From meeting the staff at the airport to bidding them fair well, the staff was excellent. Good mornings from everyone, a generally upbeat and positive vibe from everyone. The beach was immaculate. Soft white sand, clean blue water, never too crowded to where you couldn’t find a couple chairs to unwind. Pool was fantastic, just the right temperature and again, never too crowded to where you couldn’t find a couple chairs to grab a drink and relax. Transfer to and from the resort station 0 to station 2 was easy peasy thanks again to the wonderful wonderful staff. Great food, snappy service. We had the suite with the plunge pool and it was a great great experience. I could go on, but I won’t. A++

I love how the staff remembered my coffee preference and the wide variety of breakfast offering. Leave room for croissants. Jennifer and Zhenn were great at keeping my room cleaned. If you ever use the spa Zeth was great. She helped ease the pain in my lower back. Location was a pleasant change from the crowds of station 2 and 3. You practically had the beach to yourself at certain times of the day. I had a deluxe seaview room and i loved waking up to the view of the ocean. Will definitely come back

My only disappointment was the new transfer regulations — they no longer include transfers if the booking was made through a third-party vendor like Hotels.com. What an amazing vacation spot! The view from my room left me in awe! The beach is beautiful, the pools always had lifeguards and were so kind. The breakfast buffet in the morning was so delicious and had so many choices of foods from different countries. Staff was amazing and provided exceptional customer service. First time in Boracay! The resort is a bit off the beaten path which was a plus for me! The private beach and various amenities made our stay one to remember! The room and sea view were absolutely perfect! The only drawback was the weather, as it is the rainy season but the rain didn’t stop us from enjoying all that the Crimson Resort and Boracay had to offer!

We arrived quite early, around 11 AM, and were informed that the room had already been vacated and was being cleaned. However, we still had to wait two and a half hours before getting checked in. It would have been nice if the room had been prepared earlier. We also noticed that groups who arrived after us were escorted to their rooms before us, which was a bit disappointing.
That said, once we got into the room, everything changed — the view was absolutely spectacular, and it made us almost forget the bad check-in experience. I loved that the hotel has its own private beachfront and several pool options to choose from. And the food — it was superb!

Crimson is always great. We've been there so many times already and we keep coming back. One thing they can improve is the breakfast organization - too crowded and the tables are too close. You feel you're eating with other people on the table so there's practically no privacy. Apart from that, Crimson is quite good.

There was a total of 9 of us in my family that stayed here. I’m so glad I found this place. Already missing the breakfast buffet. The 3 Infinity pools, with the big main one being on the beach was amazing. My husband and I, along with my sister-in-law and her husband also got a couple massages. Which was also amazing. Our grand dinner on the balcony of Mosaic made it an even more memorable vacation. The only thing I bummed about is missing the foam party…. But that just means I have to come back. And Crimsom is my new go to spot for Boracay.

Many times we didn’t receive orders for food or 45 mins to get a drink after waiving someone down. Breakfast is great but didn’t get an omelette two different mornings and constant follow up for items requested.

Moments later, a new fly had “checked in,” and the cycle repeated. Clearly, the flies are more consistent in their service than the staff.
When I escalated this to the resort’s WhatsApp team, Nico, the front office manager, stepped in. To her credit, she was courteous and helpful, offering us a villa with a plunge pool and ensuring the restaurant staff handled the insect issue better. Whilst the location, the pool and the beachfront are beautiful and the catering staff were very attentive, we were surprised at the lack of communication by duty managers when we had an issue with our bill. They left it till the second day of our stay to even address is and contact me about that (even then it was was via a whatsap message!) Also when we checked in, as our room was not ready we were advised to pop out and do some sight seeing, on our return 4 hours later our bags were still sitting outside in full weather. For a 5 star resort, and the cost, I would have expected better attention and communication. These points left a bitter taste in my mouth, I would not rebook there.

This was the second time staying at Crimson Boracay and once again, it exceeded my partner and I's expectations. The property's private beach is incredibly clean and beautiful. Spending days and swimming on the beach was one of the highlights during our visit. The resort itself is very well maintained, the suite was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Food at each of the restaurants were very well prepared and tasty. We especially enjoyed the Mosaic restaurant as the food and service were top notch. All of the staff were at a high standard. They were consistently helpful, kind, and attentive. We are already looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend Crimson Boracay!

Many of the streets were fenced with roofing materials and one came off. While we were strolling around the neighborhood my daughter almost hit her face with the sharp fence. The hotel itself was descent but the Boracay streets have lots of hazardous fencing and I also found broken glass on the beach!

Crimson is the best Resort I have ever been to.The staff was welcoming and always energetic to welcome you as you walked the property. Always willing to assist in any way they can or provide feedback or information that you might need. When I come back to visit Borocay I will stay here again. I saw who I suspect what the manager every moring at breakfast checking on things and assisting. I saw a staff member cleaning sand off the edge of the pool so as to keep the sand from getting into the pool even.

