There’s a list. First, when I arrived, after making a reservation, I was told they were completely booked. “But I had a reservation”. “We only do that if you prepaid”. I told him that’s not how reservations work. He said it was Valentine’s Day. He blamed the woman before him for giving away my room. I asked “you mean to tell me that I’ve driven for 5 hours and you’re telling me I have no room?” Once a got “assertive” with him, he offered me a room and said I could check it out first. It was horrible, but it was 7:30 on a Friday night before Valentine’s Day, where else was I supposed to go. The only good thing was that he only charged me $60. The price I reserved at was $78.

The bathroom was not clean at all, there was brown residue all over the walls the floors were sticky, toilet paper had not been changed out, and it was very scary to even sit on the bed. We asked for a different room and there were no more, so we left.

He gave me two other remotes to try. Neither one worked. I took them back. He said the hotel houseman just went out on a break and he would send the houseman to my room in a few minutes. The houseman never came. I went back to the front desk and the attendant offered to change my room to room where the TV would work. I moved to a room on the first floor around the corner from the front desk. This room was even worse. And the electronic device on the outside of the door was destroyed. The room key could not work. Every time I left the room the front desk attendant had to use a manual key to insert into the door's lock to allow me back in the room. This room had baby roaches walking around as though they had paid for the room. I refused to take my clothes off and get under the covers. It was horrible. I slept on top of the covers. I was totally miserable.

I didn't stay there I left in about an hour after I checked in. That is the grossest hotel I ever stayed in. It should be condemned!!! The room was raggedy and the heater was broke. I paid for this low level crap for two days. I paid through affirm I probably can't get my money back but I couldn't let my family stay in that mess. I wouldn't recommend this crap to a dead dog. So please don't stay at that crappy,gross, hotel.

The staff was great. The room seemed like it was part of remodel that hadnt been completed but it was overall clean. Booked this place for the fourth of July weekend. It was advertised as remodeled. We get there and NOTHING looks like the pictures online. It was filthy from the parking lot to the room. It was super dark and dirty. It looked like something on a horror movie. Even the elevator had trash it. The room had a blood stain on the bed cover dead roaches and cigarette butts were in the room. We immediately turned around and checked out. I asked for a refund since we never unpacked or sat down. Also, I am having to fight for the refund. Apparently the hotel clerk lied and never processed the refund. Do not book this hotel if you want a safe and clean place to stay.

It needs to just be completely torn down or entirely renovated. One of the worst hotels I've ever stepped foot in. They showed me 3 other rooms that was worse then the one in the pictures i submitted, and that was the final and best room they had to offer me. it wasn’t until the manager arrived that they then denied me my refund and also tried to charge me an additional $10 for a double bed room. All around the one manager told me he would check back with me Monday on a refund but I highly doubt I’ll get my money back. But the cleaning lady was over worked and the manager was nice but limited within power on decision making. Highly not recommended

I understand that these owners bought a hotel that went out of business, but it shouldn’t still look like it. The bed was the best thing. The air was not cold. It ran on 60 and never got cold. They don’t wash the towels and linen well. The ceiling is peeling. The walls have holes. At some point, no matter how “cheap” a motel is, you can still have pride in the service you offer. It was fairly quiet, but it wasn’t worth what I paid.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Save your time and money if you’re looking for a place to sleep. Should’ve known when the guy at front desk ask if we wanted to review room first however we declined as it was 2 am and just ready to get some sleep however we walked in and turned around walked out and left to find something else. The room was terrible. We booked a jacuzzi room with jetted tub, inside of tub was filthy, tub broken all around on the outside, toilet dirty, sheets and mattress was stained along with pillows. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes filled the room. Do not waste your time with booking here.

Once i tried to check on told me the room i booked wasn't available and i couldn't get my momey back ($233.00) and ddn offer me another room. Women that came in after me had the same issues. I work hard for my money and they just took it. Wish i could get my money back.

Is completely horrible I had no heat the entire trip in this cold weather right now in Mississippi and also I had no pillows when I got there and it took me up about a day to get them and he gave me one pillow and and I nothing about the heat and then my hot water was not working at all and the whole trip and I don't find about that too and whatever I guess it was horrible and I didn't get the room that I wanted which was the jacuzzi room the whole weekend because they didn't have one and then blah blah blah blah so whatever it sucks

This property should be taken off of your registry. The condition is terrible, in thebthe room the i got there were no outlet covers on outlets. Dangerous for small kids. I was on the 3rd floor, and my sliding window opened up all the way , someone could easily fall especially a toddler. Worst hotel ever. The rooms and interior looks nothing as show in the photos .

This property is horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I book this hotel base of the pictures I’ve seen online. When my son check in he thought it was a prank I did him. It was so nasty he couldn’t sleep in there. I ask for the housekeeper to come clean it. No one did. The next day I ask for a new room. He didn’t get it. The 3rd day I ask for a refund I didn’t get it. It was just horrible and the people hanging out and smoking god knows what. This hotel is not safe or clean to even let your dog lay on the bed.

The room wasn't cleaned. Soiled towels in floor, soiled washcloth in shower. Shower head left on dripping, water in floor, used Q-tips laying on dresser. The door striker was broken out of the splintered door, you couldn't close it. Rust on lamps and smelled damp and wet. To top it off the A/C wasn't working! When I left I was asked by a 'lady' if I wanted a 'date' and 2 guys hit me up for money. Avoid this stumble down dump!!! OH, there is a NO REFUND policy. Please don't offer an excuse for your nasty pitiful run down dump. There is no excuse, so yes it didn't meet my expectations, nor anyone elses...

If you are used to upscale hotels this is not it you will be highly disappointed the tube is absolutely disgusting I had to wear shoes in the shower because the bottom of the tube is so nasty looking they don’t put anything in the room there is no phone to call down to the front desk so I had to walk all the way down to get towels cups new sheets and even the remote to the tv which made no sense the covers and sheets had stains on them and it’s super hot in the lobby elevator and hall ways but the rooms are cool

Once I arrived, I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to check me in, which I didn’t really mind. However, once I got to the room, the door didn’t work, and I had to go back downstairs to get them to open it. Additionally, once I got in the room, the TV network connection didn’t work, and the room had an unpleasant smell. I also felt like the room wasn’t the same as the pictures. I ended up leaving within 5 minutes of being in the room.
