We stayed at the deluxe apartment and although it was pretty that was about it. The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows. This was obviously inconvenient being that we were in the town center so it got very noisy at night and the streets often smelled like sewage. Since the hotel is located in the town centre, there very limited parking options so we had to use the underground parking garage which they charged 20 euros a night for. We didn’t opt for the breakfast as it would have been another 20 euros per person per day. Since we stayed at the apartment it was a separate building from the hotel and you would think that paying more for the apartment meant better services but nope. It seems that there was an up-charge for any service that would normally be included with the regular hotel rooms, for example we had to pay for daily housekeeping if we wanted our rooms cleaned daily. Also the parking garage at multiple times wouldn’t open with the access card and they also charged us for parking on our check out day. Overall this was not a good hotel stay, the only positive was that it was situated very close to restaurants, cafes and markets so it was nice to explore the town. If you’re thinking of staying here I would opt for the basic hotel rooms. We had no choice but to get the apartment as it seemed like the only comfortable option for a family of 3

The location from the train station is only a ten minute walk. You are near two Michelin reviewed restaurants and the breakfast and underground parking was a great convenience. If you are ever arriving late my train into Pontedera and need a safe overnight this would be it.

This hotel is beautiful. It is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The staff are lovely too. It is situated ten minutes from the train station and from there you can get to Pisa/Florence/Livorno easily. There is a secure underground carpark which is handy as well.

Beautiful hotel, great location and staff!

Beautiful hotel in a lovely town. Staff were superb, great attention to detail and pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good, lovely dining room. Great parking too, very secure and well maintained.

I would say the only two things that let it down were:
1. A few things such as the loose bidet (bolts need tightening), the light on the mirror not working, and the fridge turned off took the edge off the place. I had to pull the fridge out to find it wasn't connected properly, but the cleaning staff should have noticed this whilst checking the fridge for water.

2. The light coloured laminate floor in the bedroom is really dated and detracts from the grand, opulent style the hotel has gone for. It totally spoils such a lovely room and building. Compared to such a luxurious marble tiled shower, it felt really basic and 20 years out of date.

I would stay again though as it was an enjoyable experience overall and fair value for money.

Fantastic! One of the nicest hotels in Pisa. It's an old world hotel with modern features, right in the heart of Pontedera. The rooms are beautifully appointed, comfortable and elegant. Our room included a full balcony off the living room, two minibars, for cooling beverages, a separate bedroom and two bathrooms in full Italian marble. The breakfast is included and very delicious. Theybalso have an evening bar and reception in the evening. We were very happy with our stay.

Charming, great breakfast, lovely staff.

Clean well equipped hotel, spacious room. Everything was spot on, save for a noisy radiator at night which kept me a week. I should have mentioned to them but didn't. The breakfast is fantastic and the hotel is very well placed for exploring Pontedera. It's also a 10 minute drive to Pisa airport, so good for a last night stop.

Good central location near to train station

Ideal hotel for the Piaggio Museum and the town centre. Close to shops, restaurants and gelaterias. We stayed in one of the 6 hotel apartments. It was very quiet and ideal for relaxing after a full day. We had a microwave, hob and coffee machine but could also benefit from the hotel services such as breakfast at an extra cost if we chose to. We would stay there again if we ever return to Pontedera.

Nice hotel. Good to to have real desk staff (hotel rather than just rooms for rent.) Nice small town atmosphere, but not a lot of restaurants to choose from. Just sandwich cafe's and pizzeria. Still I liked the place. Good breakfast was included.

Stayed for three nights very reasonable very clean and modern apartment with kitchen five minutes walk to train station 10 minutes to Pisa 2.60 euro and 45 minutes to Florence 6.80 euro staff were very pleasant and helpful English is not spoken much outside the Hotel being a small townit is quiet shops and restaurants don't, open late

Great location to get to Pisa and Florence by train. Stayed in the apartments behind the hotel. Spacious, clean, well appointed with all the modern conveniences EXCEPT one! No wifi! They tried to tell us the server was down......but I've heard that before from other hotels when their reception wasn't up to expectations. And not for 3 days. Had to go to hotel lobby for wifi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very reasonable rate for such a beautiful apartment.

