Very nice Hotel
The staff were always on hand to help and the service was excellent. We was a family of 3 with a toddler and this hotel was perfect for us. I think the hotel was quieter than usual due to Covid 19 but all the precautions were taken to prevent any spreading. Overall our stay was very pleasant and couldn't fault anything.

We ate at the hotel on the first evening but wished we had ventured a little further afield ... in particular the pizza restaurant at the end of the road.

Ok hotel but next to massively noisy water park
Ok hotel, basic but clean and in pretty gardens but couldn't relax as the noise from the water park is so horrifically loud between 11am and 5pm.
Hotel staff were helpful until we ordered a taxi for 8pm which came 20min early - I asked reception if it could wait as I wasn't ready and they said that was fine. When I got to taxi, I was presented with a charge of 28euros before we'd even set off! The staff said it was because the taxi had come from another town and I had made him wait, to which I replied a) why wasn't i told if be paying for an out of town taxi? and b) I ordered it for 8pm - he came early, not my fault. I believe the staff should've informed me that he'd be charging these extra things. I then ended up paying €40 for a 2km trip. Staff said they'd contribute but they never did.

Friendly and warming welcome
Loved La Jacia. Off the beaten track if you don't like touristy. Pool could do with an over haul and pool area VERY slippery but aqua park next door being ideal for families. Breakfast was adequate but could do with a toaster but all in all nice. Nice beach across the way and a local supermarket. Nice friendly restaurant across the way but like most restaurants be careful ordering as sometimes things are per gramme and bread and condiments are charged even if you don't want them. Special thanks to Luca who helped us before we even left the UK, with bus timetables and to all the lovely staff for their help Thank you for having us

Quite at the time of our visit. A big let down was the water park next door was closed and not open until late June. Apart from that a nice holiday.

Zeer mooie kamer omgeven in de natuur. Een echt pareltje. Vriendelijke ontvangst en vriendelijk personeel, ziwel de kuisploeg, als al het personeel dat in het hotel rondliep. Gratis parking voor de deur. Komen elke dag de kamers doen. Supermarkt is dichtbij en 2 prachtige stranden ook dichtbij. Klein minpuntje op vrijdag en zaterdagavond, nachtlawaai van openluchtdiscotheek de berg verderop. Zou de moeite zijn om te bezoeken, maar hebben we niet gedaan, omdat er zoveel te zien is in deze omgeving. We hebben er echt van genoten.

Tout est parfait, le cadre, le calme, les jardins, la piscine au top, le petit déjeuner sur une superbe terrasse, la chambre avec climatisation ... Le seul petit défaut est le wifi qui n'est accessible que dans les parties communes du a l'étendue du resort.

Sehr schöne angelegte Hotelanlage. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist nicht hochmodern aber erfüllt seinen Zweck sehr gut. Der Poolbereich ist zwar eher klein aber dafür sehr schön und gut zum entspannen. Ein Wasserpark ist direkt auf dem Nachbargrundstück, ideal für Kinder, kann aber wahrscheinlich schon etwas lauter werden (bei uns war er wegen Covid-19 geschlossen und gar kein Thema).
Das Personal war extrem freundlich und geht auf individuelle Wünsche sofort ein. Das Frühstück gab es bei uns auf Bestellung direkt von der Frühstücksdame, die alles selber backt und zubereitet. Dementsprechend war es auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Der er plads til at parkere din bil hvis du er kørende dertil, man kom oven i købet parkere tæt på sit værelse, hvis der er behov for dette.
Personalet tog restriktioner vedr. COVID-19 meget seriøst, f.eks. var der ingen morgen buffet men kun bordservering, hvilket faktisk var ganske betryggende.

Personalet tog restriktioner vedr. COVID-19 meget seriøst, f.eks. var der ingen morgen buffet men kun bordservering, hvilket faktisk var ganske betryggende.

Hôtel très agréable; les chambres sont élégantes et dotées d'un petit patio ombragé; la piscine est petite mais très agréable. Le service est très bien; mention spéciale à Dario pour ses conseils francophones et surtout à Ketty la \"chef\" en cuisine, très gentille et disposée à aider. Pas forcément idéal pour des séjours en famille avec de jeunes enfants d'abord parce que le lit superposé ajouté dans la chambre n'est pas très confortable, mais surtout parce le restaurant propose un menu du jour, assez élaboré et chic, différent chaque jour, mais qui ne convient pas forcément aux petits.
Les plages ne sont pas très loin, mais il faut quand même prendre la voiture (ou marcher assez longtemps); même si Baia Sardinia ne fait pas partie de la Costa Esmeralda au sens strict, c'est un peu le même décor - balnéaire, chic et cher (par rapport au reste de la Sardaigne) et un peu artificiel. Riktigt bra hotellpersonal som var väldigt hjälpsamma med allt från att hitta en bra restaurang, till att hitta närmsta stranden (5 min promenad) till att översätta vår p-bot vi fick. Vi blev uppgraderade då vi hade en längre vistelse och dom hade ett finare rum med balkong som vi fick istället. Brevid så låg ett vattenland där vi fick komma och gå som vi ville under vår vistelse. Bara 15-20 minuter promenad bort så kommer man till Baja Sardinia där det finns ett flertal restauranger, biluthyrning, strand och små shoppar. Lite längre bort har ni även en beach club som var riktigt kul! Skulle definitivt rekommendera och skulle absolut åka tillbaka!!

