Just returned from a great stay at susa, arrived late so had instructions for self check in which were very good, was impressed with size of room! Kitchenette handy for keeping drinks cool. Breakfast included was a bonus as it really helped keep my costs down. Good location right ny tram stop into town

No frills but the staff was great

My heart wanted to rate this hotel better because of the great staff but there were shortcomings. The location is good if you want a residential feel. There were great bars and restaurants nearby but far from Old Town and the airport. The parking was also very sparse. You had to squeeze your vehicle into a tiny lot and give your keys to staff in case he had to move your car. The accommodations were ok especially if you’re on a budget. The bed could have used some new springs. The breakfast was also just okay. But the staff was kind and a great communicator. So I would say if you’re looking for satisfactory accommodations and an inexpensive stay - then the Susa is alright.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful in laying out sites on a map, main places to go and good places to eat. They helped us with our laundry and helped us park our car. It was very nice to have a place at the hotel to park our car even though it had a narrow (byUS standards) archway. The breakfasts were quite good. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.

The room was spacious but a bit tired with a mirror cracked in one corner, the towels had seen better days and were a bit thin, but there was no air-conditioning despite claiming it did. As it was very hot 34 degrees celsius, we had to open the windows which made the room very noisy. The included breakfast was average but the staff was friendly. There was only one bottle opener for the whole hotel. Despite all this, it's in a great location, they can organise pick up from the airport, it's a stone-throw away from the tram, the buses and the metro. There are a couple of parks nearby and quite a few eateries as well.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Prague! The room was huge with a gigantic bedroom, kitchenette, eating area, closet, and very large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Everything was very clean and cleaned daily (including dishes), and the beds were very comfortable. It was quite cold in Prague, so we really appreciated being able to control our own heat as well. Included breakfast was great with lots of choice of meat, cheese, cereals, yogurt, some baked goods, hard-boiled eggs, hot dogs, etc. Location was fairly close to the train station and old town - we never took public transit (though it was right there) because we were able to walk everywhere. Best deal we had in all of Europe, and I would most definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with this aparthotel. The reception staff were the most helpful I've ever come across (and I've done a lot of travelling!). The room was spotless (as was everywhere we went in Prague), it was large, comfortable and warm and the bathroom was lovely, with a deep bath and a separate powerful shower. The continental breakfast had enough choice and was sufficient to start the day. The info said the hotel was 10 minutes from Wenceslas Square but it was actually a 20-25 minute walk, but only 3 stops on the Metro which is easy to use. A few nice restaurants close by and plenty of food shops if you wanted to self-cater. All in all I would definitely recommend it and for the price, it was excellent value.

A great little find...

A surprisingly good hotel for the price...well located a short stroll from tram 22, or just a little further to the metro. The reception is manned 24 hours and stocks a small selection of refreshments. The room was clean, and the kitchenette had everything you needed with a working fridge. The staff were friendly.

Basic, cheap, perfect for young people on a budget

The one and most important thing about this hotel is the price: it is VERY cheap, and if what you're looking for is a cheap room to sleep in Prague to visit the city during the day, this will work just fine.
The room was quite big, but it had a few problems with the sink, the shower, and occasionally the towels and sheets. The kitchen and heating worked fine.
The hotel is very small and the cleanliness is ok. The breakfast is a buffet, it's not much varied but again it's ok (they have hot dogs!)
The staff was very polite and helpful and they all spoke at least basic English.
The location is super good because it's in front of a tram stop and a metro station, with which you can get to the centre in no time; if you don't mind a walk you can get to the centre easily on foot (we walked most of the times, it takes a while but you get to see the whole thing). The neighbourhood is very quiet. There are plenty of minimarkets a few metres from the hotels which is another big plus.
The free wifi worked fine most of the times; we were able to watch movies in streaming.
The hotel is nothing exceptional so if you're looking for a good quality hotel to spend your holiday, go elsewhere. On the other hand, if you're on a budget and/or all you care about is visiting the city and surroundings and you use the hotel as a night bedroom, I strongly recommend it because finding anything cheaper is very hard.