Had really enjoyable 7 night stay in one of the modern stylish apartments. Hotel is beautiful and staff really friendly and helpful. Pontedera has a lovely little town centre with plenty of local shops and restaurants and a non touristy feel. Train station gives easy access to all the sights of Tuscany. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice hotel. But, we had purchased 80 euros meats and cheeses a day before we were to leave intending to take them home with us. We discovered that the refrigerator had stopped working and the cheeses went bad. I thought that the hotel would partially compensate for our loss, but only said \"We are sorry\"

Elegant Hotel Convenient For Train And Bus Travel

The ambiance of Armonia Hotel goes beyond its well appointed lobby and the warm greetings of the caring and efficient reception staff. High ceilings, ornate fixtures, decorative and comfortable furniture, and fashionable floor to ceiling drapes were in our spacious guest room, as well as in the common areas. It made staying there very comfortable and inviting.

The European style breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. It varied daily and the service was excellent. The offerings were more than adequate. A great breakfast is a great start to a day of touring.

The reception staff happily provided us travel tips, suggestions, and other help. On one occasion they loaned us a measuring tape and an umbrella on another.

Housekeeping was performed daily.

Excellent Hotel, very clean, lovely breakfast and frendly staff what more could you ask for.
We stayed in the new apartment block, directly behind the hotel which were recently refurnbished.
The rooms have all the latest gadjets, including free wi-fi and most importantly very quiet.
If you book this hotel, i would recommend you upgrade and stay in the apartments.

Great alternative to Florence!

This hotel was excellent. Very reasonable compared to Florence and a short walk to the train station and 6 euro got us right to the heart of Florence. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was great. Even a parking garage that is far, far less than most. Will most definitely stay here again!

BEST VALUE IN TUTTI DI ITALIA

My wife and I have made ten visits to Italy over the last 25 years and dollar for dollar this is the best hotel value of any we have stayed in and this includes 5* hotels on the Via Veneto in Rome. The staff here went out of their way on several occasions to assist us including spending more than two hours trying to get a Europcar machanic to tend to a problem we had with our car on the day of our departure. This hotel was recommended to us by a friend and client, a U. S. wine importer, who stays here when visiting his Italian producers. We would also recommend the Armonia Hotel and Pontedera as a base for visiting the surrounding Toscano area. It is within an hour of Lucca, a \"don't miss\" town and an hour by train to Firenze. The hotel itself is beautiful and makes you feel you are in Italy with its antique furniture and beautifully appointed rooms and is in the center of the main square of Pontedera. And for those who travel by car it has parking.

Lovely little hotel set in a quiet Tuscan town

Stayed for 4 nights as part of honeymoon trip round Italy. Proximity to station was a key factor, as we used the train everywhere - Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca are all very easy day-trips by train from Pontedera. Hotel was good value, room very adequately furnished, and the breakfast was splendid, with wonderful bread and pastries from the bakery across the road. Everything was so clean. My wife loved the little carpet rugs in the elevator which were changed every day, with \"Sunday\" or \"Monday\" etc, woven into them. Ornate interior as per photos.

Staff were all very friendly, spoke good English and seemed to enjoy helping me with my basic Italian.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, but just 2 minutes from the main street with restaurants, shops, banks etc.

Note that Pontedera itself is not really a tourist town - there aren't walls, galleries & cathedrals to explore there (well, none that we got to know about), but as a base we found it perfect. The hotel is an easy 6-8 min walk from station (no hills), which we covered each day, and also with our wheel-on cases when arriving/leaving.

Note - if you don't stay anywhere less than the Executive Floor of 5* major chain hotels, then this might not work for you, but for the price, we loved it! It was clean friendly, quiet, welcoming, and secure.

We are both hoping to return!

If you love French / Traditional architecture & style - the hotel to stay at! Absolutely stunning interiors & rooms in the heart of Pontedara, a 30-40 min ride from Pisa (and Pisa itself was just blah except for the Tower, so recommend you skip the town & staying there and head to this place instead). Great breakfast area, and a Cappucino machine from a throwback era.

