Beautiful hotel with spectacular view of the ocean. Staff were very helpful and kind. Room was spacious and very clean. There is plenty of food places around the area. Never had problems finding parking. We will definitely come back, grazie mille!

Excellent, spacious apt with all amenities and excellent view of the sea. Very quiet and safe. Free parking on site . A lot of steps up and down stairs depending of parking place and apt location. Otherwise great place to stay in Porto CERVO. Three minutes by car from all attractions, restaurants, markets and shopping. Amazing and helpful hotel staff.

The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff

Beautiful clean property. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a big terrace and sea view. Very spacious and There is everything you need (full kitchen, living room, big closets). Cleaning service did am amazing job, providing clean towels every day.
Friendly staff and very helpful.
Location is perfect. Definitely need a car.

Huge property with English speaking receptionist

The hotel property is huge with a nice garden and access to a beach. The receptionist speak good English and are super helpful. Marco helped us during our check-in and also offered us an upgrade to a room with amazing view of the beach. Our room had a nice balcony and a small kitchenette. They also cleaned our room every day. Overall we were super happy with our stay.

The property was beautiful and very near to Porto Cervo. The people working were overly helpful in every way. The down side is there is no WiFi, so a portable unit must be purchased for extra if needed. Another down side is no aircon, but because the property is very green and shaded we didn't find this to be too big of an issue. The beach that is located 'on' the property is not actually part of the stay, so a cost of €30-40 is required to reserve an umbrella, and you must do so early or risk not getting one.

It was a little expensive and the amenities did not include air condition or Wi-Fi. The room was unbearably hot. The kitchen was very old and the water pressure was very weak for the shower. Water temperature was hot and adjustable. Perhaps the shower head needed cleaning or was clogged, not sure. The view was amazing and the proximity to the beach was great. I could take the kids for a morning swim while the wife had some time to try to put on her make up in a hot room. The personnel was absolutely welcoming. They showed us around and told her where to find the best beaches. They did say that they had better rooms, it was just very booked.

Be carefull when you book, looks like a 4 star hotel (and it is), but the rooms they rent in Expedia are only 2 star no A/C, and they are old and poorly equipped and faaar away on the complex. Good/superior rooms they book them direct or sell as an upgrade (expensive). Also, the beach is great, beach staff and good restaurants. but there is no pool (photos posted can be confusing), pool is from the hotel on the side.
Resuming, hotel is ok but be carefull with the extras or your expectations.

Lovely location very close to beach

Small beach with hotel's sun loungers. Great because it was early October but imagine very crowded in summer! We had apartment with big lounge and bedroom and small kitchen with just a hob. Two big balconies one with fabulous views over bay but there were a lot of steps up.only a couple of restaurants near by car. You would need a car! All in all a lovely place at this time of the year and staff were charming.

Beautiful hotel and lovely location, obviously you will need a car to explore the beautiful beaches of sardinia as the local beach is good but not even near of what you can see in 5/10 minutes drive. The room is spectacular wogh the parking space and a lovely garden where you can have dinner just right in front at the sea. There is s little entertainment but I would strongly advise to pop in to Baja Sardinia ( cheaper) or Porto Cervo ;)

Great location, not optimal at ground level

Great location. Easy to use apartment with easy to use kitchenette. However, rooms showed signs of lacking maintenance /painting, however, clean. Negative issue is that we ended up with an apartment at ground level that has no air-conditioning in which case there were no windows to open, only the balcony door at the main living room and the balcony door at the main bedroom, hence, these can not be left opened for ventilation though the night whilst being locked for safety reasons. Does not give you a comfortable feeling to have kids in main living room or in main bedroom sleeping at ground level where it is easy to enter.

Very nice hotel just few minutes away by car from Porto Cervo and a few km from some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. The staff was extemely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean but there is no air conditioning, some night were rough. There was no Wiifi in the rooms only in the lobby and restaurant areas. The only unpleasant experience we had was at the pizzeria on site called Crudo, if you like raw dough than its the place for you. However there is a local pizzeria just a few meter away off site which is much better and cheaper. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Nice hotel complex for family and couple holidays

The hotel is very nice and located directly to the beach. The hotel is rather for families and couples. The rooms are very clean and ours had a great view over the sea. The cleaning staff did a good job but unfortunately left the window door open what was rather bad as our valuables were not in the safe, so everybody could have come in and just took it away.
The Wifi is free as long as you are at the reception, for internet in your room an additional box is needed that you have to pay for.
The breakfast was ok, a selection of fruits and bread, croissants and scrambled egg, meat and one sort of cheese. If you want the whole range of what is offered, you have to be there in the first half an hour, because things are filled up but it always takes some time.
I recommend the hotel, the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful and restful place

It is wonderful place if you need a retreat and rest. We booked transportation service (shuttle) from and to airport with Expedia and it was excellent service. Sea is beautiful, calm and absolutely transparent.

