The Lodge is beautiful. Great views and nice staff. Parking is a problem. They have dedicated charging spots that are NEVER full. They run out of regular slots especially in the evening. I miss the old Lodge breakfast, it hasn't been the same since Covid.

The Guest services staff has members who come across as a little less than helpful some are very helpful but the check in was stoic and came across as rude, matter of fact and not welcoming. in one word ATTITUDE.

The restaurant staff was lovely and personable

Overall a good experience love the fireplace in the room! River View is worth the extra money...

We have been staying at the Lodge for quite sometime when we travel for business to WA, because of the cleanliness and comfort. This was the first time I walked into our toom and it had an almost stale sweaty smell. Check in was frustrating and took a while because although I was able to show that I had booked 2 rooms they only had record of 1 room. ( I think this was Expedias error) anyways the staff was kind and pleasant and thankfully there was another room available, it was just unfortunate because check in was lengthy and we were exhausted. Air conditioner was also making a funky noise all night. We will be back but I sure hope the smell in the room was a one off thing or we will have to find another hotel.

The view of the water is amazing. One word of caution, however is this right by a boat launch and apparently when the weather gets warm it gets busy and loud. The night we were there a boat docked and proceeded to blast their music and bass for well over 2 hours until past midnight making it impossible to sleep..

It is a shame as the hotel was wonderful, staff pleasant, restaurant food so good, but I don’t know that we will be able to take a chance with this again.

A beautiful relaxing spa hotel in Tri-Cities. Booked for one night and extended it by another it was just so nice we didn’t want to leave. Second night we upgraded ourselves to a high floor riverfront room but should have booked a suite. Staff were pleasant and were able to make the room transition easy for us. The man at reception the second day gave our son a cookie which was a nice touch. Spa and pool are really nice and hotel smells nice. The only thing I would say is that we found an empty cannabis cookie plastic bottle under the seats at the balcony and a random chocolate ball under the bathroom dresser, it was an empty bottle but with a young child you can’t be too careful.

Way overpriced. This is the tri-cities, not downtown San Fran. We arrived at 3:15p.m., called ahead of time saying were from out of town. Not only did we have to wait in the lobby, the room wasn't ready at 4pm. How do you charge over 500 a night and you are not even ready by 4pm? No breakfast included in the 500 a night. Unreal. This is the tri-cities!

Our stay was very nice, comfortable, & enjoyable. The staff, as always, was amazing. We stayed last April about the same time, but we had a beautiful river view, same room setup, and for the exact same price. This time, we had a mountain view - of the parking lot.😒 Disappointing - it was noisy, & obviously, no view.

Pros:
 The setting is absolutely beautiful, nestled right along the Columbia River. The property itself is clean and well-kept. Complimentary bike usage. The rooms are nice overall, with a fireplace and a nice soaking tub. Has onsite restaurant and bar. There is a spa listed as an amenity, though it appears to operate on an on-call basis rather than being regularly staffed.

Cons:
 The pool was a major disappointment. It’s advertised as heated, but it was extremely cold during my entire stay. I was told something was broken, yet there didn’t seem to be any urgency to fix it over the course of the week of my stay.

The beds were just okay, mine had noticeable indentations and could use flipping. Bedding is minimal (just a sheet and a thin blanket), so request extra blankets if you stay here.

I also had an issue with pricing transparency. After initially booking through Expedia, I extended my stay directly through the front desk and was quoted a discounted rate. However, I later found out the nightly rates varied and ended up being about $105 more than expected. To management’s credit, they did resolve the issue after I raised it, but issue left me uneasy and impacted my trust.

Service Concern: While pouring coffee, a staff member (later identified as the GM) removed the carafe, spilling hot coffee on me. There was no apology, followed by overly familiar and awkward interaction. It was unprofessional and inattentive.

I had a really rough trip bringing my disabled daughter to see her grandpa. It was a 4 hour drive each way. By the time I got settled in I was exhausted. The front desk clerk (I wish I had gotten her name) was so kind, helpful & got us checked in quickly. We ordered room service and the food was very good. Hailey from room service went above and beyond, quickly bringing a spoon to me when I had forgotten to ask for one for my daughter who has to have her food puréed. My daughter could not get settled in that night and cried until I put her back in the car to go home in the middle of the night. By that time, I was really beat up physically (she’s an adult but still has to be lifted) and I went downstairs where I was greeted by Mario at the front desk. He helped me to my car, helped me load everything including my daughter’s wheelchair/stroller and even offered to take my trash from the car back to be tossed out. If I ever get to Richland again this is where I will stay. Hopefully next time I get to stay the whole night.

We always stay here when we visit the TriCities, it's always been top notch. Staff are always super welcoming there is lemon ice water downstairs, cookies upon checkin, and the rooms are very clean.

The light from the heater/a/c was so bright it lit up my entire room and shone on my face all night. There were no blankets, just a sheet and a \"comforter\" that was a little thicker than the sheet. The blanket in the closet was like a thin throw. It just felt like I slept with only a sheet on all night. The person upstairs stomped around until almost midnight and was back up doing the same at 5am. I just didn't sleep at all and was there for a work event. Just expected more for the price of the room.

First time here. First impressions are lasting ones. The Lodge, in and of itself, is gorgeous. Right out of the chute, however, at check-in, we are dunned a $15 Amenities Fee. Really?! For what? Oh, you can get $10 of it back if you go to the restaurant (which I have little doubt would run significantly more than $10). That little lure, marketing scheme did not work for me...at all. I am weary of this world fee'ing us to death, the whole resort fee many places like Vegas, for example. Well, I got nothing for the $15 but an add-on charge to my already fairly hefty room rate. Then, the mini split would not stay on heat, and the fireplace would not stay on. Maintenance came right up, and after 20 minutes or so of head-scratching, it was determined, well, due to the way it is vented it is supposed to work that way. Not buying it. Fireplaces stay on everywhere else I've ever used them. The mini split suddenly DID start working, leaving no reason why it didn't for a long time, and suddenly did...nothing was done with it. I did not find the tv particularly user-friendly, and we have 19 of them in our facility that are. It CAN be done. On a happier note, my wife---who almost never praises a room---raved about the room, made nicer by the river inlet view. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, to me, the #1 essential in a hotel. So, we were left with a GOOD stay, not the higher marks that could have been easily earned if not for the glitches and amenity fee.

Only a heated lower lumbar support during a long drive home helped.

Everything else about the hotel was good.
