Rooms are clean, staff nice and efficient, bkfast good and the gym is great.
Tram 22 takes you to the old town in 20 min.
Overall a good place to stay.

Far from city attractions. Breakfast was plentiful but mediocre at best. We requested a king bed but got two twins put together making sheets and comforter very uncomfortable. No English language TV programming. Staff, however, was courteous and good.

I always come back to this hotel. Transport is around the corner, there is a shopping centre near-by, everybody is very friendly, all is clean, breakfast is amazing.This time I had a problem with TV and partly with aircon, but next day all has been solved and received small discount as well. Very goodservice. I will be definitely back.;)

Watch your personal items

The place is nice and in a good location. The only thing, and it’s a big one - the housekeeping either stole or threw away a bag of packaged food we had brought, that had several items in it. It was on the desk in a bag, nowhere near the garbage can. After some negotiation, the desk staff did compensate us with meals at the restaurant. But the items should not have gone missing in the first place.

Family room is a bit small but clean and silent (if you disconnect the fridge). You cannot open the window (for security reasons) but air cannot be refresh. Breakfastis good with plenty of choice but make sure you go early otherwise it can be busy. Coffee is good but the machine did not work every time. Overall not bad but I will not come back here (hotel is too busy)

I was returning from the Ukraine border after 14 days of working with refugees. I placed almost my entire clothing into the hotel laundry process before 1000 on the first morning. We had not had any access to showers or laundry facilities whilst on the border of ukraine so this was something i looked forward to. I was disappointed to find out that my laundry was sent late and subsequently lost leaving me to travel for the next two days in my only set of un laundered clothing. The missing laundry is to be posted to myhome address.

Rooms were large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Large amount of closet space was great for our 7 day stay. Rooms were cleaned daily. The tub/shower was most unusual. Tub was 25 inches off the ground and you had to step into it to shower or bathe. No handlebars to hang onto. However, water pressure was great! Hotel is 1 block from the tram and bus routes which made it easy to tour the city. Hotel is 2 blocks from the mall and grocery store. Oh, and did I mention the breakfast selection was HUGE! Large amounts of pastries, cereals, meats, cheese, salads, eggs, sausages, coffees, and juice to choose from. I would definitely stay here again. There is also an on site spa but I did not have the chance to use.

Soccer fans will love it as it is built into the grandstand of Slavia Prague Football Club stadium. Far from the airport and city but close to a shopping mall with food court, no. 22 tram, and trendy edgy Vrsovice with its working-class culture (few English speakers in the pubs but the atmosphere is what you go for). Breakfast is not free (7 euros) and there is a hefty 28 Euro deposit (equals a taxi fare to airport).

An amazing trip and stay

The staff members were really kind, totally nailed our expectations. I was there with my 3 friends, we all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It’s nearby to a shopping centre a McDonald’s just under the hotel and the tram is literally 2 minutes away. Take the tram 22 to get all over Prague.

Actually, by all standards it is 3* hotel and not 4*.

The service is good, public transportation is nearby same as big shopping center just across the road.

The mattresses need to be replaced.

Rooms are small.

We stayed 5 days, each day complaining about the internet access problems in the room. Nothing was done.

Very basic and low quality toiletries.
Low quality linens.

Good breakfast and very helpful staff otherwise.

Regardless the request we received single beds moved together for the first night, on second one on it was changed.

Hotel is overpriced, otherwise OK for short stay.

My son and I spent two nights in two separate rooms, both were very well equipped, clean and tidy. We went for football, I am glad I took my ear plugs with me, as the Fan Zone was just outside. The breakfast and dinner were very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was a unique place to stay, as it is part of a soccer stadium. Across a pedestrian bridge is a mall. For some reason, it is common to have extremely soft beds here (like, really soft). I knew I would wake up with back pain with such a soft bed, but our third bed was much firmer, but still soft. So, we made do with the room – my teenage boys took the two soft beds and I took the firmer one. The place was clean and in a pretty good location. And seeing as we were part of a large stadium, there was a McDonalds downstairs which was one of the highlights for us.

I arrived yesterday for my second visit, very late. The room I was given, 302, was excellent, but a previous guest had been smoking in that room. Unforgivable. I went down to reception this morning and asked for another room for the remaining 2 nights I am here. There was no problem. The staff was helpful and re-roomed me to a nicer, quieter, non-smoking room. I am more than satisfied.

