Hotel is far away from airport and from Piazzale Rome-Main Bus stand. Good point is, there is a bus stop (Bus 7E) just at 2 minute distance from Hotel, connecting to Piazzale Roma.

Pros:
1.Good Garden and open area for morning and evening walk inside Hotel.
2. Good Reception service and Cleaning service
3. Nearby Bus stop to connect with Roma Piazzale (during day time).

Cons:-

1. Away from City, Direct bus also takes almost an hour to reach Roma Piazzale.
2. No market nearby

New Years Eve Ruined 2022-2023

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. After that wow, we stayed here for one night 31/12/2022 to 01/01/2023 (New Years Eve) this hotel ruined our New Year. Having advised we wanted to come back at 2230 and go to Mirano for the New Years Fiesta. The receptionist silaid how lovely that would be. We went to an opera in Venice only to discover that it was impossible to get back within 3km of the hotel after10pm l!!! Having spent nearly 100 euros on the hotel room we eventually got back to the el via Mestre at 0500 in the morning, my partner and I called the hotel at 11pm to be told
You cant get buses get a cab! The numbers we were given two numbers both didnt answer. 100 euros later in a cab!!! We eventually spent 4 hours in the hotel before we had to leave for Verona. Thanks for ruining our New Year!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is lovely, especially the pool area! Staff is considerate, polite and professional plus good problem solvers.

I would rate the hotel more highly but our mattress was rock hard (we sleep on a firm mattress at home) and the pillows thin and rock hard. As a result, we slept poorly for both nights.

The architectural structure of the property is beautiful, along with the well maintained grounds and pool area. My disappointment was with my room which was really small. I think it may have been servent quarters at some point. There was absolutely no amenities, no kettle, or iron, the only saving grace was the tiny fridge with water for 2 euro per bottle. A surcharge of 8 euro per day to use the pool area. Breakfast was okay but not worth 15 euro.There is not much in the way of choices for food nearby. The closet place is a 500 meter walk. I was told the surcharge for the pool is because I booked on Expedia and they have to make up the difference in my room rate due to what they pay Expedia.

Great location if you are visiting Venice. The hotel is older but has lots of historic character. We were able to sit outside in the gezebo and enjoy cocktails in the garden which is very well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds could be better but it's still a very good value. Breakfast was also nice.

Great property a couple points off for management

Beautiful pool, old-style traditional villa. Was a little disappointed in the strict pool policies: they close at 8 and they won't allow any food or drinks even on the pool deck (despite the fact that the bar tender gave me a pool plastic wine glass 😅) The grounds are very pretty though. Check-in and out is super slow, air conditier didn't work even though we paid for the suite, and the morning breakfast was pretty bare. Not much to do right nearby but there's a great restaurant accross the street and if you're in a car it's only 20 minutes to Mestre

Convenient and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed the decor! The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. I like that I could buy my bus ticket at the hotel and walk a short distance to the bus stop. It didn’t take long to get into Venice. A ride to the airport cost 50 euros.

Very quiet location, peaceful and relaxing around pool. Pool not busy, cleanliness excellent, they have some background music round pool- not needed. Rooms cleaned every day, new towels everyday. Staff very helpful and want you to have a great experience. Free bicycles, we are great for getting out and about. Bus stop right outside hotel direct to Venice. Family run business who care about their hotel and their guests. Very very good

I had a very cheap room so it wasn't particularly large or updated. The hotel itself is beautiful with a very nice yard, pool, and hot tub. The hotel staff were quite friendly but I gathered a little understaffed (maybe because it wasn't peak season. Overall a great hotel though quite happy

Location : Best for visiting Venice and other adjacent areas, bus right next the hotel convenient and cheap.

Staff: very friendly and cater to your needs. We were very impressed by their hospitality. Well managed staff and always ready to help.
The staff was polite and happy.

Rooms: good sized rooms and very clean. But due to its location the insects were seen

Bar and food outside the hotel is good not very expensive as compared to Venice.

Great affordable option away from Venice!

Comfortable hotel away from the busy Mestre at about 45 mins away by bus to Venice. Bus stop was right in front of the hotel and drops you off at the Piazzale Roma and it run until late night. The more it stops the more it takes you to get there. Make sure to coordinate pickup at the airport ahead of time with the hotel as a taxi will cost you €70. You can also take 2 buses from the airport and it may take you one hour and 30 mins to get to the hotel. Pool closes at 7 PM so we were not able to use it.

