Hotel was asthetically pleasing… but the room was so hot I had a bathtub room I asked reception about aircon they said no aircon in March & so i had to open the window which I usually wouldn’t mind but the hotel is on a dual carriage way it was sooo noisy & the other rooms you can here everything (alI the rooms are very close together could here someone constantly in & out doors opening & shutting) I had the worst nights sleep the 2nd was better as I left the windows open all day so room was cooler! This was the 2nd hotel I stayed at on my trip luckily I only booked 2 days here as it was a little far out so I went back to the hotel i previously stayed at but it is aesthetically pleasing & smells lovely in there

The hotel decor was Scandi inspired and very clean.We only had one evening meal in the restaurant and we found it to be very good we had breakfast 2 mornings plenty of choice well prepared and well presented set us up for the day. The best thing about the hotel was the staff,very, very helpful, all were polite and courteous the staff made our stay. The worst thing about the hotel was the road noise our room was on the front of the hotel, the road is extremely busy and a main tram route through the city, the noise was constant. I am sorry to say that however much I appreciated the excellent staff I would not stay at the hotel again 2 sleepless nights were more than enough.

For a 4 star, cleaning rooms is expected daily.
It is done every 3 days.
Stayed for 7 days and the breakfast. Terrible.
Only few items and same every day.

No lounge area.

We booked Suite Room with Terrace room it was totally different than the picture in the picture looked huge but turn up small darkroom and it was very dirty dust were everywhere the bed sofa there was lot of was rubbish underneath no ironing board there no iron booked for 2 night we stayed one night and then we checked out and went to different hotel.

I went to the reception to complain all they did that you removed us to a different room which was next to it and it was similar, and because we couldn’t get our money back, we had to stay for a night.

I really enjoyed my trip to Antalya, and AG Hotel was definitely a good choice. The breakfast was great, the location convenient, and I liked the overall design. However, it was not very safe for our son, as he injured himself multiple times on the sharp edge of the concrete bedside, which was not covered. The hotel manager was very helpful and attentive during check-out, and he was genuinely interested in our feedback. Overall, the stay was good, but some finishing improvements are needed. Also, the corridor on my floor did not have air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing

•Cleanliness: There was hair on the bed and a dirty blanket stored on the upper shelves, clearly used by previous guests.
•Comfort: The room was very small, the air conditioning was weak, and the door was old and worn out.
•Noise: There was constant noise from the tram and cars, especially in apartment 413. The sound insulation was extremely poor — almost nonexistent.
•Other Issues: The TV was tilted and poorly mounted.

I do not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, aesthetically. Conveniently located for everything with tram to airport and shopping/sights on doorstep for just 70p per journey. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, room was on busy highway with tram and cars, etc., so lots of traffic noise 24 hours, no chance of a peaceful lie in. Breakfast buffet wasn’t much and basically the same thing every day. Overly swept Apple juice only. Restaurant choice wasn’t much and tagliatelle overcooked with no cheese taste, I could not eat. AC on but room still very hot

No frill hotel for the money it wasn’t super clean, but it was OK. Parking was a challenge. Very small garage tough for big cars. The rooms are hot and if you don’t leave your key in the slot for electricity while you’re not in the room, it shuts down that’s why it’s hot

Akthough they greet you eith a smile, when i asked for mybtrash to be emptied , i was told that it wasnt his job. ( of course, i knew it wasnt, but perhaps ask someone else to do it). The floors are very cold( no carpet). I was there for 11 days. Best feature, its a walk away from the tram and several stores around the corner. Pharmacy is in the back of the property. Hosekeepung team is quite delightful.
It is NOT sound proof. No balcony. I was able to hear my neighbor snore.
Location is good, everything is a quick tram ride ( including the airport).
Its not a bad place, just a bit too cold, stoned for me. Fyi: no smoking allowed , if you smoke ( like my husband) you must go all the way outside.