For a budget trip, our room was surprisingly large and well-equipped. It was also spotless, and each of the staff we spoke with during our stay were helpful and friendly. It is away from the center a little, but it really doesn't take long to get there. I would happily recommend Susa to anyone.

Great Place to Stay But Tight Parking

Susa has a pleasant, welcoming staff. Large rooms are great for a family stay.

My only advice would be to avoid driving. To park, you need to drive thru a narrow corridor into the small inside courtyard. It is very tight and was jammed. I scraped another car trying to get out. Unless you have a compact/subcompact, forget it.

Good location: within walking distance of sites and public transport nearby. Kitchen was good and bathtub was excellent. Spacious, clean room. Housekeeping even though it was only two nights. Breakfast ordinary. Some little things that may be annoying: no detergent; no proper knives; bathroom door handle fell off; light fitting missing; no tv remote; thin walls so you can hear people in the next room.

Great location and room, but don't expect any more

Hotel room was great. Amble space for the group. Location of restaurants and nearby transportation system was perfect. Breakfast was European style and good selection. Internet was poor and intermittent connection. Heating to room is turned over during the night but not back on until after 08:30. Breakfast resupply of items was poorly maintained and must wait long time for resupply. All charges for extra's should be listed on website (we brought dogs and this hotel has charged the highest price to have them stay with us).

Apartment and reception area were very clean and tidy, staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The main downside was the condition of the apartment was in desperate need of refurbishment with broken shower head holder ,cupboard door handles and no key for the bathroom lock. Sofa bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. If you can see past all this its a cosy friendly place to stay :-)

wonderful apartment/hotel with great service

We found this apartment/hotel perfect for our stay in Prague. The staff were very accommodating for our requests, all speaking English. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. It was close to the subway, excellent restaurants and markets. The breakfast was good. Although we did not have a car we could see that parking would be a challenge. The airport van service drops off and picks up from the hotel. It was located on a side street so there was minimal amount of noise at night. There is a small balcony on the entry side of the rooms and windows facing the street. We were on the 4th floor (top floor) and there was an elevator to use which was handy.

The location is very convenient. Buses 22 is just around the corner, which can take you directly to the castle. The subway station is 5 mins walk. We left very early to catch a train to Dresden and the staff arranged breakfast box and taxi for us.

The staff was helpful. The room was huge. I think it could have easily slept four. Having a small kitchen area was very convenient. It was relatively quiet. The downsides: the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the shower was so small that every time I moved I seemed to accidentally bump the temperature lever and either scald or freeze myself.

Susa is only a 20-minute walk from the old city or a short 10-minute ride on the train.
The room was clean and bright with 15 foot ceilings. Great bath and shower, bed was European style with two twin beds together.

We spent two magical days and Prague and this apartment-hotel was a great base to explore the city. The parking was off-street, the room was clean and comfortable, we didn't use the kitchen but it was fully stocked and the location was just a few minutes to the great Prague subway. The breakfast was good and I'll always remember the hot dogs!

Hotel room was large and clean, beds were comfy, bathroom was very nice, and the breakfast was quite good. There was a kitchenette with small fridge and 2-burner cooktop (no microwave) for anyone who wanted to make some meals. Staff was there within a few minutes to put things right when we blew a fuse. Our one complaint--noise in the streets ALL NIGHT. It was warm, so we had to leave the windows open, and there was shouting, breaking glass, etc. from midnight to 5 a.m. I stayed within a block of this hotel a year ago and do not remember this sort of racket, so I don't know if this was unusual or the norm. If you stay here in warm weather, make sure you get a room NOT on the street.

Spacious room and bathroom, supplied amenities (mini-stovetop, fridge, plates & cutlery) were decent. Toilet brush kept in a glass holder by the toilet provided a less than pleasant odour in the washroom. Bathroom amenities otherwise were well maintained. Wish they would leave dish soap in the kitchen. TV is a CRT connected to FTA satellite and so leaves a bit to be desired for English travelers, but who watches TV on vaca? Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is Scandinavian style. (Ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, museli/cereal, sausage...)

