Staff was responsive and helpful. Loved the onsite lodge you can hang in. Game room, had indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Great workout space with excellent equipment as well. Toomas nice we had a table and bench seating that was lovely. So cool they had a fellows pour over kettle in the room with Vietnamese pour over coffee kit! So impressed. Had shampoo, body gel conditioner, body lotion hair dryer. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Got on mountain road great value for a hip cool spot to stay. Loved having car right outside room. You can easily walk to some of the best spots for food or cocktails. The bench really impressed us from cocktails to pizza, healthy options, delicious! On site there are options for breakfast as early as 7:30am and lighter options for afternoon or evening, along with adult beverages.

Location to all of the Stowe activities and restaurants is amazing. The timber lodge was really cute, perfect for a family of 4. The indoor pool could use some updating but the kids didn’t mind. Will definitely check it out again in the summer

My husband, daughter & I went for 4 nights to go skiing. The pros: The price was reasonable & the location was great with the shuttle stop being right in front of the lodge. The pool & hot tub were well maintained and the staff was very nice & friendly. We stayed in a double queen room and it was nice to be able to park right outside our door. The room was clean, warm, the beds were comfy & the microwave & mini frig were appreciated. The cons: The biggest downside to the room was the lack of any dressers for clothing, no bench or desk or table or chairs, only 2 hooks on the wall, & no shelves or cabinet in the bathroom. There's only one small nightstand between the 2 beds. There is a hanging rack by the frig, but very few hangars. So it was hard finding places for our stuff & nowhere to sit besides the beds. I would stay here again if I was looking for something economical, but I'd bring a small folding table & chairs & an extension cord. I would not recommend this for 2 couples, but it's fine for families with one or 2 kids.

We were in a King Junior Suite, and it was great. There was room to stretch out and room for all our ski equipment, too. The bed was comfortable. We could walk to some great restaurants. There was a shop across the street with great wine/beer, and noshing options. The place was clean. The hot tub was hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is right on the 108 bus route to the mountain. Took the bus two out of three days and it was easy. We look forward to staying here again.

It is nicely located 10-15min drive from Stowe ski lifts. It’s like un upgraded motel. The lobby area is nice. Rooms are okay. Sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The pull sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all (even for kids). Bathroom was small and uncomfortable.

Adorable accommodations. Clean and comfortable room. I do wish we could bring our own food/beverages to the main room in the lodge. Since it was the room with the fireplace, games, etc., it was really the only common space. I realize they sold food and beverages. Sometimes you don't want to spend $$$ just to play Pictionary in front of the fire. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and I would absolutely book again.

Staff were pleasant. Up keep of grounds lacking. Stayed 3 nights and they never shovel the walkway to the room. Had a outdoor fire pit but all the chairs covered in snow. Just little things add up.

Overall, a good experience. The room was pretty basic, paid extra for fireplace and balcony and the fireplace was really small. Pretty views though. Told us upon arrival that the hot tub wasn't working which was a bummer (especially since they charge a service fee), but they said we could use the hotel next door's if we wanted. Great location, super convenient to get to various restaurants and shops.

The beds were sagging and uncomfortable. There were gnats in the bathroom. The shower wouldn’t drain and had standing water in it. The lights had a flicker to them. We could hear the people in the room next door. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and as a first time guest did not present full information- pool/gym hours, bar/breakfast hours, kids activities, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cady Hill Lodge! Our room had such a cozy feel, and the beds/beddings were so comfortable (I would suggest maybe a tad more lighting, like one more standing lamp somewhere but not a big deal at all) … we thought the lobby was so cool, and the staff was INCREDIBLE. One of the coolest lodges we have stayed at and are already planning to book again. The only thing we would hope to tweak is even though we know it is off season, maybe the pool would be set up a little more like it is in the gallery photos (a little bare/deserted looking when we went but still loved it!) we will recommend Cady Hill to anyone looking to go to Stowe!!