A very modern hotel with great \"Skandi\" styling.
Excellent staff who really do try thier best to help you out.
Its a little dated and needs a little touch up, a few chipped paint issues and broken stools, the cleaning staff are quite small so miss the dust in the high areas.
Issues with air conditioning as in turkey they prefer to have hot bedrooms in winter months, why each room isnt seperate to choose i didnt understand.
DONT stay in the 11/12/13/14 numbered rooms as they are south facing and get sunlight all day and heat the rooms up unbearably. They also face the VERY busy road.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. I cannot begin to write about the many negatives of our 6 night stay. I would like to add I never leave reviews, Let alone bad ones. The maids did not clean our room once, Did not make the bed, Left our tea cups dirty and on countertops and never replaced. We had to ask for towels every day because they would take all of the towels and leave one body towel, one hand towel and one foot towel. You cannot get ANY help from the front desk regarding this. My friend had a surgery and we needed towels to make warm compresses and were told housekeeping was closed. Could not request blankets either, initially there was only one sheet on our bed. Taxis were extremely hard here as it is competing companies and none of the taxi apps would pick us up. They turned our room up to 80 degrees every day and the front desk actually LAUGHED when we complained and told us it was central AC so they could do nothing. I could go on about this. There is no shortage of surprises. Even our trashcans in the room were filled to the brim. The view is horrible and the area is sketchy and unwalkable. Please save yourself the hassle and ignore the reviews I initially trusted.

No soundproofing, we could hear all the road noises as well as the noise from the neighbour, the wall between us and the neighbour was not a wall, it was like cardboard, we could hear everything.

The breakfast was really very basic, very little choice, basic quality products.

Didnt enjoy the garden room with patio as it is outside the building and so so loud by the road. Also electricity went off in the middle of the night and the generator was right next to room at 3am so loud. Loud neighbours which reception did quieten down.
Room never got serviced in 3 days had to ask for towels. Charged extra for my partner as i forgot to add his name to the booking so charged 10 euro extra per night. Breakfast was included and good selection. Aircon in room hard to get right and angle wasnt good.

embarrassing experience at this Hotel!

Hated my stay at AG hotels. This was so disappointing and embarrassing for me. I brought my guests to this hotel only for them to receive a room with dirty unchanged sheets and non locking washroom doors. What kind of hotel has a wide gap between the washroom door? There is no privacy.

The hotel staff was extremely untrained and unprofessional they don’t know anything about the city or tourist questions. I was totally scammed by the location. Not walking distance to main attractions or the beach. The brochure at the hotel said the nearest beach was 3 km away. When I took an uber to that exact beach it was 30 mins drive - what kind of a lie was that?

I asked for housekeeping for my guest’s room, and they didn’t even fix the bed properly?

I had to pay for extra water as they did not even have a water cooler to refill my water bottle. What kind of nonsense.

The hotel didn’t have basic facilities required for a hotel, no gym, workspace or anything.

When we arrived early I asked for early check in, they didn’t have the rooms available which is fine and understandable but then I asked for my bags to be stored in a storage area or somewhere private and they told me “ no space” so my bags were just out in the middle of the lobby.

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the fact that they were able to arrange taxis to my locations fast.
Asked staff what are some good restaurants near by and they told me the hotel restaurant is the best 😐

The hotel is beautiful and all the staff were very nice and accommodating. My only critique is the extra services are quiet expensive and I booked breakfast for my stay and they didn’t tell us tea and orange juice were not included which meant we had to pay extra after our stay. Our rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed. The hotel smelt amazing and it’s not too far from the airport and the city centre.

1- The receptionist is not helpful ( not all of them)
2- No room service after 8
3-if u ask for anything over the phone they will said yes yes we will help u, then they don’t actually help.

Disappointing.

Hotel was a huge disappointment. Lobby area is nicely decorated but Signs of wear all around (dirty carpets, water damage). Room smelled like mold, as did the towels. Dark rooms, and no storage. Bathroom was cramped and not designed well, the floor always stayed wet from the shower. Hotel is in an industrial area. Manager was nice but rest of staff were meh. I wouldn’t come back and I couldn’t wait to check out.

Negatives are, the room smelled of stale water and there was a pool of water in front of the hotel from overwatering the plants. Not convenient when getting in and out of cabs.

Had a great experience at this hotel it is very clean and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend forgot his ring in the bathroom and had a flight to catch so he was already on the way to the airport. The hotel staff sent the ring over in a taxi for him so he wouldn’t miss his flight. Amazing service we will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Antalya.

There were many positives about our stay in AG Hotels. As two female travellers we found the staff at reception extremely helpful and accommodating. Anything we required or asked of them was done quickly. They were especially helpful with travel and arranging outside trips. Our room was cleaned frequently and the cleaning staff were also very polite and nice to speak to. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay it was varied every day and always satisfying the breakfast staff were so welcoming and constantly making sure that we had drink top ups. Could not fault the staff during our stay and all the assistance they gave us was very appreciated. The hotel is close by to a metro station which is just across the road which was great to get to places such as Antalya Mall and taxis were cheap and convenient to be arranged. The hotel is not in the city centre but most places are under 20 minutes away by taxi. One of the only downsides to the hotel is the fact that it is located near a main road meaning there was a lot of traffic throughout the night however after a few days we got used to the noise and were able to sleep but it is something to keep in mind. Additionally, there is also no irons provided in the rooms and the only option is a paid ironing service which is also important to note. Overall though we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for friendliness, cleanliness and accessibility. A special thank you to the staff.