Their shuttle times are so limited which is shocking since they’re so far away from all the stations. Their gym time is only till 8. Had dinner at saffron and it was so plain. They upgraded us to the villa but it felt like a downgrade. Both my daughter and I had mosquitos bites because there was a crack at the door. I told the manager and all she can is she’s sorry. Also part of their vanity fell down and there were nails sticking out. Then, I had to bring up my billing because there were unknown charges. Eventually they corrected it so make sure to double check charges. Also, they failed to inform us additional charges like transportation tax fee in addition to the regular fee for the boat ride. They also charge in room service for a simple of requesting bottle water on top of the purchase price. I don’t know how this hotel gets a 5 star. Basically they are nickel and diming for everything. This hotel is overhyped. They pay actors to stay with them to attract customers to make it seem like you’re getting celebrity treatment.

Poor management. Breakfast buffet was good but it looks very unorganized. Our plates were piling up and our water wasn’t refilled. Our lock in our room ran out of battery and we needed 6 people to change it. Riza at the front desk lobby customer service was terrible can’t even look at you in the eye and made us wait 7 minutes trying to talk to someone on the phone to settle our bill. The bellman and house keeper were great and had better attitude.

Very attractive property in the quieter side of the island. Semi private beach shared with 2 other high end hotels. We noticed a foul odor in our room on arrival and we were given an upgrade to a higher floor. My sense is the ground floor rooms suffer from this problem. Think it is an issue in a lot of the properties. To be fair once we moved there were no problems. Breakfast buffet is exceptional and staff are very willing but a little light on experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent customer service. Resort has its own private white sand beach so you can skip going to station 1. They also have a free shuttle every 2 hours which would bring you to D-Mall at station 2. Overall, a great experience staying in this hotel. We will definitely be back.

The Crimson provided our family a quiet and safe vacation at Station Zero. Ray at the Saffron Cafe went above and beyond every day through his genuine care for my family and for this he significantly elevated our experience. Please express our gratitude and thanks again to him. The resort offers free rides to Station 2 and is only 20 minutes from station 2 via e-trike. All and all, this resort is great for travellers who want privacy, but also a luxurious Boracay experience.

I spent 9 nights at Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay. In a nutshell, I had the time of my life. Overall facilities are in good state - it might have helped the fact that the hotel was inaugurated right before the 6-month island-wide renovation work, as well as the pandemic. The contemporary glam decor is exquisite, combined with large and elegant common areas. The walls and corridors are elegantly decorated with interesting pieces of artwork. There’s even an art gallery and art room. The 3 infinity pools are large and nicely warm, providing a soothing alternative to the intimate private beach with crystal clear waters secluded by two natural cliffs at either side of the property. The quality of the food is also quite nice, with two restaurants (Azure and The Mosaic), catering for different types of audiences. The Azure has a more relaxed lounge-bar vibe, whereas The Mosaic delivers a refined sit down a la carte and dining experience, with a good choice between Latino and Asian cuisine. Last but not least, what really makes the difference at Crimson, is the warmth of the staff, who make you feel like at home. Throughout my whole stay I felt safe and at ease, surrounded by smiley faces and warm-hearted crew. A special mention goes to Mariel, who has arranged for my fantastic activities for me, and Francine who has provided top notice customer service, looking after me every step of the way. All in all, I can’t praise enough Crimson Resort.

The service was top notch. Facilities was excellent. Shuttle service and room service were excellent and efficient. Staff were very courteous and respectful. Food was ok. After dining at Mosaic, 2 guests in our party of 5 had diarrhea the morning after. One guest had severe vomiting and watery diarrhea requiring medical attention for severe dehydration. The other guest had loose stools until checkout. The daily breakfast buffet at the Saffron was good. Excellent choices. We look forward to come back and will avoid dining at the Mosaic.

The Crimson has made our family vacation an unforgettable and memorable experience. The property stands around and overlooks one of the most beautiful private beaches in the area. The rooms and pools are clean, modern, and spacious. At arrival, the complimentary beach hat, bag, and wine were a nice touch. The property was also walkable which made our daily movement much easier as we had three children with us. The breakfast buffet had great selections of healthy and traditional dish options. We also booked and enjoyed various activities arranged by the activitiy coordinator which went seamlessly. The massage at the resort spa was one of the best my partner and I ever had. I highly recommend trying the Hilot massage there. With that said, the part that was outstanding was the warmth and the attentiveness of the kind staff! They truly exemplified professionalism and quality service. Special shout out to Ram for a great start to our family's stay at Crimson and Jona for her kindness to our children during breakfast. If you are looking for quality stay and service in Boracay, I highly recommend the Crimson Resort and Spa!

There was no warm water and we were told to wait because it was fixed but there was no warm water till midnight so we could not take a shower. The hair dryer was not working. On our 3rd night, at 11:30 while we were sleeping, the fan turn on and woke us up. Very frustrating!
