The place was discusting. air conditioner never worked properly, 2 sets of keys never worked had to change rooms. Door closed with gap to outside. Literally worse place I ever stayed. Never stayed for the free breakfast

The entry door looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The room was not very clean. The floors were dirty, especially the bathroom. Curtains wouldn't close completely so we had to deal with a bright sign shining in all night. Luckily we only had to stay one night.

Easy to find, room was decent. Beds were pretty comfortable but cleanliness of the room and property was sub-par. There was significant dirt and dust in the room around the baseboards, under furniture. There was pieces of orange peels in the AC unit. There was a lot of trash and cigarette butts out front of the main doors. Was pretty quiet and I would stay again if they worked on the up-keep

I'm a female, traveling alone. I arrived after dark. I was given a room in the back of the motel, and there were a lot of men just hanging out by their cars and smoking, etc. when I pulled up to my room. I didn't feel safe. Once in my room, I was afraid to come back out. You could tell the place wasn't full. Why they wouldn't plan room assignments a little better or not allow all the men to just hang outside is troublesome. I won't return, despite the convenience of parking there for airport shuttle service. I will find alternative arrangments.

The good: The bathroom was fairly new and the sink was also renovated and clean. The sheets on the bed looked clean. But It took me awhile to actually find my room as it was behind the pool. The location did not have a parking spot close by so I had to lug my bags from a dirt parking lot to the room. The worst part was that there was a connecting door to the next room and it did not close all the way. It definitely didn't lock. I ended up pushing the cabinet that the TV was on in front of the door to ensure nobody came in that way. The next day as I was checking out I asked if there was an ice machine. There was but of course it didn't work. I also forgot something in the room and the clerk gave me a key so I could get it but the key didn't work. She made a bunch more and finally came out with real keys instead of cards but it took like 15 minutes. I appreciate that she put in an effort to help me, But it was ridiculous that the 10 or more key cards she made didn't work on the door.

The front staff worker was courteous and helpful. The room was not spotless, but was mostly clean. There was a little bit of trash right outside my door and the floor had some stuff on it. The more annoying issue for the room was the microwave plate did not fit on the turning mechanism - had the wrong plate in it. I heard it clunking as the mechanism turns but the plate does not. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. The room setup looks great. I got there at 8 am on a Sunday morning. There was very little cereal left, very few napkins, the selections were limited, and the garbage can looked disgusting. I don't expect foods, such as eggs, that need to be kept hot, but at least bagels, toast, yogurts, more fruit options, etc. It looks like the dirt lot is part of the parking lot. Some things were very good and the problem things seem easy to fix.

The beds were very uncomfortable. There appeared to be mold underneath the bathroom mirror. The towels were stained and the bath mat was very thin. I almost fell in the tub, i suggest some kind of non slip strips in the tub. I had to hunt for the coffee pot cord so that i could plug it in. Very frustrating. The evening clerk was quite nice. The morning vlerk was ok, but not very engaging.

I had one room, TV did not work. Got a second room, could not get the room to work. I was offered batteries for an obviously malfunctioning remote. This hotel is by a big airport and at 5 pm there were only 3 cars there. Looks like everyone but me and Expedia knows this hotel is inadequate.

I was told upon checking in that I had to pay a $50 deposit because I had booked my stay via third-party so hopefully I will get my $50 deposit back

I work at a 5star, 5 diamond resort in Palm Beach. This hotel was not that. But neither was the incredibly affordable room rate! We stayed here to explore the Biltmore over several days and enjoy the countryside at Christmas time. It was exactly what we needed. A clean bed, hot waffles every morning. And a convenient location. It is what it is. A motel that we found to be clean And safe. For the rate I paid it’s five stars. Is it Palm Beach five stars with all the amenities? No-but a room at the hotel I work at can run 3 or $4000 a night. You get what you pay for and in this case, I feel like we got more than we paid for.

The breakfast menu was serviceable - did not have high expectations so no disappointment. But the hotel was a fine place to stay and the hotel staff were excellent. They went out of their way to be helpful and scheduled the airport shuttle without even asking them. Yes, I’d stay here again!

I stayed for roughly 5 hours before an early morning flight at the Asheville Airport. It was about what I expected for the price I paid. The bed was clean and I was able to get a little sleep before my flight. I left too early to eat breakfast. Nothing special in my opinion though.