A very decent hotel in a good central location for sightseeing in Tuscany. A classic Italian hotel with very friendly staff (most with basic English). Our only disappointment was the size of our room it was the smallest superior room I have ever stayed in.

Pontedera is a small town with a decent main shopping street, just beside the hotel.. Plenty of good cafes with great coffee but not too many quality restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again mainly because of the great price through hotels.com. It was £100 cheaper than Late rooms for a 3 night stay.

Nice location, lovely hotel, staff really helpfull and pleasant. on the train line for Florence (£9 return per adult). So you can enjoy wine and food and come back to the hotel without driving. also trains for the airport. The train station area is about 5-10 min walking distance. the hotel location is great, right in the town center. the train station area can look quite unsafe expecially at night

Pessimo serviço, reservei quartos no prédio principal e nos colocaram em edifico anexo sem qualquer explicação. Não foram trocadas as toalhas, não abasteceram papel higiênico, nem foi limpo o quarto. Quando pedimos para que trocassem as toalhas e limpassem o quarto disseram de maneira muito grosseira que só após 3 dias. Uma experiência horrível

Ficamos nos apartamentos que têm entrada independente do Hotel, fica bem atrás. A localização é excelente, próximo a rua de comércio e supermercardo. Muito bom para quem está de carro e quer conhecer a Toscana. A cidade de Pontedera onde fica o hotel também é muito bonita, vale uma visita. Os apartamentos são muito confortáveis e a cozinha muito bem aparelhada, tudo de muito bom gosto e novo. A limpeza não é feita todos os dias, o que não atrapalhou porque já sabia como era o esquema. Recomendo muito, e vou voltar com certeza.

Un hôtel de charme richement orné à découvrir !

Idéalement situé pour visiter la Toscane. L’hôtel est très chic et une impression de luxe domine. Le service est au top. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Nous étions logés dans l'annexe dans un appartement très bien équipé et très classe avec deux TV (dommage car aucune française). Petit détail je recommande absolument le parking privé au prix de 10 euros, fermé et sécurisé. On se croirait dans un musée avec imitations de peintures éclairées et sculpture !

Sentirsi a casa a Pontedera

Viaggio per lavoro quasi tutte le settimane dell'anno, ma devo dire che una sistemazione come quella che mi è stata assegnata in questo soggiorno rappresenta realmente una rarità. Restando per 3 notti ho potuto prenotare un appartamento, che si è dimostrato una scelta decisamente felice!! L'appartamento è molto ampio e indubbiamente arredato con gusto (anche se questo può essere soggettivo, è innegabile l'impegno messo nella scelta dell'arredamento): la sensazione è quella di essere a casa e alla sera non vedevo l'ora di poterci tornare per godermi i miei spazi. In aggiunta, la cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale contribuiscono ulteriormente a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Ottimo anche il parcheggio coperto (a pagamento), proprio dii fronte all'hotel. Volendo proprio trovare un difetto (ma sono veramente ala ricerca del classico pelo nell'uovo), l'offerta dei canali tv potrebbe essere un pochino arricchita (comunque oltre al digitale terrestre, sono presenti alcuni canali Premium). In conclusione, sicuramente uno di quei posti dove tornare volentieri.

Confortable, muy bonito, trato familiar.

Hotel muy bonito y elegante, no sé si es nuevo, pero lo parece, todo esta perfectamente cuidado, el trato muy amable, parking del hotel justo delante y a buen precio, limpieza total, y muy bien situado

酒店位置在佛罗伦萨和比萨的中间点，距离比萨斜塔30分钟的车程，选的带kitchen的公寓酒店，设施特别全还可以自己做饭，锅具餐具冰箱一应俱全。只是房间可能刚刚装修，有一点点味道，但是很新很新。

Hotel eccezionale, posizione centralissimo, ambient molto raffinato.
La camera molto spaziosa e comoda, la colazione eccellente sia per assortimento che per qualità, lo staff molto cordiale e disponobile.
Se proprio si vuole trovare un neo, la vasca da bagno è piuttosto piccolina e chi è un po'piu alto deve stare con le gambe piegate, ma è un dettaglio abbastanza trascurabile