Near metro and tram - Staff speak English very well and very helpfull - Big room-Excellent breakfast - Internet 24 hrs/day - Grocery and meat stores are nearby - Allow to leave luggages for couple days if needed. We reached at about 9pm and we hardly find the hotel because there is no lighting and can't see the name of hotel at night.
Location is good, just ~10mins walk to Metro or you can take a tram which is just less than 5 mins walk from Hotel.
Breakfast not very interesting as the choices are not much but staff are very helpful.
The only weird things that we found was there is always different staff in this hotel (was thinking is it because ppl working parttime there?)
In general, i like this hotel. Room is big and clean.
I hope the hotel can upgrade their free wifi service not only limited at the lobby/breakfast room but to the room area as well.

This hotel was very nice. It has a large bedroom, large bathroom, mini fridge, mini stove, a sink and dishes and a pretty comfortable bed. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice which included yogurt, granola, cereal, bread, meats, cheese, vegetables, hot dogs, tea, coffee and juices. My only dislike was that the walls are a bit thin.

The first room we had here was in need of repair a little - chipped flooring, re-grouting, but nothing major. The second room looked nicer with newer updates, but there was a mold/mildew problem in the bathroom. Not great for allergies. Nice big bathtub though. Beds were similar to others we'd stayed in (in Fussen, Salzburg and Czech Republic), hard twin mattresses. It was very nice having the kitchenette area, and the breakfast here was pretty good. The parking area was often over-full and cost a bit, but at least we had somewhere safe to park the rental, if you park on the street, you get towed. Located right around the corner from the bus stop, laundromat and various restaurants. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke several languages.

A great inexpensive Aparthotel

Arrived at night and was immediately given details of were room was (using lift), that main gate is opened from remote at front desk and given remote controls for tv / satalite in room. I didn't have laptop and was told I could use their computer anytime.

Lovely room with lots of clothes storage, seperate bath and shower in bathroom (and towels - took our own but weren't required). a small but effective kitchen area and a large bedroom with three single beds.
One door was missing from the shower but it was usable and the satelite box didn't work on the first night but it was fixed by the following night (though only one channel in English - but what can you expect from a different country?!)

simple continental breakfast, but then it is an aparthotel so anything was welcome.

Before leaving on first morning we were offered a map of Prague and told we could buy a ticket from the tobacco shop up round the corner (on the main street) that would cover all transport (metro, tram and bus) for either one day or one week (excellent value!) The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English as did most of the people we spoke to in Prague. We were told how to get to the main attractions in the city and the 22 tram basically took us where we needed to go.

Did alot of walking on the first day and got sore feet, but used transport 2nd day. Enjoyed the Prague experience and would love to return and even stay at this welcoming hotel.

The apartment hotel was easy to get to, right next to the metro. The staff was friendly, and the price was great! No complaints. Staff tended to all of our requests, and offered directions as well as suggests on places to go. We were a group of 4 so the large bedroom (4 separate twin beds) was nice.

Aparthotel Susa - great stay!

This hotel is a great deal for the money, the rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was great, too! The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and a good location - just a few blocks from Namesti Miru metro stop and so it is very convenient to get anywhere in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was better than I thought it would be.

Once I was in my room. I was somewhat impressed. It had a large tub and seperate shower. The tv was small and only had one channel in english. The internet connection was not very good and stopped within 2 days. The phone also stopped working on the third day. Every morning I would tell them that they both did not work and nothing was done to fix the problem. I was told the day I checked out that the phone and internet would be fixed later that day.
The location was good once I worked out where I was. There is an internet cafe close by. They serve good tea. Do not get any tour packages until you are there. Also get a taxi through the airport. I was not ripped off (I checked twice). The expected airport transport which I booked did not show up. After walking through out the airport for an hour and also having the information desk try to contact them. I choose a taxi. I would recommed you do the same. But check how much first. My \"Prague Card with Transportation\" I never received. You can also get transprotation for bus, tram and train thur the metro station up the street from the hotel or the small markets on the main streets. Book your tours through your hotel or just go to location you want and find a stall. Have fun.