IThe staff were kind and helpful. They made sure i had aan airport shuttle arranged. had to move the ciffee pot to tge bath area to plug ut in. It was unplugged and there was no way i could climb under the desk to plug it in. The toilet appeared to had not been cleaned. No trash cans. Breakfast selections had not been replenished . I was leaving when fresh sandwichs, etc were brought out.

This is in general a good place to stay. I was a single female and felt safe. If you're in a large vehicle be aware the parking lot is tight. Breakfast does not have many options- cereal, waffle, muffins. The wifi was spoty for me and the shower temperature could have been a few degrees higher.

The room was so dirty, there was toothpaste in the sink, hair in the soap dish in the shower, some red splatter on the shower walls, the floors were dirty, the furniture was damaged, the front door looks like it could be dumped open. I can’t recommend this stay.

Came to Asheville to visit Biltmore with a friend, something we do several times a year. We have stayed at various hotels and this was by far, the worst. Corners in the room especially the bathroom were caked with dirt, hair, and who knows what else. Almost as bad were the corners in the room.
There was only ONE plug that worked in the room!!! No matter how we flipped switches, tried different chargers, etc we were limited to ONE plug. There was a plug in the bathroom but it was by the sink. There was barely enough room to leave a phone to charge it!! The ONE plug was on the table between the beds. We had to unplug the lamp (leaving the room dark except for the bathroom light) to plug in ONE phone. There was a plug bank on the table but only one of the plugs could be used. Very frustrating.
Breakfast was a disappointment. Both the coffee and hot water were warm, certainly not hot. On our second morning, the trash appeared to not have been emptied, certainly the trash can wasn't wiped down. The fridge wasn't really cold so there is concern that the food may not have been kept at the proper temperature and could have spoiled. On the upside,it did appear that the tables and counter had been wiped down.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, nothing exceptional. I do believe that someone had smoked while in that bed at a previous time. While the hotel is 100% no smoking, I think someone got by with a cigarette.
Price was high considering. Will not return.

The door didnt lock all the way, there were stains all over the walls, the mirror was smudged everywhere. There were dead bugs in the corners and the floors were not vacuumed. The microwave did not worked it made a very loud noise when we attempted to use it. The curtains did not close all the way,the shower head was broken. Over all bad experience room was disgusting.

Worst property by far I have stayed. This is a motel with doors facing parking lots.
No elevator for 2nd floor.
Only a waffle maker and muffins for continental breakfast.
Wifi did not work throughout the stay and staff kept making excuses.
Smelly floor with open cracks and unhygienic bathrooms.
The only good thing for me was location and good dining options nearby.

Spent 2 nights with my wife. The room was dirty. The floor was filthy, when I put the towel of the bathroom floor it turned brown. the AC button was broken and the writing on it was faded so we couldn't understand which mode the AC was on. The microwave was damaged and noisy, sounded like it was going to explode any minute.
The area was fine and close to other stores and the highway. Overall, not worth the price.

Shuttle driver was awesome. Came early and very informative. Reception staff was courteous and answered all questions. Laundry room in poor shape; 2 out of 3 machines did not work. Good value for price. I'd stay again...no way my wife would!

They converted a eco lodge into a Quality Inn. The pictured they show you online where of remolded lobby. The building shot didn’t show the two story dumpy eco lodge building. The steps were cracked. My door had a crack in it that looked like it someone tried to kick it inn. Looked like a dump. My kid was in town from college. I had some business to attend to. Didn’t feel safe leaving my kid there. It was noisy.wasn’t worth the money. Best thing I did was check out at 9pm and go to a Holiday Inn that looked and smelted like heaven. We felt safe and it was only 20$ more. Expedia and the Hotel refused to give my money back even thiuh

When we walked into the room the smell of bleach was so overwhelming it nearly took our breath away. The room was very run down and there were many holes in the walls that had been patched up with spackling paste (very poorly done). There was also a hole in the bathroom door where it had been kicked in. The floor was so oily (residue from whatever they cleaned it with) that my socks were greasy from walking around the room in them. We decided to leave 3 days early and were informed that we would not be receiving a refund. Please be aware of the refund policy before booking. The price was great but as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for “.

This hotel is the worst I have ever been in. Dirty, broken a/c, no wi-fi, key cards that don’t work, hot tub that was cold, washing machine out of order! I asked to change rooms twice! Would not accommodate me as a single person to a first floor room with 2 beds. I would have left if I had not been by myself with no transportation. I should get a refund !
