Absolutely disgusting condition of the room. Seems like it was never cleaned properly dust everywhere, hair, spider webs and what not. Toilet not working properly. Stinks like worst than public toilet. Staff tried to accomodate in other options but they all were same, we had to stay against our wish as it was midnight and travelling with kids was not practical to search for more hotels. I would like to get refund from my booking.

Definitely not value for money. The pictures are not good representation of the actual hotel. For the same price better hotels are available. The room did not have any window. Mosquito bit me at night. The shower ceiling was molded. Amenities are really bad.

It was not a great. We booked a premium suite with dinner and transport. We ended up in a smelly room with a broken TV and broken toilet.

We were overcharged on the dinner and were promised a refund which to date we have not received.

The check out took about 40 mins because the front desk guy kept taking phone calls from other customers instead of finishing the check out.

The hotel did not know we had an included booking and it took many phone calls and discussions to explain.

We were given a different room with a half working air conditioning unit and had an uncomfortable night.

On the plus side, the food was nice and we did receive a packed breakfast at 2 am in the morning. Being close to the airport is great, specially for early morning flights.

All in all it was not a great experience for us.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life! When I reached, there was a group of guys walking out an injured person. The person was bleeding from the head. Lots of people were standing in the lobby. I approached the front desk in attempt to check-in. They told me that the WiFi was down so I should stand aside and wait. While waiting, I noticed more people walking in, two of them jumped on the counter and reached up to the ceiling to tear down the security cameras. Saw others using chairs outside the main entrance to do the same with the outside cameras. Some of the guys had blood on their shirts. After about an hour, they finally checked us in. When we reached the room, the keycard did not work for the door. The employee who walked us to the room had to run back downstairs to get an actual key to unlock the door. We noticed that the door was physically locked because it does not close properly. I had to immediately book another hotel in Aerocity and left this hotel because it did not seem safe at all. I also saw lots of other guests come to the counter to complain about noise and WiFi not working. This is the worst hotel on the face of the earth!! I didn’t even mention the individuals spitting in the hallways and in the lobby. This turned my stomach!!! Stay away from this hotel! I didn’t even bother to get a refund because it was not worth it!

Property location is good, 20 mins from the airport but property (specfically rooms) are kept in poor condition, I had to call the staff to get hot water, and air condition did not work in timely fashion again had to all the staff and it did not work. It seems property is short staffed. I wlll not stay again

Worst experience ever and have the pictures to prove.

Take an uber instead of their shuttle which will save you US$ 15.

Bathroom faucets had limescales all over, the vents were dirty and no clean air was circulating.

Fridge was filthy and TV didn't work. Bed linens were stained and the pull away bed had plyboard and a disgusting bed.

Evening buffet staff tried to cheat on the bill and corrected it when asked to take a picture.

Hotel staff were very non-responsive and gave us the creeps. This was not woth more than $50/night. Disgusting to say the least and hope to get a full refund because this was definitely a shock!

When i arrived at the facility at 5 am (very late check in) they said they had given the room away. this is despite me calling them twice to re-confirm that the room would be available even if i showed up to use the room only for 7 hours (5am-12 pm). They said not a problem since it was a confirmed booking and then they surprise me with room not available. After giving my point of view, they did eventually provide the room, but the experience left me that i cannot trust booking a room with them.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tauras Portico in Mahipalpur and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The air conditioning in my room was not working, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable given the hot weather.

Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue. The staff seemed indifferent to my plight, and their lack of responsiveness was frustrating. Each time I approached them, I was given vague assurances that someone would look into it, but no action was ever taken.

This level of service is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as a quality establishment. I strongly advise against staying here if you expect a comfortable and hassle-free experience. For the price point there are much better hotels near by.

Once we check in hotel they gave us small room . They showed the pictures standard room . But room is so small instead we booked the room. When we going to breakfast at 9am house keeping guys cleaning other rooms we asked them to size that was actually standard. But they gave us small room . We ask the reception they told us the room was not available when i booked. But they charged me full amaout . i complained to hotel manager. They changed the room. But i stayed one night small room. So before check in checked room to booking as per picture shows on website . i had bad experience about Sarovar Patrico mahipalpur hotel .