A great place to stay near to Venice

This is a delightful hotel in a beautiful traditional villa. The pool is stunning surrounded by the lovely gardens. There is a nice pizzeria over the road for evening meals. We caught the bus into Venice from right outside the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The outdoor premises are lovely and set up for entertaining large crowds....that's where the positive ends unfortunately. We had booked the Supreme room and had stated we would be bringing our dog. The site did not specify any weight limit. Trust me we travel with our 55lb lab on a regular basis we always read the fine print. We arrived and he said our dog was too large and therefore we couldn't stay in the room we booked because the carpets would get damaged...in his words \"too much work for us\".They moved us to a smaller room by the gardens with no carpet. I tried my best for it to not ruin the trip since they promised us a bigger room for our family of 3 + pet the next day. We arrived after some sightseeing at 3 they told us we couldn't move in the room because we didn't stop by at 12 they took it as we didn't want it We spoke to the Manager and decided to cut our trip short. not sure what the Supreme room looked liked but the smaller rooms by the garden look like $40 Bangkok rooms. oh beware that we tried leaving the next day at 6 am...and the gates were closed and we had to wait till the manager got ready for us to leave. They seem to have zero communication with the guest.They get annoyed but don't bother explaining anything to you as far as hours or parking or lack of during there events. Overall the customer service is the worst we have experienced in any of our travels. FYI the bus stop is in front but it's more like 30 minutes to Venice and 50 on Saturday traffic.

Worthwhile accommodations just outside Venice

The hotel is aptly named as it sits on a large, park-like property and offers beautifully furnished, large rooms in a 18-19th. century villa, with 14in. walls, 12 ft. ceilings complete with walnut doors, trim, and crown moldings, air conditioning, modern, large bath facilities (large sink, bath tub, bidet), 37 in. TV, and a queen bed (a bit firm, but tolerable). Our room had double windows with a fantastic view over the extensive property to the front of the villa, all beautifully landscaped with a variety of huge, possibly exotic, trees that would appear to be several hundred years old. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Breakfast, in a nicely furnished room next to the bar, included a complete variety of continental items: rolls, croissants, ham, salami, cheese, jams, boiled eggs, fruit salad, juices, and yogurt. Coffee or cappuccino was served to the table. A restaurant across the road, a two minute walk away, offers a complete Italian menu for reasonable prices (1/2 L wine was 5 Euro) but hours are limited except on Sundays.. If you are staying for more than a day or two and don't want to spend it all sightseeing in Venice, I highly recommend staying here as doing so affords you a chance of relaxing in total comfort reminiscent of times gone by. Staying in Venice may cost twice as much and the bus from in front of the hotel only costs 3 Euro p/p, one way (1/2 hour). A taxi from the cruise dock cost 60 Euro (~20 minutes).

The hotel was in a very good location for visiting Venice as the bus stops right outside the hotel and the end destination is Piazzale Roma, by the Venice tourism office and bus station. The train station is also very close to Piazzale Roma. Mirano itself is a very nice small town with nice cafes and restaurants, and a variety of food, clothes and other shops. The Hotel staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfast was very good. The rooms we had were in the 'annex', and were adequate. The hairdryer was hopeless!

The hotel is gorgeous, surrounded by fields, very quiet and sunny, old style furniture, very very clean, good breakfast, away from Venecias chaos and Mestres depressive streets, but really good connected by bus (bus stop in front of the door!). You feel like in a movie (under the Toscan sun!!).

Room not always in villa

Start with the bad points - If you want to stay in the house shown on the website, you will have to pay more for this. We didn't realise there was more than the main building, it turns out there are three. We were put in the 'pink' building which is a very boring and plain addition to the characteristic villa we expected to stay in, we did get the same fancy room key as the villa rooms (a very heavy and large unnecessary key). Jacuzzi bath in room pleasant as unexpected however it didn't work anyway. shower holder also broken. Cleaning wasn't 100% in the room and the cleaner was trying to enter the bedrooms at 8am (no 'do not disturb' signs for door). Bicycles really handy however all but one had either flat tyres or broken breaks. Complained to desk however nothing was done until our second attempt. Most staff friendly (reception desk and breakfast waitress), however others not so keen to help - when asking one member of staff for assistance we were blanked and pointed to reception with a grunt. On the positive side, the outside areas were really stunning, swimming pool above par and very clean. Jacuzzi s a nice touch however they were only usable around 50% of our stay. Breakfast a small but decent selection and as stated earlier the waitress on a morning helpful and attentive. Location great as right across the road from the bus stop and a 15 minute walk into Mirano. Flat around so easy to cycle on. Restaurant across the road is good atmosphere and tasty food.

