For the price it was a great place to stay. Lots of room, very clean, parking on site, staff was helpful. My only complaint was the rooms were really cold. We stayed in January and it was freezing in our room. We did not notify the front desk so not sure if anything could have been done to correct it. Overall we would stay here again if we needed budget accommodations.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone during cold weather.It was the worst experience I've ever had. When I arrived, my trip was delayed, and when I finally got there, the person who checked me in was unfriendly. They gave me the room key, and I had to walk a long way in the cold with my suitcases, and there was a 75-year-old woman walking with me in that cold because the room wasn't close by. When we got there, the key card didn't work, so I had to go back in the cold to get a key. There was no transportation to help us get to and from the room. When I finally got to the room, it was freezing. I went back to the office again in the cold because the heater wasn't working, and the man there said it would warm up, but it didn't. We barely slept because of the cold. The next day we left. The bathroom was filthy, not pleasant at all.

The room had hairs from previous people, hot water was not working in one of the rooms, heater was not working in one of the rooms. When I checked in I asked specifically if I can reserve a shuttle for Venice then and there or tomorrow is not a problem. She said whatever I like. She do not specify that there was limited seating. I had to pay for Uber.

This is our first time in a camp ground and we love the concept. Everything we need is available. When we come back we are definitely staying here again. The check-in process was flawless. The staff is very professional and kind. Having access to laundry, groceries, restaurant, and being able to walk safe in the area is very important to us. The water in the shower could be a little hotter, but other than that we are very satisfied with the place.

The room was clean but the toilet in the master bathroom was not connected to the floor and it tilted and I nearly fell off 🙄. It’s next to a noisy highway so bring earplugs. It’s a great place for families with kiddos. It has a playground and pool. The grocery is quite nicely stocked with fresh veggies and most anything you’d need to cook. The restaurant has decent food. I recommend this place as a nicely appointed budget stay.

It is so noisy through night as motorway and train just right at back, and our bungalow is just next to those,. So noisy every night, cannot sleep at all. We arrived on the night of 12th, and was told that the pool is closed from following day. But we not been told when we booked and did c the photo of pool, and we brought swimming costume and gooogles as well. But it was told on the check-in that it was closed . This is unfair and made my kids so disapppointed. There is non activity at all for kids, non at all. The table tennis need pay for that, the park was just tiny. The staff didn't check safe properly, and we not able to open the safe one day, need asked reception to send tech over to fix it. We were supposed to go out but delayed bcos if need waiting for tech coming to fix save and get my staff once opened. But actually bcos of low battery. The battery was already showing but we didn't know as it is new to us. But how they not check before someone gonna move in.

All good, very good value for money. Cheap and cheerful accommodation, everything functioned well and was clean. All good apart from bad experience with the information desk clerk who blamed a 30 min late shuttle bus that they ran on us, and told us we should’ve got an earlier one. Bus was meant to arrive at 11:20 to be in Venice for a trip we had booked for 12. Ended up leaving at 11:50. We would’ve been fine if it was on time. Luckily we could change the trip time to 2 o’clock so wasn’t an issue in the end. Clerk was very rude and accusatory towards us even though it was clearly their fault, I was very close to saying something but kept my mouth shut.

The property is fantastic for a family with kids. They have a pool, a small playground, there’s a small market with all your grocery needs. It felt safe, the little homes had all the essentials you need even AC and heat. There’s a shuttle that takes you to and from Venice, that you can easily book at front desk or once you check-in. We were really happy with our stay, the staff were kind and helpful. The only thing that was challenging, the wifi didn’t work for us at all. We did check with the staff and they directed us to restart our phones, which we did multiple times. We understand it’s out of their control. So just keep that in mind when booking!

It was around 2 km from mestre railway station, but walkable, they had shuttle bus service to Venice torchetto for €2.50 per person. We had a great time over there with family although it was cold & we couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool. Check in & check out were smooth. Also they have mini market on site

Me gustó mucho el cuarto de camping y la ubicación, sobre todo porque ofrecen el servicio de un bus para llevarte a Venecia y recogerte. Tiene un pequeño súper en el lugar en caso de que hayas olvidado algo y tiene servicio de desayuno muy bueno. Es un lugar bastante agradable. Lo único que mejoraría es la limpieza en los cuartos porque realmente las sábanas tenían algunas manchas, al igual que el edredón y el piso. El personal en general es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Yo volvería a quedarme aquí.

The site is very well located for visiting Venice with a reasonably priced and frequent shuttle bus. The pool area and restaurant/bar are also great and the one dinner we ate there was lovely. It's quite a pretty site too and the majority of staff were very helpful.

However, it's not the kind of site where we would stay unless it was a base for visiting the nearby area as there is not much else to do. The on site shop was expensive and did not really have any fresh food options for self catering. The chalet looked nice on first viewing but had a lot of little issues, such as: Bathroom fittings being loose, shower controls that were broken, lack of kitchen utensils, a hob that didn't work properly, a safe that didn't work, A/C that only operated in the kitchen etc. The nearest toilet block was also closed without explanation.