Lovely rustic styled hotel - perfect for families

We took an end of summer sun and sea, week long break here. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived in our spacious room with wonderful views out across the bay from the Bagaglino. The beach, which is light course sand with clam seas (due to the man made bay), was a couple of minutes walk down from our room.

Clean beach & friendly staff!

The hotel was more beautiful than the pictures on their website - it really is a must-see! The beach was clean & equipped with a bar. The sea was clean and warm enough to swim in! (Please note the beach is shared with 2-3 other hotels though).

The hotel complex has a couple of restaurants, bars, mini-supermarket & hair salon; so you won't need to stray far from the complex...if you don't want to. However, for the more adventurous out there; there are a number of restaurants & shops a 20 min walk away. You can walk to Porto Cervo in less than 45 mins too...if you really wanted to.

The only thing I will say about walking is that if you intend on walking far from this hotel, then you might want to think again. There are not very many paths around, so you will be spending most of your time walking either on the road or very close to it. Given the chance again, I'd hire a car.

The staff were very friendly & helpful - whether it be looking for bus times or letting us know where another supermarket was.

Also one more thing to note - we didn't have a \"Do not disturb\" sign in our room, which meant that we had the cleaners come in at 10am the first morning whilst we were showering & sleeping! In the end, we made our own sign to hang on the door, which the cleaners gratefully respected. But as for hotel management - they might want to consider putting signs in the hotel rooms as some of us don't want to rush to get up in the morning during what should be a relaxing holiday!

A fantastic stay......

2nd visit here..... Because of the excellent location, apartment and staff. The beach is on site and the views are magical. 214 has wonderful views from the terrace, you need to be fairly fit as lots of steps but there are lower level apartments too. All very pretty. The gardens are beautifully maintained and lovely to wander round. Thank you to all who made our stay terrific

We've just returned from a wonderful stay here..... The apartment was huge and the view from our terrace... Well it's one of the best!!! ..... All the staff were great, helpful and friendly. The beach was divine and the bar very handy. All the activities and evening entertainment was much appreciated. And finally the location is superb. You are in a very exclusive area without paying top dollar. Enjoy!

Nice hotel but isolated

Hotel Bagaglino stands in a pretty bay and has lovely grounds with gardens and fountains . The rooms are spacious with kitchenette and lounge so you can self cater if you want to. Unless you like lying on the beach all week you will need to hire a car. Preferably hire in advance and collect at the airport as its a lot cheaper than hiring it at the hotel. We went in mid September and the roads are quite quiet.The season is quite short in Sardinia and facilities such as the Aqua park close on Sept 7th and you will find the restaurants fairly quiet.Having said that if you are willing to explore there is plenty to do. Try the wind /kite surfing village at Porto Pollo, or visit the historic port of Alghero and wander in the narrow streets, or climb Bear rock at Cap D'Orso ( with its fantastic hollowed out rock formations( there is a easy to climb man made path and only costs two euro'sand the views are amazing). to La Cinta Beach at San Teodoro is also worth a visit. The hotel needs to have more information in English preferably. about a variety of places to visit to suit all tastes.The food at the restaurant was good and staff there were polite, prompt and cheerful.During our visit in Mid to late September there was no activities or entertainment,

Nice hotel more like an old apartment

I believe it was an old apartment complex converted to a hotel. Big rooms with nice views and cool big open grounds however it's not a 4 star and the beach is kind of ugly. Good value and makes sense if ur on a budget and staying with a bunch of people. The entertainment staff was cool.

Very Nice Place

Amazing setting. Wonderful grounds, helpful English speaking staff. Great restaurant and very nice beach bar. Rooms are very big and look great. We had a huge terrace and an amazing sea view. Fair to say the apartments are in 'authentic Sardinian style' which translates as 'basic.' However, this is our 7th year in similar properties and this place is certainly good value for money. Only downside is the lack of Air Con. We had a nice breeze off the sea that helped but I wouldn't fancy being there in the mid thirties.

We were there for 2/3 days as our normal villa was unavailable until the Saturday and I would certainly go back.

Highlight was the friendly service and Amazing grilled Sea Bream at the Restaurant.

