Amazing Hotel especially for RoadTrip

Hotel was beautiful. Location is in middle of offices so gives you feeling of a place for work conference. But if you are driving then very easy to access. Good amenities and good spa. 10/10 for Spa. Rooms were nice and clean 10/10. We had corner room. Two things I didn’t like:
1. Room was not complete blackout.
2. Our bed felt sunk from middle. I might being harsh but I prefer bed to be flat and expect that standard from 5*.

Breakfast was adequate and staff was very helpful. Overall positive experience. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is very bad ,I booked it because they mention they had a babysitter facility when I ask they said no , also the food is very very bad , breakfast is very poor , the swimming pool only open morning till 12 abs then 7 clock when my kids go to sleep ,the hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed at Istanbul

Both of the shower head were broken. In jacuzzi it was leaking water and other one was making sound. When I asked for room service to clean my room and change sheets he didn’t and later that day I asked why and he said his manager told him I will be check out today. But I had one more night to stay. They don’t even know how many day their guest is staying..

So the guy at night lied about upgrading me, which was weird because they seemed to have a lot of rooms available. I actually got a lowest rung room, kinda dated, with a view of a tractor doing construction 7 floors down, it was in a business area. I didn’t pay much and the room service was almost instant, the food was ok and all but one of the staff were extremely helpful and responsive especially the manager Goktas the next day. Basically got what I paid for.

I ll liked the hotel and location since this was next door to my workplace. Less than a minute walk. Also the property is luxurious.

But if you are in Istanbul on Tourism, don't even consider staying here. Not worth the money and pain. The traffic to get to this spot(beykoz) is horrible. Sometimes can take up to 2 hours from the city center.

The housekeeping and mini bar is inconsistent and not well trained. The sometimes remove cups and glasses but never replace with new ones.

17 it of the 27 days of stay was annoying and noisy. The road construction was so loud and disturbing. The rooms were not greatly soundproofed

Last but not the least, have a translator handy on your smartphone. Many of the staff don't even know a word of another language. In my 27 days there I only met 3 or 4 of their staff who even understood English
Or learn Turkish before checking in. Haha

My boyfriend and I wanted to have a great weekend in Istanbul. The hotel amenties was well enough but the negative side is the staff. I was very uncomfortable with male staff eyes on me all the time. I tolerated all and just ignored the idea of their eyes on me. However at the last day, my boyfriend needed to leave the room early for reason and then come back to pick me up. During the time while my boyfriend out (between 8am and 10am), the staff bothered my room 3 times even though I pushed \"not bother\" button. The first one was room cleaning lady and I let her clean the room. I pushed the \"not bother\" button again but 5 minutes the second person came which was a male staff who wanted to check minibar. Seriously who checks the minibar at 9am even though I push the \"not bother\" button. I told him to come back later but he told me something in his language and got in the room without my permission. Check the minibar and start to try talking to me in language again, I told him to leave the room and I pushed the \"not bother\" button again. Just after 10-15 minutes anoter male staff came for no reason. He was trying to speak with me in his terrible English which I didn't understand anything while his eyes were cheking me out. I was really uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if that \"not bother\" button is working or not. I called my boyfriend to pick me up for check out as soon as possible. I will never stay in this hotel for my safety.

Good hotel but not a 5 star one

The hotel stuff are indeed very Very nice and helpful. The room and the sheets and all were clean and comfortable. But listen the towels of a five star hotel should not look and feel like much used kitchen rags. They were not dirty, just overused, may even be acceptable at a 3 star hotel. BTW their spa has excellent service and somehow better towels. Overall a nice experience just not five star experience.

Almost everything was ok during 1 night stay at the hotel with my wife and 4 years old son . This is why I am going to tell about the shortcomings. There should be a single-use toothpaste, as it is always available at least in equivalent Turkish Hotels. Although diversity at the breakfast was satisfactory, I don't know the reason but taste of the sausages were sour. I didn't need wi-fi a lot since my stay was short, it's purpose was not business and 3g was sufficient. Nonetheless, Wi-fi seemed extra poor to me.

Definitely, NOT a 5 * hotel

Not a 5 stars, at least not for American Standards.
Service was very slow. We specifically requested a roller bed to be in the room, and I called ahead since we were arriving very late ... it wasn't there.. To make things worse, there were not linens nor blankets. 40 minutes for the hotel to get it to the room.
We needed an early call on the room as we had a 7 am flight. Nobody called... we almost lost the flight!
Definitely NOT a 5 *.
The hotel is new and has some very nice touches... I have to say breakfast is very good.

Really friendly staff, very clean and modern room. I ordered room service one night which was served quickly (and the food was good). Internet was slow in the evening and morning and sometimes stopped altogether but it is FOC! I would recommend this as a business/conference hotel but not if you are looking for tourist places.

Limak Eurasia Luxury hotel was amazing. The rooms were up to standard and were cleaned everyday. Beautiful hotel but the location isn't all that great. Quite far from the city. Only good for people who are on a relaxation getaway or a business trip. Not so ideal if you want a lot of shopping done.

The Hotel and Service is excellent but it is on the Asian Side far away from the center and the airport. The shuttle Service is very expensive. Best option is to rent a car but be careful with driving.

biz jakuzili oda tercih ettik, resimde daha buyuk gorunuyordu oda ama yine de cok guzeldi. yastik ve yorganlar guzeldi ancak yorgan kilifi yirtikti, carsafin ustunde kum tanesi gibi seyler vardi. ama yine de kacamak icin cok guzel bir tercih. ufak seylere takilmayacaksaniz cok mutlu olursunuz. kapali otoparki olmasi da ayrica cok guzeldi.