Very nice and cosy hotel located in walking distance from Baia Sardinia. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpfull. Further it is situated next to the Aquapark, and if you stay 3 nights at the hotel you have free access.

Mycket mysigt hotell med fina rum. Mindre poolområde men i anslutning till hotellet så ligger ett äventyrsbad. Detta kan uppfattas som störande då det på eftermiddagarna spelas lite högre musik. Tyvärr inget Wi-Fi på rummen utan bara i lobbyn och vid poolområdet. Fin restaurang och bar där även bra frukost serveras. Gott om parkering.

This hotel was like a little treasure near the mountain side and sea! It’s easy to park and at first glance the hotel already gives you a feeling of cozy and warm atmosphere. Staff was very helpful, service minded , and attending.
The hotel has a garden with swimming pool but no direct beach access, but the beach is only a short walk. The hotel is located close to rituals and phi beach which is worth seeing.

Albergo molto grazioso con casette indipendenti in posizione strategica per visitare la costa smeralda. La spiaggia è a 10 minuti a piedi ma non ne vale la pena. Accanto è presente un acquapark in cui si puo entrare gratuitamente tutti i giorni per i clienti. Visti i prezzi della costa smeralda questo hotel offre un ottimo compromesso qualità prezzo, ci ritornerei. Una nota negativa l' assenza del wi fi in camera e nelle zone comuni è davvero lento (2mb) quindi inutilizzabile. Consiglio di non prendere la camera standard perche poco luminosa. Pulizia impeccabile con cambio biancheria e asciugamani quotidiano.

Buona posizione. Ingresso diretto al parco acquatico. Struttura carina e ben curata. Buona la colazione tranne il distributore di bevande calde da cambiare. Personale gentile. La camera quadrupla prevedeva un divano letto a castello, decisamente piccolo e inadeguato.

Die Ankunft verlief sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und kompetent. Jede Frage zu umliegenden Stränden, Restaurants etc. wurde detailliert erläutert. Der Rutschenpark, welcher sich direkt an das Hotel anschließt ist der größte der Insel. Kinder ab 8 Jahren können bereits alle Attraktionen nutzen. Für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt ist ein Mietwagen ein Muss, weil Strände und Restaurants, gerade mit Kleinkindern nicht wirklich unbeschwerlich zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Familienzimmer sind gerade ausreichend, aber entsprechen der Hotelbeschreibung. Leider hat der Abfluss dauerhaft in unserem Zimmer gestunken, was auch die fleißige Putzfrau nicht abstellen konnte. Mann musste Handtücher in die Abflussöffnungen stopfen, um den Geruch gerade nachts zu vermeiden. Das Frühstück ist befriedigend und für Italienische Verhältnisse eher gut. Die Bar ist selbst in der Hauptsaison schlecht besucht, weil die Preise recht hoch sind.

Small cosy hotel, very nice staff
We had a wonderfull stay, 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, 15 minutes walk to the centre of Baja Sardinia. During are stay we had a free entrance to the nextdoor waterpark Aquadream, my son loved it. Breakfast is included en very good. We had a ant problem in the room, after a complain the hotelstaff took care of that. The rooms are very noisy, especialy when youre neighbors decided to move there furniture in the middle of the night.

Can be dangerous for small children.
In a family room with two kids the bunk beds are unsafe because their upper part has no barrier whatsoever to prevent the kid from falling down to the stone floor from a height of about 1.2 m. Very dangerous, would be illegal in central Europe. We took the mattress to the floor to protect our child. The cleaning maid got angry and accused us of damaging the bed. For people with more than one small kid the family rooms are inappropriate.

Hotellet gir mye for pengene med egen terrasse nært Phi Beach, grotteclubbing og turistifiserte Baja Sardegna. På dagtid høres fløyten fra de mange badevaktene hos naboen Aquadream konstant. Høy kvalitet på hotellet til den prisen med skjermede leiligheter og køyeseng til barna. Bassenget er akkurat lite nok til at det ikke blir støyende. Hvis du vil bo litt roligere rett utenfor Costa Smeralda stripa er dette spot on
