The hotel shuttle was super easy to get to and from Stowe. Hotel is very nice but the rooms need updating. The warm cookies at the front desk are a nice touch after a day of skiing. The staff is very friendly.

I just want to say how unbelievably rude, off putting and un helpful the concierge is! I have never experienced such poor hospitality in all of my travels. Glaring at me as I approached her. So unwilling to offer any information besides a old marked up peice of paper with scratched out phone numbers. Not even a hello or welcome. As some who also works in hospitality I’ve never seen such a poor display in my career from any co workers either. If she hates her job so much she should quit instead on denying guests info in maximizing their experience in Stowe. You’re better off just googling because she is useless and beyond rude!

Shuttle to the mountain only runs every hour. Bathroom tubs don’t drain and the fire alarm went off every time we showered due to the steam. Pool and hot tub was crowded with kids. Housekeeping comes through at 5 PM right when you’re getting back to your room and want to relax after a day of skiing. Front desk seemed bothered whenever we had questions. Had a $30 cheese board with Pepperidge farm crackers.

Good location. Price (a holiday weekend) was a bit high for the condo which was clean but dated. We only used the hot tub and pool which was nice. Wish the ski shuttle was more frequent instead a small 11 person van that went to the mountain once an hour. Also, when asked about the parking at the mountain, I was told \"it was a nightmare\" but that wasn't then case even for a holiday weekend and Stowe offered free parking for cars with 4+ passengers. Would have been nice to know from the beginning.

Our stay was amazing!!! My children and I really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return. The breakfast was amazing however I would not recommend the dinner at The Roost. Dante at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful! From the minute we checked in he made us feel so welcome.

Terrible food options and poorly execution.
Boring wine list.
Low energy.
Wear and tear not being tended to so it's looking shabby.

ThePerson in the room next door played their guitar until midnight. The next night I woke up to dogs fighting in the hallway. Plow equipment started working outside our window around 4:30 am.
The food was bad!! And overpriced, especially for what you got. There are incredible dining options in Stowe. This is not one of them

The breakfast menu was absolutely fresh, with lots of healthy options to choose from, including kid-friendly options. Ski slopes were easily accessible as the resort has complimentary shuttles to the slopes. I absolutely loved the fact that there were sleigh rides right across from the resort which is absolutely nice and convenient as an added and must-do activity for families. Everything for the most part is convenient and within proximity including restaurants, shopping, Main Stowe village, ski slopes, etc. Not only is the location of this resort conveniently situated but the views from this resort are absolutely stunning.

Room was spacious, but some of the window shutters had to be closed by hand on each slat. The bathroom was small, mold in the ceiling over the shower, the toilet was set slanted. You could tell the rooms and hallways had hard use. We went to dinner in the restaurant for dinner, no sign to seat yourself and no one came to help us. We ended up having to ask at the registration desk the restaurant procedure. Breakfast in another on property restaurant was a much better experience and the blueberry pancakes were fantastic.

This past weekend, my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and our experience was largely positive.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the staff. The reception team was not only warm and friendly but also incredibly helpful, making check-in a breeze.

Our dinner at The Roost, the on-site restaurant, was a highlight of our stay. The appetizers were delightful; the short rib nachos, served on crispy wontons, were particularly flavorful. For our entrées, the almondine-crusted salmon and the steak were both delicious and perfectly portioned, leaving us satisfied but not overly full.

The hotel's amenities were well-maintained. The spa, pool, and hot tub were all clean and tidy, providing a relaxing escape. Our room was also a strong point. The hotel is nice but needs updates around the grounds. The flowers are gorgeous but there needs to be some paint and renovations. The drinks were good and the food was like pub food but good. No fine dining. Definitely a 3-4 star room. Prices should be max 325.00 a night.

I always enjoy my stay at Topnotch.
However this time I was put into room 110.
I asked to be moved into another room further away from foot traffic. As well as the traffic outside my windows.
The people at the front desk said I could change rooms but at an increase of price.
Unfortunately I could hear every door open
and slam closed.
I could also see the foot traffic right outside my room, and they could see me.
Sadly the sounds were constant and very disturbing every few minutes during busy times.
I didn’t sleep well due to the noise.
I would think that the staff would be offering me an extra stay for a very good price/ discount. I stayed for 3 nights at full price, I would have thought that certainly the staff would want to be certain that my needs were met.
I was rather put off and very surprised when they were unwilling to accommodate me.
A property like Topnotch should be as concerned with their clients pleasure and comfort as they are with their earnings.
Aside from that I enjoyed everything else.

Fantastic hotel and Spa. Everyone was so friendly, which made for a great stay. When my husband and I stayed it was just before Halloween; there was a pumpkin decoration competition that all the guests were able to vote one. I also ended up getting a pedi; as I was not able to get one before we left home. The spa was great; a very nice oasis.

Topnotch is a cozy warm clean hotel with a nice bar and real fireplace. They also have a spa as well as an outdoor and indoor hot tub . It’s east parking and easy getting to your room. It is very quick to the mountain as well as Ma ny nice restaurants !

We chose Topnotch for a last minute getaway for a night and it definitely did not disappoint. The indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs were just what my husband and I needed. I wish we were staying longer! Tons to do, I loved how you could get carriage rides, and I saw a lot of fun activities we could have done. Definitely will be coming back!

I appreciated the outdoor heated pool, sauna, & indoor & outdoor hot tubs. The rooms were clean & decently sized. I also appreciated the room included espresso coffee pods. Very decent selection of alcohol including premium scotches like MaCallan & Lagavulin. Plentiful parking & well located.

Nice hotel! The restaurant seems recently renovated and is quite nice. Rooms are older but quaint…wood construction so noise from rooms above can be an issue. Nice facilities but ridiculous prices for indoor tennis and pickleball! Food is good.

Very friendly staff and a lovely property. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only complaints were that we got almost no wifi reception in our room (2nd floor, near the ice machine) and we seemed to be right above the dumpsters and service road, so it was incredibly noisy in the morning.
However, would still recommend this property and we were bummed we weren't staying longer.
