Great stay, wheelchair accessible

We had a lovely 3 days stay at Courtyard Marriott Prague City. The wheelchair accessible room was spacious and well equipped with a shower seat and hand rails. Both the reception team and the restaurant team were helpful. Hotel basement parking is convenient. There are also on street parking. There is a shopping mall next door across the street.

Great hotel for Prague Tourism

It’s a great hotel for a short family trip. The breakfast spread is quite good (compared to most European hotels), and they have jugs of refreshing cold water at the reception which was very handy in the summer.

The location is actually very functional, with access to both metro and tram within 3-5 minutes and the ability to get to city center within 15-20 minutes on an average.

Also the food court at the Atrium next door and other food choices around makes is very convenient to stay at. The groceries stores around are helpful if you plan to pick up snacks for your day of tourism.

The only downside I can think of is that the rooms are somewhat small (specially with 2 twin beds) if you are going as a family.

This hotel is off the beaten path and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a shopping mall across the street and many dining options. The hotel’s restaurant is very good with extremely attentive staff. The only observation are unruly guests that run in the hallways and slam doors disturbing other guests’ rest. Some
seemed like unsupervised young children. Maybe there is an opportunity for the hotel to better monitor and control this.

Nice hotel right next to a mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and not the typical European breakfast. Taxi to downtown was about 200 in Czech money. Parking was underground and ran me about 600 in Czech money for 2 days.

Very good hotel close to amenities, transport. Hotel front-desk staffs are very helpful. Hotel is clean and pleasant. Room and the common areas are very nice and well looked after. Short walk away from a mall and transport links (Metro, Tram, Bus) to city centre.
Housekeeping staff I encountered barely spoke/understood English. Housekeeping was not at par on 2 out of 3 days (less towels, toiletries) - we were three and they kept doing it for 2, even after telling them on the first day.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very close to Flora metro station and you can get to Prague town centre within 10 minutes. There is also a big mall above the metro station which is really helpful. The staff at the hotel are also very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

My friend and I were visiting for the Rammstein concert at the Eden Arena. The hotel was just a short bus ride away. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The meals were delicious and local, the rooms clean and well-maintained.
The centre of Prague with the main attractions took a little longer to get to, two different metro routes, but very easy to navigate. Highly recommend for the independent or adventurous traveller.

30 minute walk to the main tourist parts but once you work out the metro takes 10 mins max. It was a little annoying that there was never any milk in the room(had collect myself from reception) and very limited shampoo etc in the room(again available at reception for free but meant having to remember every time you went through to pick up stuff you need). Ended up not bothering - felt like they were penny pinching. Bar/restaurant was nice.

The reception ruined the rating of this hotel!

After a long 9 hours flight, we got there about 9:00 AM, very tired. The reception asked us to wait or go around and come back at 13:00! We did, but we were too tired to walk around or even sit around. The were many people checking out and rather than getting the cleaner to clean the room she had in her mind sooner or just simply give us a room which was already clean! Finally, around 12:30, after talking to a manager, they gave us another cleaned room! Beside that, the hotel was good and in good location, just a min of walking to Metro.

I had an enjoyable stay from start to finish. I was treated in a professional and courteous manner. When I asked for directions I always received detailed and accurate information delivered in a patient manner. The restaurant staff was equally pleasant. Everyone seemed to like their jobs. Overall, the staff was friendly, efficient and professional.
The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was in good shape. It took a few attempts to get the air conditioning to cool properly.
The very best part of this hotel is the location. It is conveniently located 5 train stops away from the heart of the city. Don't let the idea of the train dissuade you. The train system is über easy. The area is a quiet family friendly area yet near the center of town. Strategically located across from a proper mall.
In conclusion, The Courtyard by Marriott maintains the fine reputation the Marriott chain has. After this experience I will give Marriott Hotels preference when planning a trip.

Excellent hotel not far from old town

We stayed at this hotel in end of May'16 and found it to be excellent. Staff is polite and friendly, rooms are quite spacious and tidy.. It's takes about 8-10 mins on metro (which is 2 mins away) to get to old town and there's a mall nearby which is quite handy. Overall a very pleasant stay !!

In the heart of the Flora district of Prague

Stayed at the Marriott Prague City for 3 nights in a business trip. The hotel is situated in the Flora district of Prague so a bit away from the old town and castle area if visiting as a tourist.
There is a large modern shopping mall opposite the hotel which also has a number of fast food eateries.
There are a couple of Czech restaurants locally but is limited.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful and wi-fi works well, so for me, was ideal for the business trip I was on I would stay there again.