Fantastic!

We found this hotel to be great. It is well situated for all tourist areas, the subway is a 5 min walk, trams to the castle stop at the top of the road (you can buy metro tickets in the shop at the top of the road!).
Hotel staff so so helpful, the rooms although basic were huge and comfortable.
For the money this hotel is fantastic value would highly recommend!

Nie wieder in dieses Hotel. Auf der Beschreibung des Aparthotel Susa, wird angebeben, das die Zimmer mit Safe ausgestattet sind, was gelogen ist. Des weiteren eine Aussicht über die Stadt, stattdessen schaut man in den Innenhof und auf der Strassenseite nur Gebäude gegenüber mit eine Kneipe wo es sehr laut ist. Es gibt auch keine Rolläden, nur Vorhänge, die so kurz von der Breite sind, das immer das Licht der Strasse rein kommt. Die Fenstergriffe fallen ab. Dann hatten wir in der Küche ein Ameisen Nest, die Putzfrau hatte nicht mal ein Spray dagegen, wurden nur weg gewischt mit Essig reiniger und das Problem blieb bestehen. Die Putzfrauen putzen in 5 Minuten nur Grob die Apartments, nicht Gründlich. Alle Möbel uralt und zerkratzt etc. Dann wurde der Fahrstuhl innen lackiert und kein Hinweis dazu, so das wir unsere Kleidung mit Lack verschmierten. Parken: sehr enge Einfahrt, mit einem SUV Nissan nur ca 1 cm Platz Rechts und Links wenn die Spiegel eingeklappt sind, dazu Parken neben den 9 Stellplätzen, dann mittig weitere Autos, plus die Fahrschule mit ihren 3 Autos so zu, das man jedes mal bescheid sagen muss, wenn man weg fahren will, dann müssen erstmal die Autos Raus gefahren werden damit man Raus Kommt. Ab 22 Uhr ist jedoch kein Personal mehr da, so das man dann nicht mehr Raus kommt. Hauptsache viele Autos rein und Geld verdienen 12 Euro pro Tag. Frühstück: wenig Auswahl und immer das Gleiche und wir bekamen danach immer heftigen Durchfall.

東欧への出張は初めてで最初は緊張しましたが、清潔感のあるコンドミニアムの部屋で調理器具も一通りあり、部屋の掃除も行き届いていたこと、ベットの寝心地が私には最適で毎晩疲れて帰ってきてもゆっくり休めリフレッシュできたこと、さらにホテルのローケーションの良さ、スタッフの応対の良さ、迅速な対応、モーニングも良く快適な滞在となりました　リーゾナブルなところもお勧めできると思います　次回機会があれば同じホテルを予約するつもりです

Prima ligging op een rustige locatie. Zowel het oude als het nieuwe centrum liggen op ca. 20 minuten lopen. Verder liggen er prima winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving van het hotel.
De kamers waren groot en zagen er prima uit. De medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was simpel van opzet.

The accommodation is close to the city centre, in a beautiful residential part of Prague. The equipment of the apartment is a bit old but everything is clean. A basic breakfast is a bonus.

Příjemný apatmán, každý den uklizeno, dobré postele, možnost regulovat si topení, malá kuchyňka, ale pro 4-lůžkový apatrmán pouze 2 hrníčky, takže uvařený čaj nebylo do čeho nalít. Snídaně byly jednodušší, problém byl s průběžným doplňováním potravin.

Hotel accueillant proche du métro et du centre.

