Its incredibly spacious, very comfortable beds. 3 heated swimming pools and 5 min walk to beach, secure parking, and well stocked kitchen for self catering. We had our own roof terrace with bbq but as it was raining a lot we sadly couldnt use it, but would normally be wonderful. Very helpful hosts, i could hapoily live there.

The apartments are huge and great for families with small children. They are older style with older looking furniture but again that is fine when you have small children. Easy walk to the beach and the bbq area was great

Recently renovated apartment 6 very large with plenty of room and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There is a apartment block being built in front of the complex so the ocean glimpses will become minimalistic and the ugly old roof on the building in front is an eyesore. Great location convenient to the main shopping and eating street and the beach. Check in and out was easy and efficient parking is available but not easy with a large vehicle. Small incident with someone accusing us of throwing rubbish over our balcony and the managers calling us up on the phone to accuse us left an unpleasant taste in my mouth other than that was very happy with the size and condition

We arrived mid afternoon on a Sunday and there was no reception; however we had been contacted prior to arrival with instructions on how to obtain our room key and room location within the large complex. We only stayed overnight and facilities were good and comfortable. We thought price was a bit over the top, but it was a resort style location on the Sunshine Coast, so maybe some excuse.

Just got home from a 3 night stay at this beautiful complex. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great spot, only a few minutes walk to tje beach and main street. However we were only supplied with two bath towels and there was no housekeeping or additional toiletries supplied for the stay which was not ideal. Bit overall we enjoyed our stay.

Huge 3 bedroom apartments to fit the whole family
We have stayed at Coolum Seaside many many times before. We have tried other resorts and nothing seems to stack up. Beautifully equipped bbq areas to enjoy eating meals by the pool. A good way to save money for a family. The three bedroom apartment we stayed in was huge, well equipped, and close to facilities. Because it's not a highrise it is easy to walk from your room to the pool or exits to the beach without having to wait for a 'free' lift. Also easy to pack and unpack the car. We have stayed in highrises before when you try to unpack and pack and where the lifts are full before you even get in. We will be back. Managers were welcoming and accommodating, We were able to use the pool area for the rest of the day after we had vacated our apartment. The holiday can last just that little bit longer.

It was such a great experience from the get go. The hotel managers/owners were very helpful from check in to check out. The pool and spa were beautiful and the room was clean but homely. I would definitely recommend this hotel/apartments. It's very close to the beach and a short drive from some fun destinations.

Lovely place, with some minor annoyances
Lovely place, clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and very close to the beach. These are apartments, rather than a hotel. You have to take out your own rubbish or you will be charged $12.50! There were a few other inconviences--reception closes at 5:30 but we were able to get the key from a lock box; pool towels are available at reception, but for a cost of $3 each (not refundable); and the \"free\" wifi provided a measly 300MB that ran out shortly after we started using it. Aside from the nickel & dining, everything was great. I'd stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here a special the room was exceptionally clean. The lines was crisp and the towels were super soft ( something's are important to me when I stay somewhere) bed was comfy and the room had a great feel to it. We over looked the pool and our studio apartment was not noisy at all. The managers we met on our departure and they were super friendly and accomodating... all in all we loved it and we will return as we love The Coolum area as well:-)

Sandie and Murray were excellent hosts, very helpful and quick to deal with any issues we had, which made our stay more than satisfactory. Unfortunately we had prebooked to move after 8 days and were unable to change that(although we tried)so we had to move on which we really did not want to do because it had become like home. I was on a very intensive course and it was great to come back to the hotel and be able to walk in the pool and have a spa afterwards. We will definitely return next time we head to the Sunshine Coast.

We have stayed at Coolum before and this hotel was a surprise. We had a two bedroom appt room 12, this room along with room 10 is ground floor and have a court yard and covered balcony. They both have easy access to all three pools and the easiest access to the beach, (go past the gym through the car park and alley way, not more the 200 metres from the room) will stay again it's great!

We stayed here for an extended weekend for a Friday wedding in March and the whole weekend was fantastic. It's an apartment style complex with comfortable modern rooms that were spotless. Ours was a studio that opened right out onto the pool area (one of three) with a big comfy bed and great options for lighting or darkening the room. Despite being on the ground floor the room was quiet and spacious so we never felt cramped or got that 'messy hotel room' feel. And the security was excellent throughout the complex from underground parking through to the rear entrance to our room.
We were hardly in the room because it was so close to the main beaches and shopping area of Coolum, but the numerous ways to walk back tot he complex made our room a convenient base for resting between outings. The Seaside complex was also conveniently located to drive to nearby towns, the highway and within distance to the other hotels the bride and groom had recommended for their wedding guests.
The hotel staff were lovely and personable and had great recommendations for dinner. The Thai place they recommended had an amazing Pad Thai that many of the wedding guests ended up revisiting.
We don't travel to the Sunshine Coast very often, but I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family heading up that way. It felt more like a home away from home than many holiday complexes I've stayed in.

Quite street, close to the beach.
We only had a short stay, but we were really impressed with the size and comfort of our two bedroom unit. It was within walking distance to shops, resturants, beach and parks. The staff were very nice. They were very helpful with organising the return of a much loved teddy bear that was left behind. We will definately stay again, and longer next time.