IRIS Hotel, good hotel in Prague 'suburbs'

The IRIS is very well located near shops and transport. Lots of food options around including some good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The hotel bar is fairly expensive by Prague standards but OK for visitors. Staff are friendly too. From my room I could hear the noise from the elevator doors opening and closing so ask for a room away from those if possible. Room was clean and generally comfortable ---- although the pillows are huge (this is the Czech style I guess) and for me, that was the only small problem. The IRIS is part of the Slavia Prague football stadium building and also walking distance from Slavia Prague Ice Hockey stadium which is worth a visit if there is a game on - very cheap tickets available outside on the day (about £3 for adults).

Totally unprepossessing hotel, the room was the usual bog-standard from most chain hotels. Breakfasts were massive affairs, with almost everything you could want to eat . The room cleaning was not done well; one evening we came back to find that the tea cups had not been washed.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 couples, I paid for those 2 rooms. On our arrivals we have been informed, there is some problems and we can get only 1 room with 4 beds...2 couples in 1 room. As we couldn't get any other room, we had to stay there, no privacy. They ruined our stay in Prague. They told me I have to be happy as we got 4 beds....in 1 room.... Never again.

My only complaint was that when checking in with a confirmed reservation, I was told there was NO availability. They offered me another hotel, a 10 min. drive away-30 min. by public transport. I explained this was unacceptable as I had only chosen their hotel because my family was staying. Family travelling from the States, me from Scotland...the sole intention of my joining them was to be together. Embarassingly, I was brought to tears. After much discussion, 45min. later they presented me with an available room. The hotel compensated by covering the city tax and a glass of wine. To be honest, I would have rather not gone through the unpleasant check-in.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Upon check in, we were given a room with only one bed (I reserved two beds). This was quickly fixed and we were given a large room with extra beds. We stayed for 7 nights during which our room was always cleaned and restocked, breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the front desk was extremely helpful in giving directions, suggestions on restaurants, etc. Local transport and market are very close. I would love to suggest the hotel staff consider getting rid of one of the English speaking news channels (there are 3 or 4) and replace it with a channel that has comedy, drama, or anything other than news! (Would be great for those of us who have children that go to bed early). You can only watch so much news! Highly recommended and we will be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Great staff and close to tram that will take you to city center in 15 minutes.
Average modern hotel with no factor but it is built adjoining a Prague FC football club stadium.
Above average Mini mall across the street for all your needs local.
Aside the mini mall, the neighborhood is not the best, however not the worst.
Had issue with plumbing twice and had to change rooms.
Air conditioning only runs from 8am to 8pm for summer time travelers.
Good hotel in a bind however, would not be the first hotel I would recommend in planning.
However, if family did have to stay here; I would be confident that they would get treated fairly which is why I selected that I would recommend to a friend.

Good hotel, decent rooms, reception staff v friendly, helpful and English speaking, staff on duty during breakfast buffet were not so friendly or helpful, very stern in face and did not seem to speak much English (these were characteristics we found to be quite common in Prague). We were 3 adults in 1 room and found that to be a bit of a squeeze as the third bed was a wall bed in the entrance passage and, when pulled down, the bed almost blocked the passage to the bathroom and the door. However, for two nights we managed ok. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Bathroom was clean, well stocked and shower was fine. The buffet breakfast provided an array of sweet and savoury options, including fruit, salad items and a hot meal of veg and pasta, which was welcomed as someone who follows a vegan diet. Soya milk was provided. The coffee was also really good. We did not eat any other meals at the hotel. The hotel is part of a football stadium, which was a different experience. There was a match on the Saturday, but everyone seemed relatively well behaved and it did not adversely affect our stay there. Note: the hotel rooms do not look out onto the pitch. The hotel is also right next to a shopping mall and a couple of minutes (maximum) walk to the tram stop, from where you can catch trains to the city centre. We found this really convenient. All in all, we were happy with the hotel for two nights' stay.

When I asked at the reception I was told that it is only a welcome offer and not replenished daily, not sure the why they have the kettle and the mugs? shower was leaking and the bathroom was flooding, never got repaired

Service is fine here. They don’t speak English at all which bring me a little trouble. But I like the hotel—— the room is not too big but it is comfortable during my stay, restroom sparkling clean. The hotel provided me a free street parking but I felt unsafe so I spent 12 euro for all day parking. I used Uber to go to the city center and it costed about 6 euro. Anyway, you guys should stay here once go to Prague so you can save money and enjoy the city

Great value, direct trams into Old Town

It's standard that when you move farther from city center, you get a better value. The Iris was clean, comfortable, helpful staff, easy tram into Old Town and all the sites. Multi-day tickets available at the desk, or at the tobacco shop in the big mall is across the street. Not a lot of out of hotel restaurant choices, but mostly you would eat in Old Town. Good breakfast, not great coffee. Best espresso drink choices from McDs next door.

