noisy the trash truck at 2:30 am must have been by stairs lots of nose from people dragging things up and down the stairs someone running, morning breakfast was great it was nice and clean good parking places to eat close by getting to what we needed was great with the roads around maybe a room next to ours you wound not have the stair nose or the trash truck just outside our window in the morning

DO NOT STAY HERE. Sandra harassed my Boyfriend and I the entirety of the trip, tried to argue with us over the room phone and then said she didn’t care if we wrote a review. The entire trip, she kept trying to say we “smelled” like weed coming in when my boyfriend had a medical card and no weed was smoked on the premises. And the room didn’t smell like anything. I watched her walk in with a 24 pack of Beer on the clock and this is the manager?? Then proceeds to say she has premium members that stay there, so she obviously doesn’t value a regular paying customer. They had an issue with checking me out properly, and there was obviously nobody complaining because there was barely anybody staying in the hotel. You walk in to check on her employees are sleep on the job and more.

Given the best at Best Western Plus!

My stay at Best Western Plus in Olive Branch MS was great! The manager Sandra and her team was attentive, accommodating and very friendly.
The Breakfast buffet was delicious, and freshly prepared each day.
My elderly Uncle and Mother traveled with me for our 4 night stay. All staff were very respectful and graciously offered assistance to both of them.
I will definitely choose to stay here in the future.

The receptionist was friendly and polite, but unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was unpleasant. An overwhelming chemical odor permeated the entire property, making me feel nauseous and concerned about air quality. Additionally, I noticed suspicious activity that made me feel unsafe. Despite its modern exterior, the room's worn interior gave me doubts about cleanliness and maintenance standards. Ultimately, I decided to leave and book a different hotel due to these issues impacting my comfort and security. I would not recommend staying here.

For the price I really expected better. When I arrived and checked in and received my key. I went to the room. Once I entered the room and had a loud smoke smell which I booked a non-smoking room. I booked a non-smoking room because I’m allergic to smoke . So yes I had to take medicine because of the smoke smell. I went back up to the front to explain the situation and the employee only said they were sorry and said they had no one to clean the room but if I wanted them to come in they would dust. Later that night police and ambulance arrived because a guy gave a kid a edible gummie and he had a bad reaction I guess . So that went on for awhile. The next day I went up front to explain the situation about the room and I wasn’t satisfied and the employee which was a lady just brushed it off and didn’t say anything. I also asked if they had another kitchenettes suite and she said they only had the one I was in. Which might I had was located at the end of the hall where they do laundry and mens and ladies restrooms so during the day while trying to rest all you here is a toilet bowl flushing. They could’ve stated that about the room someone books it in the description. The staff wasn’t helpful or friendly at all. Every time I went to the front desk for something I had to wait because they were outside smoking not paying attention. Really I should’ve been refunded because the stay was not pleasant at all. It looks new but the furniture was old in the room.

The hotel smelled like smoke. The bed was comfortable. The shower didn’t work so we had to let the bath water run and wash ourselves that way. I always look at ratings before I purchase & I wouldn’t have rated it the way others have. Definitely could use some improvements

Some of the amenities in the room were in sad shape. The bed frame had stains and heavy wear; the mini fridge and microwave were damaged but operating well. I think overall worth the price, but it could be better.

This hotel is in poor repair. I paid for a suite with a kitchen. Yes, it had a huge refrigerator, a stovetop and microwave, however, no utensils, dishes or even any paper towels. Beds were nice, but I needed a step stool to get in bed (I'm 5' 5\", so I am not too small.) Bathroom floor was filthy at the ground level - does anyone even check this stuff?
Breakfast area was ok, with ok choices - and a weird coffee machine.

I do not recommend this one. Stay someplace else.

The night desk clerk was very sweet and kind.

The hotel was nice, clean and located close to the Highway. The staff on the other hand were out of this world. They were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast meal was one of. The best I had experienced in my travels. I could not believe how relaxed we felt when we got settled in. I would highly recommend this hotel 100%.

Responsive front desk staff. Bed is comfy and clean. Good location for travelers. Nice breakfast spread.Our room (115) has a distinct and enduring odor of a previous smoker combined with use of cleaners (Volatile Organic Compounds - VOCs) and scents too mask the odor.
Seems ironic the hotel takes a damage deposit for smoking when you are assigned a smoking room😉 Would also be nice not to have smokers at the entrance upon arrival- perhaps a smoking area 20 feet from entrance as is standard in the industry .

Stayed at the hotel for only an hour and left. Bugs were coming out of nowhere all over the bed and floor.Tried to get a refund and they refused as if I was telling a lie. The manager who’s name is Michael was rude and didn’t want to help resolve my issue. I will be sending my video of the bugs crawling to the news station and exposing this hotel.

