The room was like the picture and the location was excellent. It’s right in the heart of the areas you want to walk to in Rome. The men at the desk were extremely nice, helpful, accommodating, I would’ve liked to have had complimentary water bottles, in the room. The man at the desk even gave us bags to go, do our laundry and fold it and put them in the bags which I thought was very nice. You can go anywhere you want outside this little third story apartment room to eat breakfast or dinner as it is close to everything. It does have an old-fashioned lift to get to the third floor, which you could not fit a wheelchair in and for elderly people I don’t think the stairs going all the way up to the third floor would be easy for them to climb. We are young so it wasn’t hard for us to jump into the small old-fashioned lift or climb all the stairs to the third floor. It’s reasonably priced about $200 less a night than the Marriott so if you’re looking for a reasonable clean hotel room very close to the center of room and all the restaurants this is the one for you. Excellent location great service.

Great hotel apart from the drain smell
Well located hotel, very friendly & helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Only drawback, and the reason for not giving this hotel a 5 star review, was after 24 hours a terrible smell of drains was prevalent in the en-suite bathroom. I mentioned this to the staff, some chemicals were used to treat the problem and smell dissipated for a while but unfortunately came back. This happened for a couple of days after which an offer to move room was made but it was our last day, so wasn't worth it.

The property and rooms were great, once we found the reception on the third floor. Staff kept the beds made (but we had to ask multiple times for coffee and creamer since those didn't seem to be refilled). The location was so good - close to Vatican City, right next to Piazza de Poppolo, around the corner from the Flaminio station with a McDonalds and Carrefour Express nearby. And you can get to the airport by taxi without going through Rome.

Farhad the manager was most helpful and accommodating. If you are simply looking for a comfortable clean room at a good price this will fit the bill. The shower is narrow and would be a challenge for a larger person. This is not a traditional hotel and does not have 24 service, the manager is a one man show and leaves at 8:00 pm daily. We passed by a few times and eventually we realized it is not a real hotel. We paid more than $420 per night, not including breakfast. they have very small breakfast area, charge 15 euro per person. This is right around the corner from Piazza Del Popolo,where we met up with a lot of our tour groups. We stayed for 7 nights. It was incredibly clean and we always had plenty of towels.