Very nice hotel, in a very nice location. Very intriguing design as the hotel wraps around a football stadium. Just the 22 tram to everywhere you will ever need to go. Peace Square (Namesti Miru) Národní Trida, Legions Bridge, Petrin Hill, Malastranska and Prague castle! Me and my girlfriend had to sleep in two single beds but wasn’t a problem. Would definitely recommend!

Never gave me back my deposit

The hotel itself is pleasant and have my partner a bottle of champagne on her birthday but when you arrive they take a holding deposit which is fully refunded upon departure. Unfortunately mine was not and they have ignored my emails to ask for it back. Very disappointing.

My trip was really nice and happy with hotel but the only one big problem was transport from airport to hotel.
I bookt private car to drop us from airport to hotel.
Wen we arrive to Prague airport no sine of driver, after 30 min I call Expedia customer service, being over 15 min on the line got information we have to go to \"meeting point\"about no one talk us before!
Wen we manage to fine the place person on the office talk as to wait for driver.
Wen he arrive 30 min later he took as to the bus!
Wen we talk him we book the car not bus he said he don't speak English!
Took as over 3hr from airport to get to hotel.
Really disappointed about that!
I payed for privet car not for bus!
We waist so much time to!

First time to Prague, and when I arrived I decided to walk down to town centre, that's when I discovered how far from th centre it is.

On the plus side the tram network is fantastic and the nearest stop is less than 2 minutes walk.

There is a shopping centre a few minutes walk away.

Although I only eat in the hotel once the food was very good and prices were reasonable.

My only issue was the mattress was way too soft for my liking, but never mentioned to hotel staff so can't really complain.

Nice but far from city center

This hotel was nice but pretty far from city center. You have to take the tram to get there and back. Make sure you ask the reception for info.
The room itself was great but the a/c did not work. Even with the window open it didn’t cool the room down in the evenings.
The convenient thing is that it’s right next door to the stadium, Mcdonald’s and a mall which has many more restaurants if you don't want to eat in the hotels restaurant.

There are no amenities to the hotel whatsoever - they touted fitness facilities in the description but they are referring to a separate gym within walking distance for a ridiculous fee. The coffe and tea in the room is a one time deal and is not intended to be replenished. The key cards are so cheaply constructed I had to get it replaced three times because just being inside an interior pocket of my purse erased its functionality multiple times. Decent bed and bedding and decent bathroom but there were occasional silverfish in both room and bathroom throughout my stay.

Out of town but excellent transport options.

Since I am over 70, transport was free and I found the hotel an excellent starting point to my week in Prague. I was able to get all over the city and even outside into the country to see castles without any bother from the hotel since it is close to buses and trams that link up with the Metro or Trains. Staff very helpful.

We'd like to highlight the girls in the reception, especially Milana who was extremely helpful and nice.
overall, the hotel has a nice value for money, it's well located and the service is good.

Disappointed with the lies

Arrived at 1.30 am in the morning.. staff not in a hurry to help.in the morning at reception they were too busy with themselves. WiFi never worked at the room, the reason given was hotel is full (even at midnight apparently everyone was using internet) , as soon as you step out of the room it works fine. Nice breakfast and tram connection to the city which is twenty minutes away.

We stayed here to get a football match in and see the city. The hotel was great and the tram station to the city. Was right across the street. Very easy. About a half hour to get to the old town.

Prague is excellent tourist location for every one. The hotel located in excellent location and close to shopping mall. excellent tram service 22 to takes to main Prague attractions.The hotel is located as part of football stadium but we could get chance to view the stadium even though we have made few attempts

As expected

This is a 4 star European hotel, which makes it about a 3 star by US standards. That isn't meant as a knock on Europe, or even a suggestion that US hotels are better. Just that hotels in Europe seem to be rated on a slightly different scale. It is what it is. The hotel was great - staff friendly and helpful, decent breakfast European style, good location, decent price. All in all, this hotel met or exceeded all my expectations. I'd recommend it.