We booked a deluxe king room, but the bed wasn’t a true king size and the quality was extremely poor. The mattress felt like it was sinking in the middle, likely due to an unsupported bed frame as it had an opening on the bottom. For the price paid, this wasn’t worth it. I expected a comfortable king bed, especially from a room marketed as “deluxe\" and given what was paid. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations.

The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Nice soft sheets. The cleaning service did a good job. The lobby and grounds very nice. It’s a bare bones room, comfortable and has everything you need but nothing on the walls, very plain decor. The lighting in this particular room and bathroom was not bright enough so hard to do makeup. The room is very dark, doesn’t get much sunlight because of the woods behind this building. We stayed in the building at the very back of the property. Would be very handy to have an iron or steamer in the room for wrinkled clothes coming out of a suitcase.
The grounds, pool, firepit are very nice. Pool was closed when we were there but they also have an indoor pool. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

A little pricey for what you get. Our room smelt like bleach when we arrived. I guess that means it was clean, though. The amenities were okay. The bed was comfy and very soft sheets. The customer service was very good. They texted often to check on how our stay was going and were prompt in responding if we needed anything. The key cards to the rooms did not work well during our stay. There was no safety latch in room to keep door secured and locked if traveling with young children. Our kids kept opening the door on their own, we had to pile suitcases in front of the door to keep them from wandering outside. The parking was easy and we parked right in front of our room on the first floor. Overall, I would have preferred different lodging.

Opportunities were in the lack of lighting in front half of the room and shower head. Shower handle was touchy and thus too hot or too cold and water pressure was very low.

Light was low, hard to see, room too hot even with AC, window screen needed to be fixed, strange low furniture, hard to find a surface to set anything down besides the bench. No dresser, awkward cramped closet with fridge & microwave in it, couldn’t use the TV streaming options without a Samsung account. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Noise at night from guests but may have been from a drunk wedding party.

Nicely renovated quiet place in a great location. Walkable to many places, including the Stowe walking/biking path and several restaurants and the main part of town. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are odd. Bedroom is tight with a king bed. No drawers just a large credenza with tv space and 2 place to throw stuff. No top light. Narrow in spots. Nice closet with over head light.

Bathroom was narrow. Loud fan. The toilet paper holder protruded onto the toilet area. No real place to put any articles by the sink. Or even other areas in the bathroom. Good shower.

Living room had dim top lights. Nice tv. No espn! We did not have breakfast and had to wait a good while for an ironing board (to be delivered upon request. Nive space to seat people in living room and also nice fireplace with wood for winter.
Rooms were clean and service nice.

Room was ok clean, somewhat comfortable, AC needed cleaning at the interior grills, loaded with dust, needs to be done! Back porch was neat, chairs needed a clean off. Cozy and fun!

So charming! Very family friendly, trails, fire pit, multiple pools. The great room was fun at night, with games and people coming and going. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were well decorated and we enjoyed having a porch and pond view. Location was great. Upkeep of the property could have been better but still very cozy place. Would definitely stay again.

It was the perfect stay for us to drop our youngest at UVM and spend our first night as empty nesters. Double queen room with balcony was very spacious. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Loved the double sinks and heated floor in the bathroom. Balcony and views were wonderfully relaxing. We walked to lots of great restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.

Recently renovated location has some pretty views and updates. It’s more like an updated roadside motel with decent amenities than new or renovated hotel. Has an outdoorsy camping feel and even a fire pit if that’s your thing. Still needs some work (fan in the bathroom sounded like it was on its last legs, parking lots could use paving, indoor pool could use a re-do, etc) but outdoor pool was good, some room update attempts were good (other than some weird stick decoration that looked Blair Witch-ish), and service/location were good. It’s a decent option for a weekend if the price is right.

I enjoyed the outdoor pool it was well kept, peaceful and relaxing. The main check in building and the fire pit were nice gathering areas. I didn’t have time to use the hot tub and indoor pool but they looked inviting! Also wish we’d had the time to check out the trail on site.

Lovely place to stay with plenty for kids and adults to do. The room was beautiful and spacious for 4 of us. We enjoyed our stay but did not enjoy the pizzas. They were poor quality and tasted cheap. Great place to stay but avoid the microwaved food.
