I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was amazing! Beyond the spectacular location the staff was extremely helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is so convenient next to the train station, bus stop for the valley, and the gondola. Breakfast was a delight. Overall it was an amazing time.

Beautiful 3-star hotel just cross the street from the train station. The room is clean with large patio and gorgeous mountain view. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and the freshest homemade bread. We also dined there for dinner, had rosti with mushroom sauce, cordon bleu, and dessert hazelnut cake, all was very delicious.

We had a valley view room which made the room. Sitting on the patio with those views made us love the property. Rooms are redone, but other parts of the hotel are quite dated. The morning breakfast was very good. It is a bit far from the Main Street which is good and bad. Good as it was much more peaceful but bad if you don’t like walking. This was an amazing hotel to stay at. Beautiful views; friendly staff and superb hospitality. It was also an extra bonus that they had ice water and a coffee machine available for guests at all hours. Check-in can be more helpful...I feel like you needed to figure everything out or have to ask the right questions rather be provided with any helpful guidance upfront. Room itself was clean and has good insulation. However, the bed mattress is not very good, covers and duvet were very starchy/scratchy, and pillow (you only get 1 per person) was pretty useless (mostly air in the pillow, not much to it, it is as flat as flat can get).

The people were super friendly at this location however, the room was sooo dusty seemed like no one stayed there a while and no one went in there to refresh when guest were arriving and my husband and I are super allergic to dust so that was fun. There wasn’t a phone in the room so contacting the front desk was you had to walk over to the other building so that was inconvenient otherwise it’s a great location.

We stayed in the annex and our room (61) was amazing. It was surrounded by windows and doors out to a large wrap around balcony which allowed views of the entire valley and waterfall. Sandra was most accommodating for our late arrival and even got us into the restaurant although it had closed 10 minutes prior to our getting there. Very convenient humoring off point for the entire area.

The restaurant was open until 9pm and the breakfast was very good (eggs, cereal, bread, fruit, coffee machine, bacon, sausage, local cheese, sliced meats, yogurt etc.). Only a few minutes walking distance from the train station. Very spacious room and bathroom. Very clean--the only thing is that rugs and furniture are getting worn/out dated.

In winter, the practice slopes for children and beginners start right in front of the hotel. Over the last few years, we have renovated the hotel step by step and we are now classified as a 4-star superior hotel.