We arrived around 10 p.m., called before arriving at the property. There was no help available to carry the luggage. Next, our room - a MASSIVE cockroach on our wall, chipped walls and a horrible smell. No air conditioning. When we reported the issue, the receptionist was extremely rude, and disinterested in helping us. He mentioned he’d send someone but took half an hour to do so while we waited in the lobby. Upon complaint, he became extremely rude and refused to help further. The restaurant staff was amazing though! Helped us get a taxi, and get as far away as possible from the place. Special thanks to the exceptional Expedia customer service who sorted us out for the rest of our stay.

The rooms were pretty small and noisy. The insulation was pretty poor and the cars and trams on the main road in front of the hotel were creating a lot of noise. The staff was helpful. They tried to find a quiet room for me but it didn’t work unfortunately. The last room they assigned to me had a bathroom door issue. The glass door was down and impossible to get into the shower. The maintenance person tried to glue the door but it went down again after 10minutes.

Nicely designed hotel but lots of issues. I wish I picked another hotel.

Modernly designed Hotel, great place for young travelors. Overall offers all the basics you expect from a hotel of such caliber. Location is not ideal for those looking for walking around however if coming with car, no issue to get around as they have a car garage too in basement. A bit improvement can be done towards customer experience as hiring additional support staff. Plus one downside is although designed well, it soon becomes aparent of low cost construction.

The experience at this hotel was very polarising. Whereas the downstairs restaurant area and garden was extremely beautiful, the rooms were a let down from a renovation standpoint. The showers were peeling significantly and the papers in the room were clearly dirty.

On a similar front, the front staff at check in / check out could not bother to provide any customer service. However, the restaurant staff was amazing. Super nice and provided great product.

As I said earlier…very polarising.

Clean modern hotel. It is a great choice if you do not wish to have a busy hotel. The problem that in the room there is no shade (partial curtain) in the window so the sun light would not let you sleep. Very noisy street with ambulance sound as a hospital is near by.

Modern, sleek and neat

The hotel ambience is really modern and neat. Rooms are very comfortable as well. The staff was super helpful in recovering our bag that we had left in the corridor as happy-go-lucky tourists :D

Brand new hotel

Brand new hotel. Very clean, everything is in excellent condition. Location is slightly outside of Old Town, but a cab ride to Old Town was only about $2.50 USD, so it was actually worth the trade off for the excellent condition of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Only thing I would say could use improvement is that some of the staff weren't knowledgeable to give recommendations for restaurants, tours, local information ect. If I asked for a good place to eat nearby, sometimes the response would be, \"I don't really know, we're a new hotel.\" Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a place i would certainly recommend. Good value.

The whole duration of the stay was without internet at all. No replacement wifi either. They said it was a hotel-wide problem, so no wifi in the lobby as well. They did not provide us with any solutions nor did they offer anything but a promise that it \"should be fixed in the morning\". Nothing was fixed. Despite the wifi problem for such a seemingly high-end hotel, we still wanted to do another night as to make it easier on us for having not to move our belongings, as the rooms were relatively nice and unique (despite a hanging pipe above our heads, as a light). They didn't offer any type of apology or discounts whatsoever, and literally just stated the price on the door, as if the wifi were perfectly functional.

Breakfast is decent.

Level of english of staff leaves a lot to be desired.

All in all, the roaming charges incurred to book something else are well worth it, as i would not recommend this property due to their lack of accountability.

This hotel was great! We only stayed one night, but the customer service was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was good and filling. The rooms, however, were small and the floor was cement. There was AC and it worked throughout our stay.

Perfect for business travelers

This was a great business hotel. Four star in its outlook. Very friendly staff willing to help with anything. It was on the way to the airport but in a commercial area with few restaurants. It took a taxi to get to town or an shopping. I ordered room service that was excellent, great food for a low price. I fully recommend this hotel and, Gizen, the reception clerk was very helpful with any problems I had. The photo is from a BMW bike parked in the lobby, owned by the hotel. Nice touch.