After reading some of the reviews before we left I was slightly concern but all I can say is there is obviously no pleasing some people!! BRILLIANT staff from the moment we were met at the airport, they could not do enough to make your stay special, outstanding with the children nothing was to much trouble, even when they were not working they would willingly interact with them.Lovely spacious apartments with amazing sea views, all requirements for self catering, cleaned every day with clean towels daily and bedding changed after 3 days. oh and plenty of toilet rolls! One of the most important things was how safe the children were day or night you could walk anywhere with out a second thought. We managed without a car, but would probably recommend hiring one (if you are brave enough to get behind the wheel and tackle the roads and other drives). The beach is perfect for sun bathing, swimming, snorkelling, canoeing or any other of the water sports on offer its safe with life guards and staff to entertain the children. The sea is crystal clear and you can watch the marine life whilst relaxing in a canoe. Excellent holiday would defiantly recommend it

Convenient and Relaxing

We had a wonderful 10 days at this hotel, although the hotel does need some undating and maintenance e.g. the tiles in bathroom were cracked and windows would need to be painted, covers on couch would need to be replaced. We had the use of a wonderful apartment overlooking the beautiful gardens and little beach. Aside from comments on decor of the apartment, housekeeping were very attentive, ensuring the apartment was cleaned meticulously, ensuring that we had adequate supply of towels and also fresh change of bedlinen every day. Reception staff were very helpful in giving us advice on surrounding area which is truly beautiful. The hotel has two restaurants, a pizza parlour which we didn't visit and a restaurant across the road which was fantastic, the best seafood starter and best pasta in Puerto Cervo. Restaurants are not cheap in this area, so be careful what you choose. Puerto Cervo is a very exclusive area with beautiful scenery and the cleanest waters you will ever experience in Europe. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its location. Decor of the hotel only deserves a 3 star rating, but service deserves a 4 star rating

Sehr schöne Anlage mit toller Aussicht. Das Appartement war auch sehr schön (ein Zimmer sehr klein mit Etagenbett) und für Familien und Paare ideal.
Die Receptionistas waren jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben☺️

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in super Lage mit privat Beach. Unsere Wohnung mit Garten war super. Mega gepflegt. Garten komplett grün. An der anderen Seite wird derzeit renoviert.

Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war fantastisch. Egal was war. Wir wurden sofort geholfen.
ZB DIN Stecker für mein Laptop würde besorgt beim Elektriker

Lage super. Bucht mit privat Beach sehr schön. Sehr nah an Porto Cervo. Mitten zwischen den bekanntesten Clubs.

Complesso molto ben curato in una bellsisma atmosfera ! Le lenzuola sono meravigliose soffici di ottima qualità le ho apprezzate molto ! L unica cosa negativa è la colazione di una tristezza allucinante 18 euro non ne vale perché non c è nulla cornetti immangiabili buffet non curato il tutto accompagnato da una musica di cattivo gusto ad alto volume alle 8 .30 del mattino un incubo !

Schöne Apartment-Anlage mit eigenem Strand. Ruhig gelegen und von unserem Apartment aus hatten wir einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges optisches Manko war eine Baustelle, auf der zum Glück während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gearbeitet wurde.
Ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.

Abbiamo prenotato per 6 adulti un appartamento con due camere da letto per 5 notti. Presenti una camera matrimoniale, una stanza piccolissima che non si può chiamare camera di circa 2.5 m x 1.50 m con un letto a castello e un comodino senza armadio e senza aria condizionata, un soggiorno molto spazioso con un piccolo divano letto materasso scomodo in cui due adulti faticano a dormire. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio ma ci hanno detto che era tutto pieno e ormai ci era stato assegnato quell’appartamento.. se avessimo prenotato direttamente con loro .. sarebbe stato diverso..lo sconsiglio vivamente per 6 adulti !! Poi bidet antiquato con i 3 fiorellini da cui non usciva acqua calda .. fatto presente ma .. nulla

Grosse Appartements direkt am Meer

Schöne aber ins Alter gekommene Anlage mit riesigen Appartements. Unser Appartement lag im oberen Stock mit wunderschöner Sicht aufs Meer. Grosses Wohnzimmer mit der Möglichkeit noch 3-4 Personen auf den ausziehbaren Couches schlafen zu lassen. Grosses Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Schrank. Die Küche war mit dem nötigsten ausgerüstet, was leider fehlte, waren die Weingläser, was unbedingt in so ein Appartement muss, damit die schönen Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terasse mit einem Glas Wein bestaunt werden können.
Schöner, kleiner Strand mit Liegen und tiefblauem Wasser.
Insgesamt eine tolle Anlage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Pas digne du prix, séjour désastreux