There is hardly anything to like about this hotel except it is close to the airport.
1. Reception Staff too rude and ignorant.
2. Amenities like WI-FI, hot water for shower, temperature in the room, towels, water kettle for tea—nothing was working when we checked in. We had to call for everything and it took us 2 hours to finally settle into the room after changing 3 rooms.
3. Buffett dinner menu was not good.
Overall experience very bad and poor.

Absolutely horrific. In order to attend a call, one has to go out of the hotel and stabd by roadside. The wifi is super slow.
The staffs show no hospitality. The rooms give a claustrophobic vibe, no windows no nothing. Need maintenance and upgrades.

I would highly recommend looking into other hotels. We booked this hotel because it was somewhat cheap and well, we got what we paid for. To start, the rooms weren't very clean (The housekeeping was horrible as well. They forgot to mop the floor and also completely missed a day). They only have a few rooms available with a window. The wifi doesn't work most of the time. Their services overall are horrible. Some staff members are great, while some aren't. Mohit is the most incompetent receptionist I've ever delt with. He couldn't explain their own bill to us. He started helping 10 other guests check-in while still in the process of helping me out. We almost missed our flight because he had us wait 45 minutes to print the papers out. He also told us that he would email a pdf of the bills, but its been over a month and we still haven't received it and probably never will. The only great thing about the hotel is their buffet system.

Pre-paid and booked an airport cab for 800 INR for early next morning int'l flight and 10 min before cab was to arrive, learned that concierge never booked cab and they did not record that payment had already been made. They asked us to pay, and were only beginning to call a cab at the time the cab should've arrived. Cab arrived 10 min late and we were not refunded the exorbitant fee for cab booking (what is the point of pre-booking with hotel if time is not honored)? Front desk staff were indifferent to the cab issue entirely.

I ordered a hotel car for an airport drop. The car was late
and charged a normal expensive price, but, the car was
an old economy car. The driver had no mask and at my
request stopped and bought one, which he put on his chin
covering neither mouth or nose! He refused to wear the
mask properly at my request! The hotel was VERY CLEAN
which was a very nice surprise in comparison to most hotels in India. For the amenities given, the hotel was a bit
overpriced and the menu was very overpriced. I probably
will not return to the hotel.

The service was very poor. We were allotted in a room and across our room there were some people drinking alcohol. The problem was not someone drinking alcohol but the surrounding was so loud as you can hear what people were talking and the hallway reeks with alcohol. We asked to change our room and so the hotel staff did change our room. The other disappointing fact is their room service. Ordered our dinner and waited for almost two hours and when I called them to ask about the dinner we were told its coming which never did and I had to cancel the order. The next morning was the same service when I ordered breakfast and upon calling them twice we received our breakfast late and that also a wrong ordered breakfast. Their room service phone never went through to ask for drinking water bottle. Overall, it was a bad experience. The hotel staff were very good at billing even though their service was awful. There were other people we have noticed that was having problems with the hotel service.

The best part about the hotel is it's location,. This hotel is around 15-20 mins away from Delhi airport terminal 1-2-3 . This hotel is well visible and on NH 8 Itself, you can see from your window that lot of planes landing. Checkinn was smooth, rooms are not so great and need some serious upgradation. Over all this hotel is best one from the lot in mahipalpur.

I had stayed at this Sarovar a couple of weeks earlier and it was ok, but this time the room I got had an awful smell, kind of like petrol or something. I asked to change rooms but was told that the hotel was fully booked, instead I was offered an air freshener, which I declined, I didn't want to just cover up the smell with some other artificial scent, rather I was concerned that the smell may have indicated the presence of something harmful to my health in the environment. I also regretted having payed extra for including breakfast, I did not feel that the breakfast was worth the added cost.