parco bellissimo, piscina bellissima, camera in un corpo separato pulita ma un po' piccola.
Il sistema di chiedere il giorno prima cosa si vorrà per colazione il giorno seguente non è una buona idea. Inoltre, il pane era sempre abbastanza duro e mancando il servizio a buffet per molte cose non era possibile scegliere diversi tipi di formaggio o di pane.
Inoltre al mattino il personale addetto al riassetto delle camere ha bussato ogni giorno alle 08.30 per sapere se la camera potesse essere rifatta, il che non è il massimo dell'ospitalità.

Das Frühstück \"Buffet\" war sehr lecker und wird an den Tisch gebracht (covid Massnahme). Das Hotel liegt direkt am der Bushaltestelle, mit der Linie die direkt nach Venedig fährt. Das ist sehr praktisch, auch wenn man das Ticket nicht am der Rezeption erhält. Schade dass die Pool Landschaft bei einer Expedia Buchung nicht dabei ist. Alles in allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt, die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Abbiamo usufruito di questa struttura come appoggio per dormire, quindi non posso esprimere giudizi dettagliati sui servizi, se non sulla ottima pulizia e sulla cortesia del personale con cui abbiamo avuto contatti. Comodo il parcheggio interno, pulita la camera, presente una piscina che per come l'ho potuta vedere, credo sia in attesa di essere preparata per la stagione in arrivo ubicata in un ampio parco ben curato. Comunque una buona struttura da consigliare.

We stayed at the hotel in January with very low activity. We had everything for ourselves. Despite this, the breakfast was very good and there were always helpful staff nearby. Rooms are old, but prefer a hotel with soul and beautiful old decorations ahead of a brand new pre-designed hotel.

Kleines Zimmer aber absolut ausreichend für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Sehr sauber, schönes Ambiente in einem historischen Gebäude, wunderbarer Park und Pool. Sehr ruhig trotz Nähe zur Mirano. Tipp: Perfekt für einen Besuch in Venedig, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür und Parkplatz im Hotelgelände. Nicht so toll: Kleines Frühstücksbuffet mit Kosmetikwattebrot

Il personale è gentile, la piscina e la parte esterna molto belle, inoltre l'hotel si compone di 2 differenti costruzioni, la principale in cui vi è la reception è molto curata, almeno la zona di accoglienza, non posso sapere come sono le camere, l'altro fabbricato si presenta basico e con camere molto piccole e datate.
Comunque direi un buon compromesso tra qualità e spesa.

Posizione tranquilla.. personale gentilissimo e accogliente.. il servizio trasporto per Venezia che passa davanti l hotel ogni 20 minuti e' comodissimo. Villa immersa nel verde parco con parcheggio..piscina..idromassaggio..noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera familiare, spaziosissima e confortevole. Bagno nuovo, tutto pulito e impeccabile. Lo stile conservatore dell epoca della villa da un tocco particolare..direi speciale. Non e' arrivata la nostra richiesta per la culla..ma solo per un disguido tecnico. Colazione abbondante..rapporto qualita' prezzo eccellente Torneremo di sicuro!

Hotel was mooi. Ontbijt prima verzorgd. Als je langer blijft, boek een groter kamer. Is het zeker waard. Helaas geen gebruik kunnen maken van zwembad.
Bus naar Venetië vertrekt tegenover het hotel. Er zit ook een pizzeria tegenover het hotel die geweldige pizza's heeft.

Fantastisk gammel villa, som dog trænger til at blive shinet udvendigt - men det ændrer ikke ved vores gode opfattelse. Lokal-området lidt kedeligt, men lige overfor hotellet ligger den dejligste restaurant.
Lækkert pool-område.
Morgenmaden er OK - men hold nu op, noget kedeligt brød;)