The motel was everything we hoped for with the exception of the fact that the ice machines were not in working order. Other than that, this was a great stay. Very peaceful with no noise issues during the night. There was a guy at the front desk when we checked in on Saturday night that was obviously a peddler and was talking to the desk clerk. He smelled of marijuana and seemed to be very high at the time. I would check into this matter as these people should not be allowed in such a place of business. My wife and daughter were very uncomfortable in his presence while attempting to check in.

My stay here was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE & I will NEVER book here again. There was a kitchen sink against the wall of the bedroom that was not finished. The door to my room did not fit the frame therefore I could see through the hallway from the inside of my room. Once voicing my concerns they were IGNORED!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The first room I was assigned to didn't have the best looking bathroom and I wanted to check out and go elsewhere. Because the room was paid for through a 3rd party, I was unable to get a refund and stay elsewhere. The mgr on duty Michael upgraded my room which was much nicer, comfortable and in a better condition. All of the staff I encountered were nice, friendly & helpful. If this hotel is years old, they may just need to work on upgrading some of the rooms if anymore are like the first one I stayed in. Being at the interstate, I am sure they get a lot of guests and wear and tear. I am appreciative of the staff assisting me with resolving my concerns. I didn't have any other issues during my stay.

Decent location. It was quiet for the most part. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved Tessa! She was by far the most helpful and friendly. Things that made it not 4 or 5 star experience… the kitchenette we had didn’t have a microwave, no pots/pans and no silverware/utensils. Made the kitchenette useless. The larger refrigerator was nice though. The room only had 2 towels for a double Queen and when we asked for more towels so all 4 of us could shower, we were given 1 and told that’s all they had. Finally, many of the outlets didn’t work so it was difficult to charge our phones and watches at night. We will visit Olive Branch again, depending on price I might stay here again. Family stayed at the Holiday Inn and it seems a bit nicer. Plus closer to stores and other businesses.

Overall stay was just ok. The rooms are rather small and location seems dated. I smelled smoke in the hallway!! But the most disappointing thing is we were traveling to the area for a game and got there an hour early. We asked the guy at the desk if it would be possible for us to get into our room. The other travelers at the Drury Inn was let into their room. He was rather rude and matter of fact when he said there would be no rooms or check ins until 3! And then he tells my husband that his hotel sells out every day-like treating us this way wouldn’t affect his bookings. I just thought it was rude because I saw no cleaning people or very many cars on the lot. When we returned, at 3:30 he was gone and another worker was on her phone in an office visible from the front desk. She had my key ready so apparently he had told her the situation. She wasn’t very friendly either! I would choose another location if I had to stay in the area again based on customer service alone. We travel a lot, so I know this isn’t standard or normal.

When I booked at Hotel.com they told me that I pay at the property. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did offer a limited selection of hot breakfast options. There was a winter storm during our stay. The parking lot was not treated where ice was formed, but neither were the surrounding roads. We had no issues with anything during our stay.

Yes check-in was 4:30 not 3:00 the room was not clean and the door had been kicked in by a previous resident the door was totally unsafe you could see clean through the door into the hall we had an emergency as soon as we checked in didn’t notice any of the things until we return which was late spoke to the night attend it she stated there was nothing she could do as far as changing our room next morning spoke to the manager Michael he agreed to switch rooms normally that that room was damage the door and he also told my husband the reason for the late check-in was that he didn’t have no one to clean it at that moment and after it was clean he would have to check the room his self so obviously he didn’t check the room on Wednesday at check out I notice my account was charged $204 I spoke to the attendant on duty she called Michael Michael says that he was not aware that he needed to make this right he was just under The impression that we just need it a rule change first of all I didn’t think I should have to ask to make this right where is the customer service here all right thank you I’m gonna call the corporate to see if they agree that I should ask for a refund and I’m quite sure they wouldn’t think that I should’ve asked it should’ve been automatic

Hotel was pretty standard but it was clean. Our room was on the first floor so we did get a lot of noise from the parking lot and other guests. Also the breakfast was a little disappointing.

Great staff, location right off the 78 highway. The only challenge is the train whistles all night. If you are not used to city sounds this may annoy you. I use to leave by active train tracks so I was good. There is a fridge and stove top and microwave that was very convenient. Not sure why the coffee maker and ice bucket was in the bathroom probably due to counter space idk. My recommendations is a nice place to stay close to shopping, walmart and grocery store, gas station across the street. Women who made breakfast was the kindest person i met during my trip. Great place.

I can’t believe this hotel has so many good reviews. NO ONE had a mask on, including the employees. The bed was comfortable, but I had to go through the entire room wiping down surfaces because I’m certain that if they don’t care enough to wear masks, they probably don’t care enough to clean and sanitize. The kitchen sink was disgusting. There was hair on the ledge above the sink. The toilet was clogged and we had to fill the tank with water in order to get it to flush. This was hands down the worst experience of our entire three week trip.