Comment un hôtel aussi charmant peut être aussi catastrophique ?
Je ne sais pas par où commencer tellement l’expérience était déplorable. Peut être par le plus improbable : on nous explique que si on veut aller à la plage, l’hôtel nous met à disposition des transat mais pas de parasol. Pour ça, il y a un système de… loterie ! Ce n’est pas une blague et au moment où j’écris ces mots moi même je n’arrive pas y croire. Il faut se pointer la veille à 18:30 à la réception, donner son numéro de chambre et espérer être… tiré au sort. C’est comique et aberrant. J’ai beau dire que ma femme est enceinte et que c’est impossible pour elle d’être au soleil, on me répond qu’il y a 3 solutions : me mettre à l’ombre des arbres dans le jardin (lol), me donner un parasol mais interdiction de le planter dans la zone de l’hôtel (lol), ou aller payer un parasol sur une des plages voisines.
Ah, vous voulez du wifi ? Y’en a pas ! Ils peuvent vous passer un galet 4G pour le mettre dans votre chambre mais c’est 5€ par jour.
Vous voulez une serviette pour la plage ? 5€ par jour…
Et je vous parle d’un hôtel qu’on paye 350€ par nuit ! Du jamais vu.
Tellement dommage, cet hôtel a un potentiel dingue mais les gens qui le dirigent sont complètement à côté de la plaque. Quel hotel 4* à 350€ la nuit peut proposer une telle médiocrité ?
Petit bonus : la femme de la réception, une femme brune qui parle un peu français, d’une méchanceté et d’une sécheresse sans nom avec un grand sourire

Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Posizione vicina a Porto Cervo e alle spiagge della costa smeralda. Abbiamo alloggiato 4 notti su appartamento superior per 6 persone, spazioso con stupenda terrazza vista mare. Unico neo i materassi dei divani letto poco confortevoli e il bagno che necessita di restauro. Comunque pulizia ottima con cambio giornaliero di asciugamani e fornitura di lenzuola e tovaglia. Piacevole soggiorno vicino a Porto Cervo

Appartamento superior per 6 adulti con terrazza dalla bellissima vista mare (peccato che i primi giorni le api impedissero di mangiare all’aperto.. fino alla disinfestazione..) Zona giorno un po’ piccola per 6 persone, boiler per acqua calda non sufficiente per fare docce in 6 persone di seguito (massimo 3). Servizio bagagli inesistente o quasi..Personale della reception molto disponibile, gentile pronto a risolvere problemi e consigliare locali o spiagge. Complessivamente comunque da consigliare per la vicinanza a Porto Cervo e alle spiagge più belle, per la gestione alberghiera con pulizie quotidiane, cambio asciugamani e prodotti da bagno, per la vista spettacolare.

Das Appartment lag auf einer Anhöhe. Für ältere oder gehandicapte Menschen nicht zu erreichen. Der Weg zum Pool ist ziemlich weit gewesen, der Weg zum Meer dafür sehr kurz, immer den Berg hinunter. Der Blick von der Unterkunft war phänomenal, direkt auf die Bucht mit Blick auf Nachbarinseln und kleinen Anleger. Auf der Terrasse kann man sich als Selbstversorger gut aufhalten, da man die schöne Umgebung dabei immer im Blick hat. Die Ausstattung war vollkommen in Ordnung.

Lo unico mejorable seria incluir microondas y tostadora en la cocina. Y wifi gratis. Lo demas todo fantastico. Mucho mejor de lo esperado.

Smukt, men lever ikke helt op til de 4 stjerner

Stedet er meget smukt og der er masser af plads i lejligheden, som også er smagfuldt indrettet, men der er ikke aircondition og der var ufatteligt mange hvepse på hele området, som gjorde det umuligt at indtage mad på restauranter og slappe af under morgenmaden. Stedet har potentiale, men mangler nogle basale elementer - som fx aircondition, når det er 35 grader, solstole og parasoller nok til alle på den private strand, wifi (der skiltes med wifi på hotels.com, men findes kun i receptionen og skal ellers tilkøbes for 5 euro) og en god restaurant (restauranten er under middel).

Residence/hotel in ottimo contesto, appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, con bellissimo terrazzo vista mare, pulizie giornaliere,spiaggia privata ed animazione soft. Molto valido, ci tornerei sicuramente.