Bien qu'ayant eu un petit soucis avec notre chambre au départ, l’hôtesse à su nous trouver une solution. Nous avons donc passé la première nuit dans un autre hotel un peu plus bas dans la rue, le lendemain, notre chambre était prête avec une bouteille de vin et des gâteaux tchèques. Le souci à vite été oublié. L'appartement est vraiment immense et plus que confortable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Petit plus pour la baignoire après les longues journées dans le froid.

Een prettig hotel net buiten het centrum.

Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum van Praag. Het centrum is makkelijk te voet te bereiken maar ook met tram lijn 22 en de metro. De tram en metro stoppen net om de hoek. We hadden een kamer voor 3 personen geboekt. We kregen een ruime kamer met aparte kitchenette en badkamer. Badkamer was goed ingericht met een ligbad en een aparte douche. Helaas was het haakje waar de douchkop aan opgehangen moest worden defect. Het ontbijt was prima. Ruime keuze aan van alles. Zeker een hotel om nog een keer naar terug te keren.

Super lejlighed tæt på byen.

Vi boede på Susa i forbindelse med påskeferie.
Hotellet ligger på en rolig sidegade tæt ved metro/tram.
Mange gode restaurenter samt kiosker i nærheden.
Vi havde en 4 pers. dejlig stor lejlighed.
Eneste minus var at gardinerne var ret tynde, så der blev tidligt meget lyst på værelset.

nous avons passer à nuit à Prague. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale pour se rendre rapidement dans les différents lieux touristiques de la ville. De très bons restaurants à proximité et rue commerçante animé. Nous avons aimé flanner dans la ville animé par les marchés de Pacques (musique, vin chaud ...) On mange et on boit à toutes heures. Je recommande soupe et bière. Vraiment fantastique!

Dall' aeroporto, non avevamo le idee ben chare su come arrivare in hotel, poi è stato semplicissimo:
Bus 119 fino al capolinea (5 min.)
Metro fino in centro (10 min.)
Gambe (passeggiata) fino all' hotel (10 min.)

Para no gastar mucho en hotel.

Sencillo y limpio. Sin lujos, pero confortable. Camas grandes y cómodas. Televisión con TDT y conexión de USB para poder llevar un disco duro o similar. Dispone de nevera y cocina eléctrica. El personal estupendo. Tuvimos un pequeño problema que nos resolvieron enseguida. El desayuno buffet correcto. El tranvía 22 te deja a la puerta. Estupendo para familias y estudiantes. Muy limpio. Limpieza diaria.

A friendly and nice place but with a poor kitchen

The service was very friendly, the location was great (with a tram stop just besides the building and a metro station nearby) and the room was spacious and otherwise fine but the kitchen was tiny and poorly equipped (no microwave, no oven, not enough kitchenware for four persons). In the breakfast room another toaster would help to cut queuing.

ツインルームで簡易キッチン付き、バスルームはトイレと広いバスタブ、それとシャワールーム付き。口こみ通り天井が高く広々。部屋も2人で使うには広すぎるくらいのスペース。変換プラグや延長コードがあればコンセントの数は十分あります。ベッドのマットレスの固さも申し分なくよく寝られました。窓を開けていると外のトラムの音や話し声が聞こえてきます。暑かったので扇風機がないか聞いたのですが、ないとのことでした。駐車場は中庭にあり、現金払い（250チェココルナ/1泊、10ユーロ/1泊）になります。停められる台数に限りがあるため自分の車の鍵を預けることとなりますが、ホテル部屋にいる時は電話がかかって来て何度か移動をしました。部屋のクリーニングも毎日あるようで、エコで、タオルは掛けておくと交換がないようです。近所にあるスーパーは（複数あり）土日関係なく営業しています。近所に食事がとれる店がいくつかあるので不便を感じませんでした。ホテルの方に観光情報や食事処を質問してもこちらが期待するほどの情報は得られませんでした。（期待値が高かったかな、日本のサービスと比べてしまいますが・・・）トラム22（停留所はホテルから1分）でプラハ城へは1本、旧市街へは乗り継ぎ無しでメトロで行けます。部屋の広さ、値段、利便性、清潔感、共に満足です。
