for holiday makers. Approx 10 minute direct drive between the airport and right beside all of the resorts amenities, shops, bars and food areas. On one side of the hotel you have access taking you straight to the main shopping areas of Kamari as well as the roads. On the other side you have the hotels own beach bar and restaurant. It leading out to the beach promenade with so many more choices to eat and drink. On from this you ofcourse have the beach. Great stay.

Lovely stay! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right out the front of a beautiful long strip of beach with lovely beach clubs.
An umbrella and a beach lounge is not included in the stay price, however this wasn’t an issue as you can go to any of the beach clubs and buy a drink and they will give you a free beach lounge and umbrella. Plenty of bars and dining options, lively at night time. Easy walk to bus stop to get to Dora/the rest of the island. Would stay again

We stayed in a pool view room for 7 nights, absolutely fabulous! Simple clean accommodation, AC worked well, fridge & TV in room, furnished balcony & the best location possible! Breakfast was very nice too. Last but not least, all the staff were amazing, helpful, friendly & polite.

The staff were reasonably helpful but thats where the positive part of the review ends. The bar was expensive and mediocre. The beach was okay but impossible to relax when being approached every 5 minutes by people selling massage or henna tattoos. This is not the property's fault but did not improve my experience. The room was shabby and smelled bad. The mattress was hard, thin, lumpy and the sheets were as rough as canvas. The air conditioner barely cooled the room even on high. The lights and air conditioning turn off unless you leave the key fob in the slot by the door. My oldest son and I went for dinner while my younger teen napped. I locked the door to keep him and our belongings safe. There is only one key, so we returned to find my younger son had been locked in a dark, hot room with no way to leave other than the second floor balcony. The shower was tiny and flooded the bathroom floor when used. There were silverfish in the bathroom as well.The breakfast, which you reach by climbing slippery marble stairs with thorny vines growing across, was terrible. I left a day early with no refund because I could not spend another sleepless night there. Don't waste your money.

Beautiful homely family run hotel. All staff helpful, friendly and kind. Hotel is spotless full of character in a beautiful setting. From the breakfast terrace have a sweeping view of the sea and mountains to the side. What a start to the day having a beautiful Greek breakfast with an amazing views. Met many repeat customers- that says it all ! 🙂

The reservation stated there were beach chairs and umbrellas included. The Manager informed me I would have to pay for their use because the description didn't specify \"free\" I explained to him that the refrigerator and other amenities didn't say free either, would I have to pay to use those. He was extremely rude about it. The rest of the staff were amazing.

We had the most amazing family holiday here. The location couldn't be more perfect. On the beach strip with hundreds of places to choose from to eat. The staff at Levante are the absolute best you could hope for. So helpful and friendly at all times. The swimming pool is perfect and safe for kids. This hotel is excellent value for money. The breakfast was lovely, we all managed to find food we enjoyed. Only improvents that could be made are that the shower is too small to move in and towels are over-used now and desperately need upgrading. The facilities are old, but this gave it an authentic Greek vibe. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Thank you Levante! x

the location is excellent, very close to the airport and the shops and bars of Kamari.

The breakfast is very good and the hotel is very nice, unfortunately the room needs a lot of repairs especially the shower which is very uncomfortable, the mattresses are very hard and old, despite that I would stay here again.

Levante beach is not a 5 star hotel, but what it is, is excellent value for money. Location is excellent, rooms are basic but are cleaned every day. Towels are also changed daily but they are a bit rough. Breakfast is adequate, overall we had a fantastic holiday and Levante beach is a great base to try the dozens of restaurants in easy walking distance.

Was a nice place. Great location, nice pool, clean rooms. Most staff very lovely. Price was very low so hard to find better for the price. Beds are my only issue. Mattresses were extremely thin and firm. Rooms were a little dated compared to other locations on our Greece vacation and no added touches…..but again, the price was great. So it’s a bit of a trade off.

We loved this hotel, and will happily stay here again. The location in Kamari Beach is perfect. The staff is amazing and friendly, including the front desk, the bar, and the cleaning crew. We felt very well taken care of.
Our room was always clean, thanks to our excellent maid. We gave her a 20€ tip at the end of the week.
The only down side was the very uncomfortable bed and the tiny shower. The bed had a 3 inch mattress, and it was difficult to sleep on. Even an air mattress would have been better, so we may pack one for our next trip. The shower only had a curtain on two sides, and it cling to us the entire time we showered. The only solution was to leave it open and mop up the floor after (there is a drain in the bathroom floor). Thankfully we always had plenty of towels!

