Everything is excellent, only there are some small things that need care and attention from the maintenance team. For example, the bathroom door lock has a problem when opening and closing. Check the water drainage, whether when showering or in the sink.

I had a great stay. The staff are friendly and professional. The place is clean and safe. I have stayed there for close to 5 weeks this year; three separate trips and I keep coming back. It’s a very convenient location to so many amenities. Taxis are the best way to travel and they are economically priced.

Really good stay. Had everything youd want. Everything worked, nothing missing, all clean and just a smooth hassle free stay. Slept well & big enough room for 3 of us. Good location next to the mall too. Surprised it's not 4*, much better than a lot of 4*s i've stayed it.

Will probably stay here again next time we're in Abu Dhabi

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is no metro in Abu Dhabi but it was very easy to get a taxi which were really inexpensive .

Good place for a short stop over

I booked this hotel room as a stop-over for my flight the next day from Abu Dhabi.
It was nicely positioned near to the Central Bus Station which seems to have many other names as well.
Breakfast was thrown in, but I spent most of the time walking around trying to find things.
Quite a different setup to what you normally find in Europe.

Clean hotel, staff were unprofessional - female: Lebna especially. An evacuation had occured in the building and everyone evacuated the hotel but the staff knew NOTHING ABOUT IT- it was in the middle of the night with a very old lady had to walk down 8 flights of stairs - UNACCEPTABLE.
Once the whole hotel were outside after walking down the stairs , there was no staff to be seen at all - I went in again due to everyones confusion to ask if it was safe to go back in the hotel - the manager and the staff had no idea what was going on the manager said he had no idea about the evacuation. If this was a real fire the safety measures would he a massive fail!!
Also the restaurant in the hotel charges double for breakfast and a different price at reception - they did not inform us at check in. Unacceptable again. When challenging Lebna at Reception it just felt like she was talking over me and did not solve the problem.

Clean hotel but poor service.

No more enough stuff to help u. No concierge and to park ur car take to much time. They give me two bed and join them together inspite of one king bed. !!!

Good hotel but bad parking arrangement

the hotel is nice and clean, in a good location. However it does not have onsite parking so when i arrived in my car i had to wait 15 minutes for the staff to take my car to a different location (valet parking).

The location was good. I booked through Expedia. It was with breakfast included when I booked but unfortunately hotel said Expedia booked for you with out breakfast and it putting me in hardship conditions and Expedia's customer service just wasted my time so much and I am not satisfied.

Good Place to stay in Abu Dhabi

Nice clean and modern Hotel in great location next to large mall. Nearby public Car parking was difficult to find space but the cost of public parking was reimbursed bak from the hotel.
Overall was very good and would stay here again.

The person at the reception for check in was very unprofessional, very bad service. I was with my son checking in on Christmas evening and I waited in line patiently, when it was my turn he left another guest cut the line and spoke to him for 10 mins, I had to remind him that I was in the line and he should attend to me first. He argued with me before he realised he was wrong. His name is Medhin. He needs more training on customer service.

I like the Centro Al Manhal because of its location and cleanliness. The rooms are small but they are modern and more importantly clean. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping, eating, and public transport.

The proximity to restaurants and shopping are a big plus for this hotel. In addition, it’s clean and modern. The rooms are really tiny so it’s better for solo travelers. A negative was the lack of service.

Positive: The location was good since it's near the Mall and Bus Stations.
Negative: 1. There was a bug in the room which is a \"BIG NO NO\". 2. The receptionist has visible tar tar on his teeth. 3. Food deliveries should be pick up in the lobby, giving inconvenience on the guests.

Great hotel by central bus station

As a first-timer in Abu Dhabi, I chose a place close to the main bus station.

It's not a highly-priced hotel, but the service is top notch, the room is quite comfortable and clean. Everything as perfect as possible.

Centro Al Manhal is convenient. It’s within a few minutes walk to a shopping mall and the main bus station. It’s value for cost is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only negative thing is that sound travels too easily from the hallway into the room.

Loved Our Stay!

location was great, Wahda Mall was across the road, very convenient, taxis available all the time. breakfast was great, one of the best buffets.
everything else was bad, smelly beds and pellows and sheets, toilet is part of the room with a sliding door, smelly too, bidet is on the left, very inconvenient, too small and tight rooms and spaces although the price wasn't cheap, housekeeping was ok but the hotel needs an extreme makeover or a reduction in price. stayed there for an event i had for 4 nights. i don't understand how it's a Rotana chain. paid aed5 for slippers. free parking and wifi
