Misleading listing and poor stay. The “seaview rooftop” is not connected to the apartment and is inconvenient to access. The unit was dirty and located in a corner with no outlook. Staff were rude and overly intrusive. Not centrally located in Coolum, so a car is required. Avoid booking corner rooms.

We had no coffee and the microwave hadn't been cleaned, however the managers did rectify the coffee and microwave issue, they were brilliant. We are already planning our next stay. We only had two nights as we came from Brisbane for a wedding. Didn’t want to leave. Beautiful area. Apartment was perfect - clean and had everything needed to feel like you are at home. We arrived out of hours but we were called before hand with clear instructions of how to access the keys etc. Will be staying a week next time.

Great property and location. Had to empty our own bins which would normally be covered in the cost of the stay and cleaning fee of room and the sign was so small we almost missed it, which would have incurred a charge.
I suggest requesting a room away from the road. Ours was closest to the road and the road noise is terrible. Dies down around 9pm and starts 4:30am so good luck sleeping.

The apartment was in a good location. Short walk to the beach and town. The apartment wasn’t very clean, definitely dust on a lot of surfaces, blinds, the floors could have been vacuumed better. The air conditioner in the master bedroom didn’t work and wouldn’t be repaired until after our check out. The rooftop with hot tub wasn’t part of our unit. You had to go out of the apartment and go up a floor - it’s your own space just not directly connected to the apartment. The pool area was nice.

We were not aware that individual units were owned by different people. Clearly the body corporate does not ensure the overall reputation of the property is protected by insisting on certain standards across all units. This is our second stay at this property - the first was excellent. This time we had a unit where the ensuite bathroom did not have a door - as a result there was no privacy even while using the toilet. In addition,many of the kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned and some did not sit evenly on the electric cooktop with consequent uneven cooking. I don't think we would take the chance of staying at this property again.

Beautiful room. Disappointed that the 2nd room had no air conditioning unit - our children were very hot and ended up sleeping in the lounge room on the couch. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool and our private roof space. We ate dinner up there every night! Will definitely stay again - but will make sure all rooms have air con next time.

This place was great. Can walk to the restaurants near by, close to the beach, the complex itself was great (full kitchen) depending which room you booked, you have 2 outside areas. The spa was lovely (too cold for the pool while we were there but it looked inviting). There's a Coles within walking distance, and it was cheaper for me to go with the 2 bedroom apartment (even though there was only 2 of us) than any other motel in the area. Not sure that is always the case, but we were more than happy - full kitchen, full laundry, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms - you wont be disappointed.

Good to have a elevator and secure car park. Unfortunately very noisy concrete maintenance (not informed of beforehand, so maybe the job needed to fit in with the tradesmen?). It was only for a couple of days, however, other work was being carried out in apartment above us. Given earlier notification we would have changed the dates of our stay.

Booked a room with a hot tub. First impressions leading up the stairs to the room not good. Opened the door and there was a funny smell. One of the patio doors wouldn’t lock. There was a cupboard door hanging off in kitchen, pulled out the frying pan which was filthy. Toaster filthy.Electric bbq on balcony filthy. Wasps nest on balcony. Stairs leading to roof terrace where hot tub was located were accessible to anyone should they wish to go up which raised security concerns for us. There were lights out on the terrace and only one jet working on the hot tub. Went to use the iron filled it with water and it poured straight out so couldn’t use that.Not a good experience so we left after one night. We had booked a 10 night stay and thankfully got a refund. Would NOT recommend this accommodation.

The pool and rooftop hot tub were lovely but rooms filthy and badly maintained. I actually complained which I hate doing. By day 4 the hot tub was cloudy (filter not cleaned and correct chemicals not added). For upwards of 300 dollars a night I expected a lot better standard of accommodation.

I think the rates are high enough to not have to do this & also, minimal supplies of the few amenities when staying for a week was disappointing but overall I would stay there again.

Our 2nd stay at Seachange and our feelings are unchanged. It's a comfortable place to take the family to get away from the hustle and bustle of work and the city. We thoroughly enjoy the daily walk/cycle into the township and beach whilst also visiting places like the Bowls club and the Surf Club for dinner. The 2 pools are also a major highlight of our stay with the kids giving them score of 11 out of 10. We'll be back again!

Delightful pool area and easy walking distance into the main restaurant/shop strip. Our family of 4 absolutely loved Coolum and the beach access across the road was top notch! We liked this roomy accommodation as it was close enough to shops, restaurants,etc, but not too noisy. The traffic was constant at peak times, but you did not hear it much after a few days. The large pool is delightful as was our private roof top spa. The Apartment Managers, Michelle and Richard, were both friendly people and lovely to chat with during our stay. Highly recommend these apartments to others.

We have stayed here before and will come again. Seachange is in a great location, even though on a busy road it is remarkably quiet. It is very close to everything. Great eateries, restaurants and hotel and a Coles supermarket. The apartment is modern, spacious, and fully self contained and has free undercover secure parking. Management are very obliging and friendly. What is not to like