A little slice of heaven

The Levante is very special, it is right across from the beach And the waitress from the hotel will bring food or drinks to the palapas on the beach. Very comfortable We didn't have a view but we had a wonderful patio where we enjoyed a glass of wine before going for dinner. The room was very clean and quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Economically priced.

We loved staying here. The staff were super friendly and accomodating! We had a super early flight to Santorini which got us to the accommodation at 7.30am, reception still hadn’t opened. As soon as the receptionist arrived she made sure our bags were looked after and tried to get our room ready ASAP so that we could go sleep. She offered us use of the pool and made sure we went and helped ourselves to breakfast. Any information that you needed she was happy to help or organise for you. The room was a decent size, just found the showers really small but it didn’t really matter. Great location! heaps of restaurants and shops and right across from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect...right on the beach in Kamari. The hotel itself is across the street (which really isn't a street, but more of a wide sidewalk) from the sea. Umbrellas and lounge chairs are provided. The water was excellent...very clear and the temperature was mild. Great place to swim or snorkel. There was also a very nice pool at the hotel (in case your not much for swimming in the sea). The room was nice with enough room for us and our adult kids. The staff was very helpful. There was a problem with the WiFi signal in our room and they worked to get it fixed. They were also helpful with information and arranging transportation.

Levante Beach Hotel is located right on Kamari Beach with direct access to the beach through the hotel's restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The free breakfast is good with a great selection of bread, fruit, coffee, tea, cereal and some meat and cheese. The breakfast area overlooks the sun rising over the beach, which is a great way to start the day. The local bus will take you to Fira and from there you can catch another bus to Oia. The check-in is a little confusing as there is no direct access to the lobby from where the ferry bus drops you. The wi-fi is very weak and it was almost impossible to get a signal in our room. We were sold a triple room but it was really just a regular sized room with 3 single beds jammed in - a little tight for 3 people. The bathroom was also quite tiny and it was difficult to shower without colliding with the shower wall or curtain. The rooms are also in need of some modernization.

We only stayed for one night, but the hotel was just what we needed. It was located in the center of Kamari near the beaches and shops. A basic continental breakfast was included and served on their balcony overlooking the sea. The room itself was basic, but cozy with air conditioning and a balcony. The bathroom and shower were small, but functional. Reception was extremely accommodating, allowing us to keep our bags in the lobby after check out so we could enjoy the beach and town. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay here again.

Location is excellent, right in the middle of Kamari next to main road. the beds were comfortable,showers are pretty basic and a bit small. Wifi connection was hit and miss. Overall a pleasant stay for the price and location.

Fantastic location, great price - BUT average.....

We picked Levante Beach Hotel because it was directly on the beach. Here's where Levante didn't meet our expectations. Apart from a few rooms which have a view of the beach and swimming pool, many of the rooms overlook a busy bus/taxi terminal and parking lot. Very unattractive and noisy. We wanted a romantic Santorini experience and booked 6 months in advance to get an inferior view room with 2 twin beds for our honeymoon. If you are a couple, please beware of this. We specifically booked using Hotels website and wanted a queen bed. This was not OK from my wife's perspective. The towels and bed linen are in poor condition. Our linen was thread bare, fraying and grey from years of use. There is a tiny shower stall with a thin plastic shower curtain in the small bathroom, which made showering an unpleasant experience. The pool was lovely, and was open from 10am to 7pm which was great! However, the lounge chairs were falling apart, back angle adjustments were missing \"latches\" and the fabric in poor repair and torn. The hotel is dated and old and in need of some TLC. If the hotel wasn't so inexpensive, we would have been very dissppointed. Just beware of the condition of the hotel and the amenities. The daily brunch is basic, with bread, boiled eggs, coffee and some fruit, which was OK. The physical location is superb. It was nice to stroll along the boardwalk and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the vendors, market and hear the sound of the ocean.

Excellent location right on the beach, across the carpark from where the local bus dropped us off from the port. Breakfast was great with a view to match. All around suited us well as we simpky wanted somewhere close to the beach to relax.