Overall impression: Really good option for a quick visit to Venice, but I wouldn't go back otherwise.

Everything good except that i had no advanced notification on my booking confirmation that i would need photo id for all occupants when checking in on my arrival.I had travelled to the venue while holidaying in another part of Italy 3 hours away. Fortunately I had photos of my passports on my mobile phone that the young lady managed to get accepted by the management otherwise we were looking at a wasted trip as we would have been unable to gain entry without them.

The stay was ok, reception are not helpful when it comes to ordering taxis. We had a “taxi ordered” but the receptionist never phoned anyone and just assumed someone would be outside at the taxi rank, uber isn’t great over here and we managed to phone the number from another customers taxi. The company only spoke Italian but luckily with broken English we got something organised. We made our bus by 3 minutes and would have completely missed it had we waited for staff to help. I was also charged for using my own phone abroad due to staffs incompetence.

We rented a little cabin and it was great. The facilities are awesome, but the staff have no manners and are rude. From the staff at check in to the ones at the restaurant, our interactions was unpleasant/ staff don’t seem to appreciate visitors. We traveled in many different hotels in Italy and first time it happened. Would return again anyway because the site was great.

Cons: Our caravan was next to a major highway so all we could hear was traffic, which isn’t very relaxing. We had to sleep with ear plugs and the pollution levels near the kids’ slide was high. There was hardly any cooking equipment, not even a chopping board and no oven.
Pros: The cost was reasonable to stay within accessible distance of Venice. The regular shuttle bus was convenient but it cost 20 euros return and booking your time back in advance meant running to get it sometimes. There is a shop and a bar with ice-cream that was reasonable. The reception is 24 hours which is handy and staff were friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Property is a good resort with pool and hot tub. We reached a bit early and asked for early check in and they made us wait until the official check-in time. They didn't make an effort to give the room early though it was ready. Customer service is poor with no proper response. I bought lot of food (Pizza, coke, burgers and icecream). I asked for ice for my coke and they said 2 euros which I paid and it was only half glass ice. We bought tickets to go to venice which we didn't use and asked for refund which they said non-refundable in a rude way. I asked for early morning transportation arrangement which they gladly arranged it as I believe they receive a cut based on the booking. Overall, their service goes up when u pay and for everything else service is very poor with rude attitude. There was a fire in one unit which burned down next to our unit and the quality of air to breathe was bad. Overall, pretty bad experience

Compact accommodation, great for a couple of nights or as a base to sleep and visit other places. The accommodation we had was basically a bedroom and en-suite, but the shower door (which comes straight into the bedroom) is clear glass, so we had to take it in turns to sit outside whilst each person showered.
Amazing aircon, kept us cool even during the heatwave! Lovely pool.
Needs some maintenance-our particular bench was rotten, the table top had detached from the frame and the bench had rotted so much it had a big hole with the screws left sticking up, so needs replacing.

The cost of the accommodation was reasonable. Our bungalows had comfortable twin beds, fresh bedding, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, ample towels and wardrobe space.
The daily bus from just outside the venue to Venice was quick and easy to book and reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, our accommodation did not have sound proofing! This was necessary for its location alongside the main pool area and a very busy motorway especially at night! The bungalow unit constantly moved during the night with the volume of traffic.
Sadly due to disturbed sleep we checked out a day early.

This place was a pleasant surprise! The camping area is huge, spotless, and super safe. We stayed in a cozy 2-bedroom standalone suite. It had everything we needed - everything was clean, organized, and totally functional. We parked our car right in the camp for free. We didn’t need the shuttle service because it’s just a short walk to the bus station, where we hopped on a bus to Venice.

One night, it poured buckets outside, but the rooms were completely dry. We could hear the raindrops tapping on the roof, but it didn’t bother us at all. It felt like camping, and it was an incredible, 5-star experience.

This place was phenomenal. The bus to Venice port, which is Venice, was excellent and extremely comfortable and extra affordable! The restaurant had some of the best food we are in Italy. Our single complaint, was the pool and hot tubs were closed. The pool we didn't care so much, but we are backpacking and had REALLY looked forward to the hot tub. They should have told us on check in. We wouldn't have asked for a price reduction, we would have been disappointed, but at least we wouldn't have planned our whole day based on getting back in time to use the hot tub before it closed at 6. I highly recommend if you are going to Venice to stay here!

Our chalet unit had a cute little kitchen so self catering was available but only utensils and Wasing facilities supplied. Very easy to book a shuttle to Venice island but it's only a 15min drive over if you've a car.

Con-only if your a light sleeper the campsite is fairly close to a major highway roundabout so can be loud with traffic at night if your a light sleeper sensetive to noise ear plugs would be beneficial to you.

I like the price/value. 15 minutes walking to the bus station #6 that takes you to Venice downtown. There is a super big grocery store Panarama with good price, 5 minutes driving.
The cabin is a little tight for us 4 big people but it’s cozy and warm (with heaters in each room). The only downside is the wifi signal is unstable, and the shower water temperature is not stable. Other than that we had a good time. I recommend it!
